Short History: He lives as one of those released from the Prison in Uliacha. He was thrown in there because he was accused of murdering another lion. The only reason he was not put to death was there wasn't enough proof to confirm that he was 100% responsible. (He DID do it, for the record. >3< ) He is NOT a seer... but he likes to pretend to be a Scryer when it suits him. Wilhem will let a little blood (his own or someone else's) and toss it on the ground, and interpret the results however he wishes to give a 'prediction'. He's skilled with words and lies, and has a very silver tongue. His time in prison was not a happy time, as he's more physically weak than most lions, although he's about the same size. He tends to use his wits, not his brawn.
