Delicious food? Those pieces of chalk with little words like "luv" printed on them? Heavens no. Chalk doesn't stain either. What else were those damn little hearts good for (besides a base for home made fire starters)?

Seeing the fleeing Blue, Tea took aim. "Mods... please guide my hand." There is nothing quite like having a chalk heart thrown down one's cleavage on Valentine's day. She was hoping that Blue would be enlightened by the experience and praise the Mods for the blessed amusement.

bluey feels something small hit her back as she's fleeing from tea, and turns around to shake her fist and yell at tea for spoiling her new top.
Unfortunately, that leaves her standing facing tea...

Crouching low to get out of the line of fire, Rei peeked ot from the table she had taken cover behind when the cry went up. Spying at last, the sound system, she gauged the distance and prepared to charge.

She reached down to grab another chalk heart... but a present was closer at hand.

Not likely the best thing to be chucked down one's shirt. But a good sprial on it made for an amusing image none the less.

Eyeing Rei, Orlando finally realized what he was up to, and risking himself made a mad dash for the stereo system.

Beaming, bluey caught the gift. "Thank you tea!"
She decided, however, the prospect of the food fight was a little too much and decided to take her leave.

"Thanks so much for everything tea - it was wonderful."

Laughing in delight, she ran off through the nearest entrance.

She waved after Blue, attempting to pelt her with a handful of candy hearts. "Happy Valentine's day!"

Unconcerned with where the hearts landed, she reached down for a second handful only to see that she was out of amo.

She skittered across the floor to the door leading to the kitchen to get some more. (Be back in a bit.)

Seeing Orlando steal a march on her, Rei burst from cover, screaming "Go for Broke". Evidently, the battlecry of the 100th/442nd RCT didn't help Rei's speed any as she arived at the sound system a few paces behind Orlando, and not having any way to slow down, collided with him.

Throwing out his shoulder and twisting with the motion of being rammed from behind, Orlando managed to catch Rei as they tumbled to the floor in a heap, slapping a hand on the CD player and shouting "FLOGGING MOLLY! I MUST DO THE TRADITIONAL DRUNKEN JAPANESE JIG!"

Rei winced at the volume of the shout, as she tried to extract herself from the ground. She succeded only after managing to step or lean on orlando in a painful way three times. Which, for a girl as clumsy as Rei, was something of a minor miracle. After making sure of her footing, she offered Orlando a hand up.

Thanking Rei, he took her hand, and stood up. "So now what do we do?"

Rei stared glumly at the tangle of wires on the floor and the now silent sound system.

"Guys are supposed to be good with technical stuff, right?" she said hopefully, crosing her fingers behind her back, and backing away.

Orlando peered at the tangled mess thoughtfully "I'm better at blowing stuff up but we didn't break it ya know, just tipped it over. It's perfectly fine."
