Ulmuka stepped into the cafeteria with his nose already twitching. Sometimes he could smell what was cooking before he saw it but something about the food in this cafeteria confused even his strange senses.
Mostly he was thirsty though. He clacked his teeth and scanned the room. "ASH!" He waved his hand to her and shouted LOUDER than necessary. After he snagged a cup of unidentifiable liquid, the strix slid up behind his new banshee friend and curled an arm around her.

The loud shout brought Aislin out of her thoughts. The banshee actually blinked around a few moments until she realized it was... "Muka!" It was a cry of delight as she saw the strix. She was even more thrilled when he settled down beside her and put his arm around her. She wiggled in closer and wrapped her arm about his lower-back as well, absently stroking his side.
She wanted very badly to avoid the topic of 'so you'll be leaving, soon. and instead decided to cover, "Did you have fun?" She certainly had. From the library to the FEARleading and then the games at the pink booth and running around after rabid patchwork lepus... A little giggle escaped the pale blond as she recalled the moments.

Deacon had selected the same as Riyo, likely marking the both of them under kitty cliche, but of course he couldn't care any less. Accepting that the ghoul wasn't going to let him pay - and actually not being fond of the idea of getting into another argument so soon - he conceded without protest and simply followed her to the small table that she'd chosen. Sitting across from her, he opened the container and took a couple of gulps from it before sitting it down.
"That's better... The booths all had food, but no drinks." From what he had noticed, at least. "'Cept for the Host Club, but I'm not a tea kinda guy." Or prissy, he almost added, but figured she would already know that much.

Leaning back in her seat, just as she was taught NOT to do, Riyo opened the container and sipped it quietly, thankful that it was better than the food.
"I didn't go by that booth... I only followed this..." She paused, wondering what to call them. They didn't really act like a couple. "Small group through the open house... Or else I would've been out a lot earlier." And would've never gotten her poptart cat, in retrospect.
Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out the box and stared at it for a moment, her look of disinterest disguising the giddiness underneath.
"So... What's your name?" It was rare she took an interest in someone else, but considering their fascinating meeting, she figured showing a little bit of interest couldn't hurt.

It was almost over. Syb smiled slightly, sad but happy that she had had such a fun time and stepped through the door of the cafeteria, the place she hadn't yet been to. Her smile fell, then grew huge as she saw two of her new friends together. "Muka! Ash!" she called, heading for them. "I was hoping I would see you again!" Especially Muka. She had grown extremely fond of the strix boil over the day, and it would have broken her heart not to see him at least once more before leaving.

"I stopped by it, but didn't intend to stick around long. I meant to swing by a few others to harass my 'bro' a bit, but considering it's a bit crowded I figure that he's busy enough getting harassed as it is."
He looked to the box as well, as he took another sip of his milk. "I should've went to that booth, instead of the damn maze. There wasn't invisible s**t at the Desu booth."
When questioned of his name, he only then realized that he hadn't given it. Of course, most of the times he was flirting and quickly introducing himself... Not running into someone and calling them a c**t and nearly giving them an anxiety attack.
"Deacon."

"A ton!" Muka grinned to Ash. He hadn't actually thought about the reality of leaving yet. Maybe it was deliberate avoidance but his brain didn't want to make any difficult emotional decisions right now.
"I hope I can get in!" He hugged Ash tight in his one arm, his eyes blinking at different moments. "It would be fantastic."
Home was nothing like this. He barely ever got to hang out with people his own age and his few friends were his brothers and sisters. The thoughts were seeping in to him now but his smile stayed bold.
"Syb!" He reached out his free hand for the darling patchwork.

'bro'? Riyo wondered if he literally meant he had a brother, though she didn't ask. She didn't hear people use the term very often, considering how much of a shut-in she was most days.
"No, but there was rabbit whacking." Riyo sighed, pointing to her nose which happened to have something reminiscent of a bite on it. "This is what I get for caring. Which is why I make a point not to." Upon closer examination there was also a claw mark across her face, and a handkerchief wrapped around her slender black tail. It was as if she'd been through a war zone.
"I'm Riyo." She said simply after he gave his name, taking another sip of her milk.

"Muka!" she said, racing to him and wrapping her arms around his waist, her shoulder under his outstretched arm. "Oh, I had so much fun at the arts and craft booth! I got to beat on concrete shoes with a nail bat! Of course, it didn't work out exactly the way I wanted to, but it was very entertaining!"
She looked up at them both, smiling brilliantly. "What did you two do for the last part of the day?"

"I'd have rather whacked rabbits." He replied, with a smirk of amusement. The injuries, to him at least, didn't seem like much. "I got banged up worse at the Battle of the Bands." Damn gargoyle and his stupid drum set.
Draining what remained in his carton, he casually tossed it toward a nearby trash bin. He missed, although apparently that had been the intention, because he chuckled softly to himself as he watched a cleaning gnome scramble over and pick it up.
Looking back to her, his smirk remaining, he tilted his head lightly in a curious manner. "You think you'll try to enroll?"

Riyo would've rather stuck her hand in s**t. Hell, she dealt with s**t all day. Well.. The kind that only reeked mentally, but still.
Not that she'd admit that.
Watching as he tossed the carton, she was about to let out a 'hah' at his miss... Until she realized that was his intention. Haha, he really WAS a douche.
And she really was a c**t. They'd pretty much nailed each other on the head.
Her eyes guided back to the boil when he questioned her, she finished off the carton and sat it down on the table, slowly tapping her fingers together in thought.
"Probably." the feline started, glancing to the people starting to gather around. "Anything is better than what I'm doing right now. Semantics and bullshit, day in and day out."
It figured as soon as she mentioned it, said 'semantics and bullshit' would start ringing in her pocket. Grimacing, she picked up the expensive looking piece of technology out of her pocket and stared at the screen. It was obvious she wasn't going to answer it. "Speak of the devil..."
Pushing the ignore button, she stood from her seat and pocketed her possessions... Though, there was some sort of card that had been stuck to the bottom of the poptart cat box, which just happened to drop off and land on the floor next to the table they sat at.
Being in somewhat of a rush, the ghoul feline didn't notice. "Unfortunately, I'll have to be leaving soon." Or maybe fortunately. Hell, she didn't know anymore.

He'd given a sound of acknowledgement, nodding his agreement to her reply. While sometimes he still felt as though a school was the same thing day in and day out... There were always those random and typically painful occurrences that made things here exciting.
Mandatory field trips not included. That was an entirely different ballpark.
"It's pretty cool here." He said. "Always something entertaining going on, never a dull moment as they say."
He fell silent as her phone rang, laughing lightly when she declined the call. However, it seemed that she was going to address it either way, since she stood thereafter. He did notice the card fall as he stood as well, but rather than pick it up, he deliberately laid a pawed foot over it as he took a step.
"Maybe I'll see you around then, Riyo."

"Maybe you will." Riyo agreed, crumpling up her own carton and tossing it at the garbage, though whether she missed deliberately or not was a question that would go unanswered.
She really had no intention of talking to him again, much like she wouldn't have had intentions of seeing the wolf ghoul if it hadn't been for her overwhelming meekness and unsettling kindness.
Though... She probably would be. Even if she didn't realize it yet.
"Goodbye Deacon." The feline said softly with a wave and promptly resumed walking out the door with success this time around.

Returning the wave as Riyo took her leave, the demon waited until she was across the threshold before he lifted his foot and bend down to pick up the card that she'd dropped.
He grinned to himself, casually slipping it into a pocket. Then he, too, headed for the door.

Arts and Crafts booth? It sounded like great fun!
Muka grinned, seated with his arms wrapped around both ghouls. He loved the contact and the close proximity. He already was considering these ghouls to be his friends and he'd only met them earlier in the day.
"Amazing!" he said it aloud but it was more a response to his inner thoughts. "I visited brute ball. I don't think I could play that game.." he giggled. "But there are a lot of strapping boils for you ladies..." He squeezed them both. Unfortunately he didn't have a third arm and so he had to let go of the ghouls so he could sip the mysterious liquid. It was sweet with an irony taste but definitely wasn't blood. It was good though!
He didn't even mention the strange goings on with the Desu booth.
"What did you do Ash?!" She seemed to already have made TONS of friends.
