Secondary Color: Strawberry Pink
Top -- A jacket. The sleeves are short and puffy with little ruffles on the end. The main part of the top is a pretty traditional nega-jacket, perhaps a little more fitted/ feminine. From the waist down, the jacket resembles a bell-shaped skirt. The skirt comes to Sylvite's hips in the front and to about the end of her bloomers in the back. Think the skirt on this, but a little less frilly.
Bottoms -- Short bloomers with little ruffles on the end.
Gloves -- Really long gloves that tuck into her sleeves.
Belt -- Maybe a simple black strip of fabric to separate her "top" and "skirt"?
Shoes -- Really tall boots that tuck into her bloomers.
Shoulders -- Nothing for now.
Accessories -- A headband with a off center bow with a cute skull on it.
Weapon --
Lieutenant- Two medium size fancy lollipops with pink and black stripes.
