Rpc Name: Hyashi Miya [Ushio] Village: --- Rank: Academy Bloodline or Clan applied for: Ushio What you know about the clan/bl: The Ushio Clan is well known for it's ability to react before they even realize they react, making many people think that they have a premonition, or a sixth sense in battle. They're skilled in ninjutsu beyond most people, and are capable of silently casting, though at an increased cost. Lastly, they have exclusive suiton techniques that rival even bloodlines. Rp Sample: Hyashi looked over the area below him. It was a store house, complete with guards and even some hounds. There was a very specific item he was supposed to be retrieving, but in the hours he'd been up there, there was never a guard far enough away for him to drop down, get it, then get away. To make matters worse, The sun had begun to rise, and the temperature would be rising as well. As he sat there in the high rafters he surveyed the area. Ten guards, all without shinobi training, effectively they were just city guards. He could deal with them. It was the hounds he was worried about. There was a kennel attached to the storehouse to rapidly switch out the dogs. In total, there were fifteen hounds, and always ten on the floor at any given time. They were faster than the guards, but still slower than Hyashi himself was. The only reason he didn't go through all of them on his own was because the hounds hadn't picked up his scent yet, which touching the ground would immediately allow them to track him. That was something he couldn't afford. His blade wouldn't be able to handle that many slashes either without dulling beyond usability. He thought quickly, his techniques and abilities going through his head. all of the information he'd read over passed before his eyes. In that single instant he blinked, let out an audible sigh for the first time in ten hours, and let himself slip from his perch to land behind a man and the hound the man was leading.
As soon as he hit the ground, his eyes opened slowly, but his arms were already in motion. He drew his blade with blinding speed, the guard's head coming off before it had the chance to turn to the soft noise behind it. The dog was more lucky, as the dog turned and bared it's fangs, his sword's sheath slammed into the side of it's head. Though the dog wouldn't remember the last month of it's life, it wouldn't die. Hyashi wasn't overly big on the whole killing animals for doing it's job. That was two down, eighteen more to go. He put his sheath back in it's normal place and spun on the spot, keeping the inertia from his blade draw to negate his need to shift his position himself. He finished his spin just in time to see the first arrival to the massacre.
"Touketsu-Tacchi." He said as he sheathed his blade and brought his hands together. Making several hand signs he rushed at the guard, leaping into the air as the dog lunged for his midriff. Landing in the opening of the two pathways crossing behind the guard, Hyashi placed one hand on the man's throat, weakening his vocal cords immediately and the other on the back of his head slowing the man's instinctual responses. The man's death was quick and rather painful, only a low scream escaping from his mouth. The dog turned quickly as three more guards and their hounds rounded the corners to face him. Hyashi's eyes dilated slightly. They'd arrived before he'd thought they would, as a jonin, he still wasn't capable of calculating everything. The hound with the now dead guard lunged once more, Hyashi making it's master's head shatter against it's own, knocking it out cold. Four down, sixteen to go. He ceased the frozen touch technique and placed his hands on the ground preparing for what he was about to do.
The Guards let their hounds off of their leashes, letting them run forward to attack. "Tsunami Tama no-jutsu." He said, Shoving off of the ground and going through his hand signs. He lowered the power greatly to keep the jutsu from actually killing the dogs. Water condensed from the air, forming into a sphere of torrential water, the sound of water frothing and shifting was now audible, and he thrust his hand forward as the dogs neared where he had just been standing. The ball hit the ground, exploding and causing the dogs to fly upward and outward as the water expanded from it's severely condensed form. Hyashi hit the ground lightly, standing up straight and popping his neck. The dogs then hit the ground halfway to their masters, an audible crack as they broke a leg or two. They'd be fine, but they were immobilized. "Seven down, thirteen to go." Hyashi muttered turning his back to the open pathway so he was staring at one guard and had the other two in his peripheral vision.
The guards were joined by another set of guards and hounds, that meant that now eight teams had emerged. The guards began to close in, using the hounds as a front guard. They noticed from how he'd killed their comrade and how he'd dealt with the previous hounds that he wouldn't kill the dogs unless forced to. "Boufuu Bakuhatsu Bunshin no Jutsu." He said, making hand signs, holding the final sign for a short which before releasing it, lowering his body and breathing heavily as three clones appeared and leaped off of his back. His eyes were watering and his vision blurred. He'd momentarily made the area around him devoid of oxygen, and the sudden drop in pressure had nearly knocked him out. The clones leaped over the hounds and wrapped their fingers around one guard's neck in each group. a smile crossing their faces. The Guards let go of the hounds' leashes and turned on the clones. The hounds sprinted at Hyashi, well out of the death range from what was about to happen. The clones exploded with the force of three explosive tags, killing the two guards in each group immediately, and launching the hounds forward, each hound going up and outward, the one in front of him, and the closest went over his back, slamming itno the ground knocking it out. The other two sailed over him, and he grabbed them by the collars and spun with them launching them back down their respective aisles, and into the wreckage of the shelves that had fallen inward. They'd be trapped, and injured, but wouldn't die unless no one tended to them. After throwing the two grown canines, he fell to his back, looking toward the ceiling. Sixteen down, four more to go.
His ears were ringing, but his eyes widened when he heard the distinct clang of metal from the doors to the kennel and the sound of scrabbling claws on the stone floor. Five added to the four, nine now approached. He was breathing heavily, this wasn't good. He'd messed up when he made the three clones from the air around him instead of making them behind the hounds. No, he hadn't if he'd waited that long, the dogs would have collided over him, and they'd have died. Hyashi himself would have been in much more pain and be much more disoriented than he already was. He could hear the dogs closing in, and looked up to the rafters, laughing slightly. This was going to suck more than anything he'd done yet. He lifted one arm, placed his hand on the ground and pulled himself up. Letting out a heavy sigh he took a deep breath, looking down the Aisle to see seven dogs coming his way. His eyes were no longer kind toward the animals, they were cold and hard. "Nine still able, seven approach... Two will remain." He said, drawing his blade in an instant, slashing through a hound. Using the speed and force of the slash, he spun dodging the other hounds, coming down and slashing another through it's chest cavity. Then drawing his sheath, he brought that down breaking another hound's spine. He lowered his body down to the level of the hounds, slowing and cushioning himself. His eyes never leaving the remaining four dogs. Letting go of his blade he brought his hands together, making hand signs and pausing on the last one. "Kaze Gyorai no Jutsu" He said inhaling deeply and exhaling as the dogs turned. A torpedo of air shot from his mouth hitting the ground in the middle of the hounds, a crack audible throughout the storehouse as the air exploded right there, the stone floor cracking and the dogs being flung, their bones breaking. Their lifeless corpses hit the ground with a thud as Hyashi stood to his full height. He looked down the aisles, wondering where the last two had gone. Twenty-three down, two remained.

Rpc Name: Matsuya Komihachi Village: Rank: Academy Student Bloodline or Clan applied for: Origami No Dara What you know about the clan/bl: The bloodline is known for its ability to control paper. They are able to change the density and shape of paper, as well as moving it at will. At later ranks, those of the bloodline are able to turn their own bodies into paper, whether to escape or confuse an opponent. At Stage Two of the bloodline, the user is able to strengthen their paper by adding the water element to their techniques. Rp Sample: The midday sun was shining overhead and all was at peace in the cast forest spanning the countryside. Except for the two shinobi rapidly jumping through the branches, one in pursuit of another. "Come on back, Artist!" The pursuer called out, letting out a mad cackle of laughter. Rather than respond, the one called "Artist" pulled a piece of paper from his equipment pouch and mumbled "Art of Cutting Blast" under his breath. The paper instantly folded into the shape of an origami dog in his hand. Dropping the paper dog onto a passing branch, Artist continued on. "You think a little doggy is going stop me from skinning y-" The pursuer was cut off by an explosion of razor sharp, paper senbon from the small dog as he passed over it. Artist glanced back for a moment to ensure his timing had been correct before jumping off again. He stopped in a clearing a small way away, panting from physical exertion. He slumped against a tree, facing the way he'd come.
A few moments later, the brush across the clearing crunched and Artist's pursuer emerged, bloodied and with a limp. "You think you're so smart, don't you, you b*****d? Leaving that dog behind to blow up in my face?!" Artist looked up at him, still panting. A slow hand slipped behind him and pressed its palm to the tree. A small laugh came from his lips. "Smarter than you. It's a lot like the Art of Pressing Pulp." Having cleverly disguised his jutsu incantation, Artist felt the tree softening behind him as it slowly turned to paper. The pursuer scowled and pulled another stray paper senbon from his arm. "What the hell does that even mean?!" The man, larger than his pray, pulled a zanbato from his back. "You're going to die, smart a**." Artist let out a small laugh and stood on shaking, sore legs.
"Am I? Well I'd better do my best then. I don't want people remembering me because I died from some meathead with a cleaver, do I?" Artist's would-be executioner roared in anger and ran at him, swinging his greatsword down in an overhead arc. "DIE!" Artist feinted to the left, letting the man's sword crash into the now soft tree and stick there for a moment. In that time, Artist had already run to another nearby tree and cast the same jutsu on it, softening to the tree into shreds of paper. "Come on then!" Artist said, laughing as his pursuer swung about wildly in anger. This strategy of softening the surrounding trees of the clearing into paper continued until Artist felt he had enough to make his plan work. He reached behind him into his equipment pouch, grabbing a handful of explosive tags, and threw them into the air, spreading them around. "Now, I think it's time we settled this, don't you?" As his attacker charged once again, Artist weaved a quick set of handseals and the paper he'd created all over the clearing rose into the air, as did the explosive tags.
"There's something you need to know about this Artist, my friend." Artist weaved another set of seals and some paper shot from the tornado of paper swirling around him and his enemy, forming a pair of wings on his back. "My name is Matsuya Komihachi. And I will never die from the likes of you." With that, Matsuya flew from the ground in with a flap of his new paper wings. Just as he exited the top of the tornado of paper and explosives, it closed in on the zanbato wielding goon. "Come back and fight like a man!" He screamed, just before the explosive tags began detonating, one after another before a massive explosion overtook the clearing. Matsuya hovered overhead, watching the aftermath of his technique. He took a moment to confirm that his pursuer was dead and then flew off on paper wings.

This bloodline needs some massive edits before we let anyone use it. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but you'll need to choose a different one. If it makes it any easier, feel free to ask myself or Hikaro before you pick the next one if it's currently usable. Bloodlines are something we're slowly working on completely updating so we're avoiding having anyone get into ones that are likely to change a lot or even be removed.

Rpc Name: Matsuya Komihachi Village: - Rank: Academy Student Bloodline or Clan applied for: Jiton (Magnetic Release) What you know about the clan/bl: The bloodline is known for its ability to control magnetic fields around the body and, by extension, metal objects. At later ranks, the bloodline branches into the ability to control either Iron Sand or Gold Dust. Rp Sample: Dawn had just start cresting over a small plateau overlooking a great desert. A singular figure could be seen upon the plateau in the morning light. It was sitting cross legged, facing the sunrise. A few minutes later, another figure walked slowly towards the meditative silhouette. "So you've finally come," said the stationary man. The man walking towards him nodded, scowling a bit. "Yeah, I came. I couldn't leave you out here alone. Not after that mess back there." The sitting man stood slowly, stretching his stiff joints after a full night of meditation. "You call it a mess? I call that a work of art." He yawned a bit, to the other man's annoyance. Art?! Those people were slaughtered in their beds! They had no idea what was happening until your sand filled their lungs!" The man who had been sitting turned, his shoulder length green hair swaying with him. He shrugged at his former compatriot. "Our orders were to kill them. That is all I did. If you are here to kill me in repentance for your own actions, you can try. I won't stop you." The other man, a grizzled looking warrior with a mane of black hair scowled, but drew his blade.
"That's how it's going to be after all these years?" The green haired man nodded and raised his hands, causing a large amount of metallic sand to rise from the earth under him. "This fight is only necessary because you cannot understand why I follow orders. But, if we must fight, I have prepared some party favors." A small smile broke his lips. "But I won't use my best techniques unless I have to." The black haired man nodded, readying himself. "No mercy then, brother? The other shook his head and then 4 kunai removed themselves from their holsters on his legs, floating before him. "None." He said as he swept his had towards the warrior, sending the kunai flying by shifting his magnetic field. The warrior deftly blocked the incoming knives and then charged his adversary, sword held at his side.
The green haired man calmly weaved a set of handseals and a mass of iron sand gathered behind him. "Peacock Cannon." He said lazily as the sand formed into what looked like feathers behind him, each with a small hole at the top. Balls of sand formed inside these holes, rotating slowly inside their magnetic fields. He raised a lazy had and pointed at the charging warrior. "Fire." 5 of the 7 cannonballs shot out of their nests and flew towards the warrior. The grizzled man quickly weaved a set of handseals with one one hand and spouted a jet of fire from his mouth, melting the iron sand of the cannonballs into a solid form. Their caster frowned a bit at the development, but seemed otherwise uncaring. In fact, he raised his hands and gave his opponent a standing ovation. "Bravo. You've learned how to melt my iron." The warrior drew up a few meters away and nodded, his eyes cold and calculated now. "5 years as your partner taught me a few things. Like that your iron is useless when heated." The green haired man snapped his fingers, sending the last two cannonballs sailing towards his opponent. "Stop talking." The man said, watching his opponent's eyes grow wide at the attack. He blocked one of the balls with his sword, but the other slammed into his shoulder and sent him reeling back. He stared, panting as he recovered from the hit. The green haired man raised his hand, open palmed towards the ground. The iron sand around him slowly rose and formed into the shape of a long, winged spear. He took a few running steps towards his opponent and then thrust the spear forward with all of his strength. The warrior quickly reacted, coating his sword in fire chakra and slicing the spear, melting the iron.
Letting the sand fall from around him, the green haired man sighed and walked towards the edge of the plateau. "Must we do this? We are on equal ground as far as skill and power go. Why not just let it end?" The warrior slowly straightened himself, still holding his shoulder. "Because you're a monster. You drowned those people in this sand and then pulled it all from their lungs at once." The green haired man simply folded his hands behind his back, near two large sealing scrolls. He shrugged, looking into the sunrise. "Orders are orders."
"That's no excuse!" The warrior readied his blade and began stalking towards his target, more careful this time. The green haired man quickly swung his hands up, grabbing the sealing scrolls as he did. He opened them and then placed a drop of his own blood on them, causing large amounts of iron sand to pour from them. "Then it is time for you to witness my ultimate techniques." After dropping the scrolls, he weaved a set of handseals and a large pyramid and cube of sand formed behind him, hovering in mid air. They the started forming together slowly, interweaving themselves into spear-like structures. "Iron Sand World Method." The man said, his face sad. The structures suddenly erupted outwards, sending spears flying in every direction at amazing speeds. The warrior attempted to avoid them, but one struck him in the side and another grazed his cheek. The aftermath slowly unfolded as the dust settled. The caster himself had sustained a few major injuries, having made no attempt to stop the spears from touching him. The warrior had only been struck twice, whether by sheer luck or skill. His beard was now soaked with blood, as was his side.
The man with bloodstained, green hair turned and faced his opponent. The pain was obvious on his face. "This is it. We both die here. Both by my hand." With that said, he tapped the metal of his forehead protector, causing it to turn to iron sand. He gathered said iron sand at the tip of one of his fingers and pointed it at his oldest friend. "Goodbye, brother....." He said, a small sad smile on his face. They both knew this battle would end in this manner. "Tekkoudan" The man said one last time before the sand at the tip of his finger started spinning and forming into a long, sharp object. He brought down his thumb and the projectile rocketed from his finger and pierced the other man's heart. The old warrior slumped and then fell into a ball. "So long..." He said, choking on blood. Then, he was dead. As the last words left his friend's mouth, the green haired man fell backwards, off the plateau. He was already dead when the iron sand that had fallen cushioned his fall and took him into it.
Used Jutsu:
Kujaki Taihou (Peacock Cannon) - [Defensive/Offensive] - [C-rank] - [Requires 16 Units] After forming the necessary hand seals, a wall of Iron Sand forms behind the user in the shape of a male Peacock's display feathers, with seven individual feathers spread out around the user, each with a large empty circular hole at the tip of the feather. Once the feathers are fully formed, additional Iron Sand begins to fill into the holes in each feather, creating 6 in. diameter cannonballs which float within the feathers. With each cannonball nestled in a 'launcher', the polarities of the feather and ball are quickly reversed, which shoots the cannonballs out of the feathers toward the Satetsu user's opponents. Each cannonball fires intermittently and each individual ball can be fired at a different foe, or all of them at the same opponent.
Tekkouseki Saikutsu (Iron Mining) - [Supplementary] - [B-rank] By sending Iron Sand into the earth, a Satetsu user is able to seek out deposits of Iron Ore in the ground and convert them into Iron Sand, adding it to their collection. The technique itself charges the Iron Sand which acts independently of the user to find the Iron ore, which is instantly converted to Iron Sand on contact, joining the rest in the search for more Iron ore. However, the user's concentration is required to continually feed chakra into the growing mass of Iron Sand below them, enabling it to convert even more Iron ore into Iron Sand.
The technique can be held for up to three posts, but requires 3 chakra per post to utilize. Each post the technique is held, more and more Iron ore is converted, and the amount gained per post grows exponentially. As soon as the user's concentration/flow of chakra into the Iron Sand in the ground is broken, all of the amassed Iron Sand springs up out of the ground and begins to levitate around the Satetsu practitioner, ready to be utilized. (This can only be done once per day in any particular thread... as there is only so much Iron ore in the ground to convert)
Held for one post, it converts/returns 1/2 a Unit of Iron Sand. Held for two posts, it converts/returns 1.5 Units of Iron Sand. Held for three posts, it converts/returns 3 Units of Iron Sand.
(A FULL post of chakra/concentration is required to convert Iron ore. The first post is an initiating post and counts as the first full post, so long as the user did not make an attack or dodge an attack in that same post. In the user's next post, if they either attack or defend against an attack, the technique is ended and the user only receives ONE post worth of Iron Sand.)
Satetsu Kaihou (Iron Sand World Method) - [Offensive] - [A-rank] - [Requires 140 Units] This technique uses two constructs formed via the 'Iron Sand Gathering Assault' technique and merges them to create a gigantic sphere of branching spikes. After creating the two constructs, each construct is polarized with opposing magnetic fields and then merged together. This causes the magnetic forces to instantly increase and the repellent force created by the two opposing magnetic fields scatters the Iron Sand across a vast area. The Iron Sand spreads in sharp spikes that branch off irregularly, making it very hard to get a clear overview of what is happening. This also makes evading the spikes incredibly difficult. Even if the opponent has managed to evade getting hit, the Iron Sand spikes will have filled the entire surroundings, cutting off any escape routes. With the opponent trapped, the user is free to attack in person.
Tekkoudan (Armor Piercing Ammunition) - [Offensive] - [S-rank] - [Requires 1/4 of a Unit] An incredibly dangerous, long range attack, the Tekkoudan is an attack utilizing a small bullet of Iron Sand shot at incredible speeds which can penetrate even the strongest barriers. Holding their hand as if they were firing a gun, with the index and middle fingers pointing towards the target, a small collection of Iron Sand gathers and forms an incredibly dense round of ammunition, about 1 inch in diameter. Building a careful balance in magnetic forces in front of and behind the Iron Sand Bullet, the bullet begins to spin rapidly as it is re-shaped, shrinking to about half an inch, but elongating slightly while sharpened to a point... the tip of the bullet sharpened almost to the atomic level. Ramping up the forces, the bullet spins faster and faster, until the user suddenly releases the front magnetic field, which releases the bullet as it shoots forward in a straight path.
The combined speed, sharpness, and torque of the bullet makes the ammunition nigh unstoppable, allowing it to penetrate any barrier. Evading the bullet is the only way to avoid damage, but that is no easy feat as the bullet moves at SS-ranked speeds or higher. The only good part about being hit by the bullet is that there is no chance of it ricocheting off bone, as the speed of the bullet guarantees a 'through-and-through' shot. The bad news however is that it can easily puncture a lung, the heart, or shatter a bone that it passes through, and is very commonly fatal in the hands of a practiced user.

Honestly this one is giving me a bit of difficulty, not necessarily because it's a bad app, but because in trying to judge it I'm having to scan the bloodline and end up worrying more about the problems with the current bloodline itself than the app.
A couple problems I noticed with the app.
I can't actually see where Iron Mining was used in the sample. This stands out to me specifically because of the time and concentration referenced in the jutsu description. It's not a tech that can really be used "In passing", so it should definitely have been noticeable in the sample unless you'd started using it pre-combat. Of course, as an app even then it should have been referenced in some way.
Satetsu Kaihou specifically mentions that it utilizes constructs created using a previous jutsu that you didn't actually use or reference the use of in your post. The prerequisite there is probably to avoid the jutsu being possible to use in a single post, as each construct requires a single use of the prerequisite jutsu, and then this jutsu would be a third post.
In your last paragraph I see the use of another jutsu that you didn't reference either in the sample or in your list of jutsu. That being Ninja Bihin Kasuru Giryou.
Overall the progression of the scene feels too fast, like it's leaping straight from one major jutsu use to another. This bloodline is really built on subtleties, and I'd like to see more of that rather that a recitation of the jutsu list. All in all the app is fairly close to approvable, but I'd like to see some more of the subtle details that really pull this bloodline together. Keep in mind that the app doesn't have to be a battle, it just has to showcase the bloodline in action. It could be anything from training to a shopping trip if you can think of a way to make it work.
