LeoLeonal I think it's a type of cheese. But what is Borsht? Homemade macaroni and cheese in a creamy sauce and topped with crunchy cheese and baked to perfection. The kind my hubby made today was really good to I have never had it before It actually if it's done right tastes like a really good tomato soup with beef and veggies. He also made some really good cheese ball type things to go with it also a Russian food it was good.

How about a fruit roll-up....no?....how about golden crusted shrimp with a pesco sauce with french bread...salad perhaps?
