As the teacher had told her, she focused on forming a barrier in the region of her bellybutton. When it seemed to form a stable spheroid, she pushed it outward. For a few seconds, it hung around her, a beautiful shade of purple, the color her eyes had flashed and the color the orb had turned.... ...Until, distracted by her success, Eliza lost focus. The shield destabilized and imploded, knocking her flat on her backside. Right in front of the whole class. "Oww...." Eliza stood up, rubbing her back. She flushed(blueish) in embarrassment. ((OOC: Hunter may or may not be coming here shortly...))

☣ＳｈａｄҘ ☣ ==== ☠ ==== Ⓣ☢ＸＩＣ As the lecture went on, Shade found herself starting to drift her attention towards practically anything other than the teachers voice. She would listen occasionally as Eliza chirped in and slowly became the teachers favorite, but beyond that it was mostly silent. Silent until the faintest sound of low growling caught her attention. It was coming from a few seats behind her in the general direction of the male and the new female who walked in. Turning her head ever so slowly, Shade glanced over her shoulder and awkwardly made eye contact with the girl known as Assassin. She looked pissed. Beyond pissed. Shade held her gaze for a few more seconds then noticed what was causing this. That terrible male behind her had a look of pure egotistical joy slathered all over his face. He was actually trying to pick a fight with the girl. Now that didnt fly in Shade's book. Before she could make a move, the teacher called him to the front of the class. Damn, he got lucky. She thought to herself and and tried to relax her tense shoulders as he walked past her desk. Shade kept her eyes on him, directing every inch of hateful energy she could muster in his general direction. She couldnt stand scum like him, tormenting the already tormented souls. Sadly, Shade missed the commotion of Eliza falling since her eyes were behind her, but even still she was much more bothered by the injustice of his actions towards the scrawny female.  ♀Ⓛ❤ＶＥ♀

He's going to laugh at my failures, and then show off? Well, let's knock that ego down a few points.... The familiar sarcastic half smile returned to Eliza's face, but this time it was accompanied by a coldness she rarely exhibited. She was about as annoyed as she ever got. As she recalled what she knew about the boy, Drake, her smile got a little larger. He had seemed bothered by that blood earlier..... and he could read minds..... Eliza put two and two together. She looked at him, and focused. Lets show him what I can really do. She cast a glamour; the scent of blood filled his mind. His own powers would only make it worse, increase his perception to her illusions. Her smile grew farther still.

Eliza was truly ashamed of herself. "I apologize." Eliza turned back to the teacher, then to Drake. "And to you too." For a brief moment, she wondered if he had even noticed her work...

☣ＳｈａｄҘ ☣ ==== ☠ ==== Ⓣ☢ＸＩＣ Oh damn. Shade was picked to attempt magic in front of everyone. This was going to be ugly. Knowing that she had no magic ability what so ever, she slowly stood despite that fact and slowly made her way to the front of the class. Her shoulders hunched slightly and her steps sounding heavy. Lets see... To banish is to cause something to vanish. I can do that.A smirk started to slowly crawl across her lips and she gazed in the males direction. No. She had to resist. Getting her a** suspended would just throw her into a spiraling pit of hell once again. Glancing around the room, Shade noticed a textbook off to the side on the the floor. A light dust covering it. Almost in a flash she drew her twin pistols. The classroom was filled with loud gunshots and flashes of bright light. After a barrage of almost 50 rounds in a couple seconds, the air cleared and the smoke from the pistols dispersed. A sadistic grin was left plastered against the brunettes face now. The book was reduced to practically noting but some burnt ashes. She twirled her twin Beretta 92 9mm auto's and holstered them. Twisting around, Shade strode up to the teacher, her arms crossed and an unamused look on her face.
"There, Do I pass?" She questioned almost with a hint of violence. The look on her face made it clear that if she got a bad grade, someone was getting hurt. ♀Ⓛ❤ＶＥ♀

"....common now...that was not even magic......come here...I am not going to kiss you again....just need to align the magic...."
she pressed her body against shades with her forehead against the back of shades head
"...now dont get any ideas this time.....your new to magic and that is the only reason I am doing this...."
her body lit up a little with blue light
"...now....this will be easy....I have prepaired the spell...its directly between us....now just think of it moving...dont aim too far away from us....just get to something close by....like.....ah....my earings.....but dont aim too low...or too far forward....I am preventing us from being banished....but I cant say much for.....other things on us being banished....so...just aim for the earings...if you miss...dont worry...just as long as you dont hit our clothes or anything...."
she giggled a little but still hoped it did not happen. her wards would protect flesh and organic matter from being banished...but not cloth. she just hoped that she would be able to do this properly.
"...now just so you know....I have seen children who where competely new to magic able to do this properly....you can do it....just feel that.....right there between us....between our hearts....that is where it is...just push it to my earings and we will be fine....and you pass for the day....anything else.....well you get the idea"
