The servant's eyes widened in amazement.
"Impressive! An honor to share a drink with you then, Miss Liallia."
He filled an empty glass with some of the blood wine and raised it in the manner of a toast.

Liallia smiled, attempting not to let Pride come over her, and returned the toast before draining her glass and reaching for another one, eying the rum in the back of the alcoholic drinks .

Malphas emptied his glass as well, grinning widely at the alcoholic burn before reaching for more.
"It's about time there was some life in this dusty old place. I was getting sick of the silence."

"There are not always visitors here?" Liallia asked humming slightly as her throat burned slightly. "Though of course, it makes sense that there would not be,"

"Once or twice a year we'll get an ambassador or a curious traveler but they never stay long."
He took another drink.
"And they don't care to mingle with the servants."

"I don't have many servants other than the Aviators. I gave them shelter when they split from the were-beast tribes and many of them fight for me," A shadow crossed the Demoness' face before she smiled and set down her empty glass.

Malphas laughed.
"Always good to have. I'm thinking of investing in some servants myself. Especially if troubles keep up."
Even without a beating heart, color still flowed into his cheeks from the wine.

Liallia chuckled, noting Malphus' color. She poured herself a shot of whiskey and covered her mouth as she swallowed, the potency burning her throat. She laughed again after she was done and poured another glass. "Are you sure we should be drinking all of this?" She asked gesturing to the drinks.

He shrugged, downing another glass.
"No one will miss it. Can't let stuff this good go to waste."

Liallia nodded and felt the heat from the alcohol in her blood. She grinned and downed another glass. "In my castle it never does stay, and my sister keeps a careful eye on it," She said realizing when it was too late that she had let slip about having her sister. The drinks were loosening her tongue it seemed.

Malphas nodded, cringing as the potent drink burned down his throat.
'You should come over here more often then and bring your sister too! The good stuff always accumulates because no one drinks it fast enough."
His face was becoming almost as red as if he were alive.
"Sure, the lord will occasionally drink it if he's in a sour enough mood, but it's always the same. Worrying over a blasted corpse. I swear.."

"The spiritual world is sacred enough to worry about those within it," Liallia said quietly. "My sister I am afraid would not be able to come, it is enough as it is that I am away, although hopefully my absence will do good," She took another drink and stared into it before downing it, throwing back her head, and nearly fell off her seat as she lost her balance for a moment.

The vampire laughed, unable to control himself. His balance was not nearly as good and he fell face first onto the floor below. His laughter was uninterrupted by the fall and he struggled to regain his composure.
"Ah, pass some alcohol down here. The bloody chair won't stay put."

Liallia giggled, a sound that had not passed her lips in some time and joined Malphus on the floor, kicking away her chair in the process. She held a glass out to him and drank from her own.

Taking the glass gratefully, he downed the contents. A sigh of contentment escaped from him as he watched the ceiling spin.
