Martin Spiralwave Witch Hunter Robin 94 Martin Spiralwave Normally, a Genjutsu can make the victim believe they are stronger but for it to actually make them stronger would require great skill in Genjutsu. To be honest this is more of a B or A rank technique and the victim will have to suffer the stamina drain from the jutsu. Also only one person could be affected at any time and only for up to three posts. But this is an excellent concept, so don't let me discourage you from trying to get it approved smile Okay, those are fair trades that I am more than willing to agree to. I changed the rank to A and I made it that it only affects one person for three posts. However, I do have a request of my own if possible to satisfy the tweaking of the genjutsu. Would it be possible if the genjutsu was stackable with other attributes and types? If not, I completely understand and would edit once again Because the Genjutsu acts as a Active Boost, it is able to stack with attributes but not other Active Boosts [from other techniques and such]. Additionally, I am willing to allow you to drop the rank down to B-rank, I realized I may have been a little too strict with it at first. Again, this is an awseome concept Robin. I hope to see it in action sometime in the future. Finally, the crew is currently working on a Genjutsu system so it is likely that I will call you back to edit the technique a bit more to fit the system. Thank you kindly and I hope you do get to see it in action, of course that won't be until I am a chuunin. Jutsu Type: It's a Bloodline jutsu for the Motarasu Hana.
Jutsu Rank: C-S depending on range and sensitivity. A c-rank version of it can extent a radius of 5-6 feet that can only feel when someone directly steps on them. S-rank is when they can have a radius up to twenty feet and can feel tremors of the person's footsteps 2 inches underneath the ground
Jutsu Description: This is a passive jutsu that requires the right seeds. Any vine based plants can use this and you need the Motarasu Hana's odd chakra to create them and extend them to their plant form. The plants can be set above and be camouflaged by turf (manmade or natural) or they can burrow underneath and be hidden to sense tremors.
The way its used it when the user puts chakra in the seeds and drop them in the ground. Depending on how much chakra was put inside, the plants can either slither on the ground or shove themselves in the earth. Then the user must be still in one spot and close his eyes to feel the movements and all that. Also, the user can open their eyes while using the jutsu but closing them would give him an edge on sensing more of the movement. If you want to use the jutsu with your eyes closed though, you must already know your team's movements quite well to be able to tell it from your enemies.
The drawback to the ability is that you can't move when you use this jutsu. When the jutsu is used, unless the connection is severed and the risk of overlooking an enemy, the user isn't able to attack. He can still make handsigns but can't move out of his place. This is why the jutu is mostly used when the user is with a team or a partner to protect him.

I would appreciate it if either one of you could evaluate these jutsu. In the case of Blossoming Dragon I would like to know if it still falls in the realm of a B-rank technique, considering its strength. If not, any advice on how I can weaken it without altering its properties would be much appreciated. Maybe limit it to the original 2 lines of flame, removing the blinding part, and add an upkeep cost for holding the technique. Your progression is strange. it says at the rank of Special Jounin... but it's already a B-rank attack. I would argue actually that it shouldn't be learnable by Chuunin at all. "By the rank of Sp, Jounin, the scar of fire left on the enemy will then erupt into an explosion that rivals four explosive tags." ...that is massively broke. Boufuu Bakuhatsu Bunshin no Jutsu (An A-ranked clone made to explode) deals 3 tags worth of damage. A Sannin ranked Ki-strike is 3 explosion tags... the same goes for a Konaga Augmentation at Jounin. I think my point is clear. I would say 2 explosion tags would be fair.
Jounin should be able to produce 2... Sannin 3... and I don't mind the wind combinations.

Jutsu Description: Zenko had always been the one to strive for physical perfection, preferring that her every detail was just right to maximize her sexiness. It wasn't until her later years that she learned that she could use her innate ability of infatuation for espionage and assassination missions. However, there was only problem with actively doing many of them. Each consecutive mission would provide a much larger chance for someone catching wind of her appearance, and she sought to solve that. Understanding the pain and power of her Konaga chakra, she bent its destructive force into something she could use for herself. Using this technique the user can form their body into any shape and form any details they wish, from changing into a small cat or switching genders. Effects of this jutsu are permanent until it is used again, allowing for another change.
Additional Details: - Use of this technique amplifies the pain of the Konaga to new heights, increasing their pain-stress level by one to three depending on the complexity of the change. One would be changing form as the same gender, with no limits. Two is switching genders', and three is changing into the shape of an animal. The Pain-Stress effect lasts for 7 posts where is fades by 1 each three posts until it is at the correct level. (Basically, it REALLY hurts.)
- Can only be used twice each meditation session.
- Cannot be used once the Konaga passes the 1/3 stamina threshold.
- Only physical characteristics are changed. Sensors would still be able to see/track the chakra regularly. (Although the changed shape will probably cause some confusion.)
Stamina Cost: 25
Additional Effects: If another attempt is forced some type of permanent scar will be formed on the user's figure, usually in the appearance of the 'burn.'

Or should it be two chakra points per post? As for heating metal, the flames would have to come in contact with the object. Sannin 3... and I don't mind the wind combinations.A C-rank water construct is pretty much any water technique that isn't of great volume or drawing water from a source of water such as a lake, ocean, or river. At least, that is how I would define it in this case. The white scar also affects humans but they receive no extra damage as they are already most likely on fire. I can comply with the Special Jounin rank restriction and limit the strength of the blast to two explosive tags. Also will granting the Sp. Jounin Progression to Jounin rank be fair [ on top of the limitation of two shots?] I'm no expert on the Konaga Bloodline, but altering the destructive, body augumenting property of their chakra into a force than can actually alter the body would require masterful chakra control. Will changing your species affect any mental abilities or Attributes/Specialties? Also, are you limited to actual living species or can Zenko morph into literally any shape? And concerning changing species, how will she know the exact anatomical/genetic 'structure' of the new species she will shift into? The last question is more out of curiosity but the first may determine whether I can approve this technique or not.

Konaga Bloodline 6. Chakra Control Mastery: In the process of simply surviving, a Konaga comes complete master the concepts of chakra formation, augmentation, and control. As such, Konaga members are masters of such skills and are able to use chakra beyond the normal capabilities of others, bending it almost effortlessly around their body without the need for hand seals. This enables them to easily master skills such as Tree/Wall Walking, Water Walking, and Wire Walking early on and without any difficulty. This enables the Konaga to access Chakra Control Abilities such as those mentioned earlier as if they were one rank lower then normal, and allows them to learn the techniques in half the number of posts normally required (rounded down). Well, I actually never thought about that. The first thing that came to mind would be that Zenko would be unable to talk for obvious reasons. She won't be able to perform any hand seals and would be limited to only her bloodline abilities if she changed to a species without hands. Also, I think it would be fair to limit her to the natural abilities of any species she decides to change into, so basically all of her specialties and attributes would be useless to her. (Also: Species like elephants or cheetahs would be silly. If she turns into an animal, it would most likely be a common feline or a mouse. Any others would arouse suspicion as they are not native to the area, no?) Of course, I can limit her physical abilities to her normal ones as human. All species that she could morph into would have to be biotic, or living. I'm not sure how she'll know actually. Maybe I could come up with another technique which forces her chakra into a member of the species, and 'downloads' the information onto a scroll, which she would need to use to shift into anything other than human. (So if she 'downloaded' a cat, she could now be any type of common house cat there was.) Any of this is subject to change how you see fit.
