★ Barton Police Department- Vice-Captain (Inactive/closed)
★ Gaia Safety Department – Captain (closed)
As you can see, this guilds primary focus are on security reasons kung baga tumutulong tung mga guild sa peace and order ng Gaia and to help re-enforcing the TOS. Tagal na kasi nito 2008 pa, pero naging successful naman.
Actually I wanted to make my own Filipino Guild, but I don't have the "experience" since this is a different type of guild not like the guild I handled. Wanted to have a different type of moderation experience.
Your skills/potentials:
Ok dito na tayo sa tanong na to, to be honest. Hindi aquh magaling sa math! Kaya aqu nag nursing kasi walang math problems except sa simple computations ng drugs wink un lang po. I’m a helpful person na handang tumulong sa mga nangangailangan, sabi ko nga physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually but not “financially” sweatdrop kasi ang rationale quh I’m not rich but if I have I’m very much willing to give or share, nakasanayan ko na rin kasi ang pag donate o pagtulong lalo na sa dami ko ng experience sa buhay ko, studyante plang ako nun tumutulong na ako sa kapwa ko tulad na lang sa pagmember sa red cross, mga charities, medical missions at marami pang iba, pag alaga ng ibat-ibang uri ng pasyente bata man o matanda may ngipin o wala rofl . Hindi naman aquh madamot pero pagkailangan ko talaga ang pera, pasensyahan..Hehe “ biro lang”. I’m not really good and talented like others ang masasabi ko lang based from my observation (ahem), when it comes to art graphic designs, hindi ako officially equipped dun but I can do creative things like making a simple but superb banner wink , edit or create pictures, and make simple films and now I’m starting to learn making GIF’s images and I know how to draw kaya nga may Artshop ako dati na tinayo dito. If you want to learn how to make arts commissions just ask me. Marami akong tutorials na pwede I-share sainyo. Ung lang.
How will you function as an IWC Crew?
First and foremost crews are mandated to help/assist the guild captain in moderating or running the guild and keeping it active as always.
-marami na kasi nagsabi sa mga past application forms na iwiwelcome ang mga newbies and tutulong sa recruitement, pag moderate ng mga topics kung ilalagay ko pa dito baka sabihing ginaya qu lang. ang masasabi ko lang poh ,I will make myself available in the guild and do my best as good and a responsible crew na gagabay sa lahat ng myembro. I’ll work hard to learn any Job appointed to me.
Why should we hire you?
What can I contribute to IWC is to make a big bright difference where all the members will enjoy. I’m not the type of person who takes selfish or unfair advantage of a person usually for personal gain because of power, hindi ako ganun , kasi ang alam ko lang TUTULONG AQU SA KAPWA KO IWCIAN KASI GUSTO KO. Gusto ko lang maging masaya ang lahat. I’ m creative and I know something about leadership and management kasi pinag-aralan ko din yan nung 4th year aquh sa college ^^. I want to share my knowledge and skills in the guild to help and to serve. If I really deserve this position then I know what will happen to me and get started 3nodding .
I’m friendly and approachable and I don’t get easily piss off to those persons making fun of me, I understand naman na maraming klase ang tao na may ibat-ibang personalidad tulad ko na may personality disorder rofl . and as a nurse one of the vital roles is patience lang sa mga ganung tao. Hindi aquh fast learner at mas lalo naman hindi aquh slow learner, average lang po aquh at hindi rin aquh autistic o mentally impaired haha. Masayahin aqu at minsan nakikisama sa mga biro wag lang masosobrahan. Ang lastly I speak english 3nodding
