A hint of a smile tugged at Mitsu's lips when the pinky swear was completed. Though her expression turned more serious when Shun apologized for worrying her.

"You better not do it again," She tried to scold, though it sounded pretty weak. "I searched for you everywhere, drove Ben nuts asking him everyday if he had seen you, I even climbed a building when I caught your scent in the alley a week ago and got stuck." Though her expression softened as her hand came up to rest against his cheek, her fingers tentatively touching the bandages over his eye with care. "I was worried....you would end up like Ginji. I kept calling your number hoping you would answer worried that all I would get is a disconnected message." That's what had happened with Ginji's phone. Mitsu had paid the bill but the service had been cut off and the phone company couldn't tell her who had done it.

"You're here now and alive, that's what matters." Mitsu reassured.

Sitting up looked like it was starting to become a chore as Mitsu slowly sank back into her chair, her head leaning against the wall again. Her eyes still looked tired and out of it but she at least seemed a little more coherent than earlier.

"Where are you going to go tonight? Back to the dorm?" Mitsu knew she would need to head back soon. It was late and Riyo might question where she was and she didn't want to have to lie or make her worry. Too much had happened to come up with a good story...and Mitsu was going to need to buy a new shirt before she returned. It was rather depressing since she liked this shirt, it had a cute little panda on the front nomming on some bamboo.

Normally Mitsu wouldn't take food if she could help it, especially when Shun no doubt needed the energy, but her eyes looked longingly at the half of the sandwich offered to her. Needless to say she had burned through the calories she had consumed earlier and the blood loss had left her a little weak.

Reaching for it, though reluctantly, Mitsu took the sandwich. "Are you sure?"

After the okay Mitsu didn't hesitate long before she started to eat. At the rate she consumed the sandwich it was a wonder if she could even taste it. If asked what was on it she wouldn't have been able to answer but it was a little relieving to have something on her stomach.

Now it would just be a waiting game for the sedative to wear off. Mitsu was certain she wouldn't be able to walk straight at the moment and she didn't want to have to make Shun help her. He had just been fixed up after all. "Are you still sore?" Mitsu asked curiously. She had never been healed the way Shun had been before, though she supposed what Shun did was close or she imagined it was.

Tenderly Mitsu placed her hand over her injury. It was still sore but it felt much better after whatever Shun had done on the way here. Now that it was properly mended the pain was starting to ease, though the sedative was helping as well.

"I...I feel okay," Mitsu finally said. "I....I don't heal like I used to," She reluctantly admitted. Though it was even harder to admit that it scared her a little...the reason behind it. Her body was breaking down...but Suto never did fully explain. Would her body continued to break down and to what point would it stop? Or would it?

"I hope so..." Mitsu said quietly. She really wasn't sure what was going to become of her anymore. Waking up the next day was a blessing in and of itself. It had been quite the reality check but at the same time it allowed her to enjoy the little things a little bit more. Or at least she was trying to hold on to that positive thinking...or desperately clinging to it.

After a while longer of resting Mitsu finally ventured to try and stand. At first she seemed a little unsteady but once she was fully on her feet she seemed to balance out. "Do you think its okay to leave?" The doctor had peeked in on them shortly but hadn't been back since.

Mitsu gave a nod, "Yeah, I'm okay." Carefully she picked up the bundled up jacket again to carry it out. She figured once they were in the clear Shun would take his things back.

Taking slow steps so she wouldn't risk falling she fell into step beside Shun. "Are you going to be okay? You were badly injured only a little while ago." She reminded him. There was no doubt in her mind that his body was still feeling the effects of it, though again she didn't know how white magic worked.

Mitsu looked a little sad at the mention of his eye. "It must have been painful." It didn't seem like Shun was too pleased with it either but who would be? She was pretty sure she would be....devastated to lose an eye permanently. It was hard enough when Suto played games with her vision and cast her in darkness for a few hours at a time.

"I can...make you something." Mitsu offered. It seemed her thought process was following along side Shun's. "So you don't have to wear the bandages." She had always been pretty thrifty when it came to needle and thread but it would be the first time making an eye covering. It couldn't be too hard to manage though.

Sticking close to Shun, Mitsu headed to the hallway so that they could leave, the jacket and its hidden contents held closely. It wasn't a big place so finding an exit probably wouldn't be hard, avoiding people would be the tricky part.
