Alex sighed and shifted to make herself comfortable, flipping the tv off after Paragon nodded off. She didn't really feel like watching anything. She had a feeling she was going to be out the minute her head hit the pillow as well. She hadn't had sleep in...days? Weeks? Good g- how was she even functioning? Did she really keep up that much energy the whole time? Tossing the remote onto the desk beside her, she rolled over onto her side to face the wall, and fall asleep herself. ~*~ ~*~ ~*~ ~*~ A few moments later, after the two were in fact fast asleep, a rather ominous cloud of black smoke rolled out from under the doorway. It floated over towards the tv, and filled the screen untill it was jet black.

Lucas, still fast asleep, had not noticed the smoke, as it apparently didn't give off any sort of scent. However, his eyes shot open, as he subconsciously sensed that something was wrong.

There was nothing immedeately noticable about the room, other than the non-reflective TV screen. There was no scent, no sound, nothing. Actually...it may have been a little too still in the room.

Paragon, for that was who he was yet again, immediately started to scan the room... and then he looked to Alex; his jaw dropped. Was that... black lingerie?!

Alex, still asleep, stirred after a moment or two of him staring. She opened her eyes and looked up at him. "...what's wrong?" she asked, her voice gentle and sleepy.

"You look... different," Paragon said. "Why did you... take off your shirt? And why're you wearing that... frilly, black lingerie that... really accents you?" he asked.

Alex smiled a bit and sat up, letting the covers slide off of her. "What? Don't you like it?" she asked softly, pulling her legs up to slide them out of the covers as well. "The tee shirt still smelled like sulfur...and...well...I was wearing this under it."

Paragon raised an eyebrow. "Well... I, uh,..." He cleared his throat a bit. "It, uh... definitely looks great on you, you know..." He was a little confused; why was she suddenly acting like this? The pheromones, probably. Hell, the only reason he was able to resist them was due to his upbringing.

Alex smiled and looked down at the covers for a moment. "I'm...um...sorry, by the way. For flipping out like that earlier. I never meant to make you feel like you did something wrong." she said gently, then looked back up at him. "I mean...you did save my life twice. And that was a horrible way of repaying you."

"Nah, it's okay, I guess," Paragon said, though he couldn't stop himself from examining Alex's smooth, supple skin, his eyes slowly traveling down her body. He still felt somewhat ashamed of himself, but something was making him do it.

Alex watched him, and the path his eyes were traveling. Her smile turned, well, wolfish and she leaned closer to him, her smile falling back into it's original form. "No, it's not. I feel bad about it, and I know I hurt your feelings earlier."

As she neared him, Paragon's pheromones started going crazy. Normally he was cool and collected in his Paragon state, but now? He was feeling very tempted... and it surprised him. Again he asked the question in his mind: Why was she acting like this?

Paragon didn't say anything, and he didn't try to refuse her advance. So she went with it.
Alex leaned in closer and slid out of the covers completely. She crawled over to him until she was practically sitting on him with her legs straddling his lap and her hands placed gently on his shoulders. "I want to make it up to you. For everything. You deserve it." she whispered, leaning in closer to him.

Okay... Something is definitely wrong, Paragon thought to himself. She had told him before they had gotten into bed that sleeping with a man she barely knew would be bad, and now she was pulling this? No... something was up.
"No..." he said softly. "You're not Alex, so just who are you?" he asked.

Alex paused for a moment, staring him intently in the eyes. And then she grinned. That same wolfish grin she had flashed earlier. "You are good." she purred, but with another woman's voice. "Normally men don't realize they're still dreaming until the it's all done."
There was still no one in the room with them visually, but someone could be heard groaning now.
"Much like your friend over there. She's not even trying to fight it." the fake Alex purred.
