Sine_Amore Username: S~Amore (I'm just going to go ahead and get all of this out of the way. xP)
RPC name: Rein Rois
Is it a Free skill?: Nope:
Name: Soul Song Rank: Varies Description: Each Siren has their own personal tune that their soul follows for its entire life. Known as the Soul Song, the effects, abilities, and even name of this technique varies from Siren to Siren, growing with its performer over time. It is possible to play the Soul Song on an instrument but it can only be performed properly by its owner. While the Soul Song is able to cause things that regular music cannot (ex: levitating weapons), there are limits to what it can do. As a result, each rank of it must be approved in the custom skills section.
Type of skill: Siren Bloodline
Skill name: Soul Song (A Call To Arms)
Rank: C
Limits: Must be Rein Rois.
Skill description: Rein will sing, unleashing her Soul Song, and depending on the energy expended, the song will have weaker/stronger abilities. Basically, her song calls to random non-ally target(s), appealing to them to stop whatever they are doing; instead, they want to join her and help protect her in battle, maybe even fight for her. She does not control them: they will continue to fight 'freely' but they will not seek to kill her enemies as Rein does not seek to kill. They merely wish to protect her. *Rein can only sing this song once a day. **The song can last up to 5 posts; she must sing the song for the duration of the five posts in order for it to last that long. If she stops sooner, the song's effect will end in the target(s)'s next post. ***Once her song ends, the target(s) must wait 1 post to gain their wits back before they can resume what they were doing.
((Yes, there is no E rank for this skill.))
[D]: Can turn 1 target of E rank to her cause. [C]: Can turn 1 target of D rank to her cause. (2 Es) : Can turn 1 target of C rank to her cause. (2 Ds or 3 Es) [A]: Can turn 1 target of B rank to her cause. (2 Cs, 3 Ds, or 4 Es) : Can turn 1 target of A rank to her cause. (2 Bs, 3 Cs, 4 Ds, or 5 Es)
((Also, any combination in between that makes sense. Por exemplo: At S Rank: 1 B rank and 2 Ds to her cause. Will still cost S rank energy.))
Sample: Rein found herself caught off guard, outnumbered, and surrounded. She didn't know how many of the wolves it would take to take her out, but she knew how many they were going to use...seeing no other options, she decided that she had to do it or accept death. As they started to close in slowly, fangs and claws beared, she parted her lips, letting slip through the song of her very being. A song that called some of them to her side, if only momentarily. She saw some of them stop moving towards her and glance around now at the others. She had to keep singing or else they would break free and help the others attack.
Of course, the ones that her song had taken hold of could not allow the remaining wolves to hurt her. They each pounced in succession, taking out the nearing threat. As Rein continued to sing, she watched and cried, remorseful at having caused the wolves to harm each other, but she needed to survive. In the end, she had not had them killed, only maimed enough to leave her alone. She ended the song and quickly took flight before the other wolves came out of their stupor and continued their attack on her. Okay, Sine pmed me to look over the skill and see if it was a copy of anything and I'll have to say yes and no. The song Taming Tune sounds a lot like it except that it (taming tune) takes longer to tame creatures (making it inefficient to tame something during battle with the skill), only tames creatures that are still wild (creatures that are not wild simply become useless), and permanently tames the creatures it can tame. Sine's song is only temporary and is made for using in the heat of battle. Personally, I think it's different enough to be allowed. Besides, it's her rpc's Soul Song so as long as it's not op, it really shouldn't matter how closely it copies another skill. If it basically is an already-created skill for the general population of sirens and bards, then it's their loss. The only real problem I have with this is the question of how it will affect the summons of others. I am not talking about whether or not it should affect animals that are not wild (that decision will be up to Urban/whoever else is in charge of approving custom skills). I'm just talking about sticking somewhere into your skill whether or not A Call To Arms can affect other people's summons/undead (for the necromancers). Okay, I think I got everything, but I'm not sure. If there are any confusions or thing I've missed, then just pmed me. Sorry for the late response and any troubles sweatdrop .

The Urban Superstition So it was Possessed Demon Style
Possessed Demon is a set used by only the strong. It starts with the user holding the sword one handed, just a little behind them in mid air, and the stronger side of the body facing the enemy, thus placing the strong arm to the enemy. It consists of heavy punches, and strong swings. -Requires 8 strength -You can charge all the skills with energy equivalent to the rank, making it a rank stronger.
Right Slasher Rank: You simply twist your upper torso, and swing the sword in the direction you twist, letting it's momentum carry you until you've spun a full 360 degrees.
Shadow Slicer Rank: You charge energy into your weapon, and let your torso fall back, but catch yourself and carry the momentum into your blade, slicing at your enemies feet. This will either sweep your enemy off their feet.
Slash Cross Rank: A combo. You swing your sword horizontally once, catching it with your stronger hand. Once you've caught the sword, swing it again the same way, but with force from both hands. Once you've hit the enemy the second time, you let the force of the rebound send your sword back, and then bring it down vertically from behind. If you miss, this will leave you open for assault.
Bloody Hilt Rank: You bring your sword over head from behind you, smashing you pommel into the enemies head, making them kneel.
Jade Slicer Rank: D You crouch using your weight, bringing your strong arm into the leg of the enemy.
Knight Breaker Rank: One of the few moves that involves two hands, you grip the sword with both hands, letting your body pulling the sword in front of you a bit. You use the small momentum from it to lift it, bringing it right back down on the enemy vertically, 3 times in a row.
Quick Revenge Rank: You thrust your sword into the enemy, but before thrusting, you spin your sword in your hand, so that when it hits your enemy it drills into them.
Death Smash Rank: Straight from behind, you twist your body back like a coil. You release the tension, crouching as you swing your blade vertically bringing the blade down upon the enemy with great force.
Midnight Launcher Rank: You grasp the blade with both hands, doing a quick spin forward, then letting the sword, with all it's momentum swing as if you were playing golf, sending your enemy soaring through the air.
Fatal Buster Rank: You jump into the air, bringing your sword from behind you, over your head, and straight down upon the enemies head. This may cause large craters in the ground
Jade Strike Rank biggrin With your strong arm, you take a small step forward, punching your enemy, and resting your blade on your shoulder while you do so.
Dark Mid Kick Rank biggrin You kick the enemy in their side with all your might, using your sword to balance out the difference so you do not fall.
Stomp Rank: E As the name says, you stop, using your weight and the blades weight to your advantage.
Double Death Fist Rank: Your get your enemy once good in the stomach, knocking the wind out of them. Next, you bring that same fist back, and smash it right into their face, making them do a somersault backwards.
Double Death Thrust Rank: Requires: Double Death Fist, Quick Revenge You punch your enemy in the stomach, knocking the wind out of them, and follow by thrusting your blade into their stomach, but not before giving it a twist
Phantom Knee Rank: From a crouch, you rise, bringing your knee into the enemies stomach. If your opponent is taller, you can charge the move to jump when you do it, causing more damage, and reaching whatever the target.
Soul Smasher Rank: When your enemy is grounded, or there is something on the ground you want to stab, you quickly switch you weapon to your strong hand, and drive it into whatever the target.
Bloody Jade Rank: Simply enough, your raise your fist into the air, bringing it down on the enemy, where ever it may land. If it land on the head, their face will be smashed against the ground.
Dark Bite Rank: You grab your opponent by the neck, pulling to shift their balance, and then pushing to shift it again, then lifting them into the air and slamming them into the ground.
Shadow Cross Divide Rank: You side step and spin the opposite direction of your strong arm, switching hands for just a second to maximize the damage. After hitting/passing the enemy, you switch hands again, keeping the momentum going into a vertical drop on the enemy.
The Alternate Cross Rank: You quickly spin, in 180 degrees, keeping your sword close to your side, hitting the enemy with the flat side of your blade
The Hell Slayer Rank: You dash towards your enemy, doing a quick spin as you drag your sword across the ground, and up your enemy vertically, sending them flying, soaring, or staggering back.
Jade Smasher Rank: You give your enemy a nasty hook, taking two huge steps to maximize the power of the punch.
Shoulder Rush Rank: You grip your sword with both hands, and rush your enemy, bashing them with your shoulder. This can lead to a Stride.
Cannonball Splitter Rank: You rush your enemy, doing a flip and hitting them with both feet, then with all the momentum bringing the blade down upon your enemy.
Shoulder Crush Rank: You grab your enemy with one arm, coming close to them, and flipping them over your shoulder smashing them against the ground. You let go, and do another short spin, bringing your strong fist into the enemies crotch, or stomach.
Doom's Invitation Rank: You grab your enemy, throwing them into the air over you. While their in the air, you catch them with your blade and bring them to the ground.
Unholy Terror Rank: You grab you enemy by the neck, and place them back first on your blade. You swing the blade with them on it, smashing them into the ground.
Witch Hunt Rank: You grab your enemy from the back, basically shanking them in the back with the hold blade. This will almost alway result in an instant kill.
Stride Rank: You make a quick dash forward. This can be to get out of the way of something, or setting something else up.
Grim Fang Rank: After you stride, you back hand your enemy. If you have some form of claw or weapon, you can cut them when doing this.
Soul Wave Rank: After a Stride, you body slam your enemy while standing
Hey May, or Fen, I need help from one of you two. I need one of you to give these skills ranks. May, I want you specifically to pick 3 moves to put into the swordmaster only section. Quick Revenge, Cannonball Splitter, Doom's Invitation. You should drop all the non-weapon related skills if it's meant to be a sword style.

Type of skill: Kiranu bloodline skill
Skill name: Cheshire Smile
Rank: C
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: Kiranu Only
Skill description: This skill allows the user to blend in to their surroundings. In two posts the Kiranu begins to fade away and by the third post they are pretty much invisible to the human eye. However, one could still detect their heat source or pick them out by smell. However, if the Kiranu opens up their mouth, the opponent will be able to see their teeth.
Sample: The female was up against a strong opponent. Beating this thing meant using brain and not brawn. Of course, she had started her ability a little while ago. Her body was disappearing before his eyes, and though he wouldn't show it, one could smell the confusion coming from him as he watched her disappear completely from sight.
"W-Where did you go?! Get back out here and fight me like a man! Or...Woman...Whatever the hell you are..." The man said as he looked around for his opponent. He turned his head to the left and saw what looked like a grin, but it seemed to disappear as soon as he blinked his eyes. She was just toying with him now. He knew it.
He turned his head left and right. All the while the only thing he could see was a grin here, and a grin there. The man took a step back and began searching for the grin when he couldn't see it again. He suddenly felt something sharp slam into his back and looked out to see his blood outlining the claws which had gone through him. The female began returning to normal. The man then took his last breath and fell to the ground. ----------------------------------------------------------

Type of skill: Berserker Skill
Skill name: Dark Ascent to Madness
Rank: B
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: Must be Adept, Berserker and must do the mission required for this skill.
Skill description: This skill allows the berserker to transform into their true state (All berserker states will be different). This skill ups the speed and the strength of the user by 1 extra point. All skills for the beserker form must be approved in the custom forum. However, while in this state your friend and foe become the same. You cannot tell which is which and are likely to attack anything that comes near you. All you will know in this state is blood and death. However, due to the nature of this beast, it is strongly recommended that you find yourself a TAMER. The Tamer will be the one person able to calm down the berserker form. It is the one person they trust more than anyone else and the one person they confide in. Tamers are the only people who can calm down the person in this berserker state. This skill will last until your energy is depleted, you are knocked out, or your Tamer calms you down.
Note on the mission: The mission will consist of the berserker adept heading up the coldest mountian where a mirror lies within one of the caves. The trainee will need to step through this mirror. Once through they will witness all the horrible events in their lives over and over. Once the person finally snaps, their berserker form will manifest itself and assymilate with them, giving the promise of strength and speed while taking away knowledge of right and wrong.
Sample: "You're pathetic and weak! There is nothing you could ever do to stop me! Everyone you've ever cared about is dead, and those who are alive hate you! You're nothing but a worthless animal! A little beast who would be better off wiped from this planet!"
The man that stood before her spoke the truth. She was sure that was how people felt about her. He'd beaten her down, calling her an animal the whole way. But there was something inside of her that seemed to be feeding from this. She could see the traumatic events of her life playing before her like a sad song.
Luna's ears laid back against her head as the man came at her. She had stayed silent the whole time. With his blade in hand he managed to peirce her shoulder. "You're nothing but a beast. That's all you'll ever be. I'll be sure to cut you down now and put you out of your misery."
Blood dripped down the females shoulder as she stood there for a moment. She already looked dead, but in actuality something was surfacing. Slowly she looked up, and the man looked frightened by what he saw. Her once cerulean eyes were now completely black with cresent moons for pupils. He pulled his blade out and watched as the female transformed before his eyes. Black fur sprouted to cover her body as she moved down onto all fours. Her fangs became razor sharp as she took on an animalistic look. Bone wings sprouted from her back as her tail sprouted two spikes, one on each side of the tip. With a roar that left the man shaking in his boots, she advanced. However, as she did, a friend came upon the scene. He leapt in between the two.
All the words that he said simply fell upon deaf ears. And when he turned to try and speak to the beast, she acted quickly. This man was her enemy as well. Leaping from her spot she ran at him and sank her fangs into his shoulder, ripping out a chunk of flesh and leaving him screaming on the ground before moving towards the man who had called her a beast earlier.
The berserker swung her tail around and managed to hit him in the stomach. For all his talk, he fell like a ton of bricks. OF course, the screams just brought on more people, and they too found the berserker's wrath.

The spikes are about an 2 inches long and sharp enough to cut through flesh. The maximum number of spikes that can be fired at most is twenty every 2 posts. (Meaning if you fire it once, you need to wait two posts before you use the skill again. )
Sample: Luna, or Mitternacht as the berserker form was known, stepped a little bit closer to her opponent. Her massive jaws were dripping as she waited for him to make a stupid move. The beast wished to tear out his heart. She wanted to rip his flesh open and feast upon his insides.
The man looked to the beast who had so far caused his left arm to be broken, as well as various other wounds. He gripped his blade tightly and dashed towards the female with his war cry ringing out through the arena.
The beast pulled back her lips and snarled. As he ran at her, the wings on her back moved out infront of her and pointed towards her enemy. The bones opened up to reveal a set of smaller bones lining the inside. With another roar, the beast fired out twenty small bone spikes at him. They may have been only two inches long, but they cut through him like paper. He had been too close to dodge, and by the time he fell to the ground, he looked like a pin cushion.

And stomp is just there for the hell of it. Some of the fist hits are involves in combos too. Username: Hmmm...**loooks at user name above avi and points**
RPC name: Vlad (Alucard) Tepes
Is it a Free skill?: Free
Type of skill: Beserker Class
Skill name: Ki Barrage
Rank: D
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: Beserker only
Skill description: A weaker version of the Ki Assault skill. However, what it lacks for the same power makes up for the number. The user throws punches and kicks made purely of energy up to 5x each. (meaning 5 from hands and 5 from feets). These can easily break through D rank things and is ranged. At Expert rank, they can send double the amont. Each blow feels like a punch
Sample: Alucard decided to use an alternative, instead of using Ki Assault, Ki Barrage would be more conservative and have a better success strike on the ghost. Punching the air he sent two fists of energy towards the ghost, continuing the momentum he twisted around doing two round house kicks sending another two spheres of energy and then fell back to the punches. The ghost's expression changed from mischief to worry as a storm of energy, despite being weak, was flying towards it. While weak alone, strong in numbers.
Is it a Free skill?: Nope
Type of skill: Beserker
Skill name: Energy Armor
Rank: D
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: Beserker/Vampire
Skill description: Taking the iron form's concept and workings, Alucard twisted it around alittle bit creating a different version of it where energy and vampirism is brought together. The user's body is coated in a thin armor of energy, which protects the user from only energy based assaults up to C rank. However, anyone who is within 5ft of him will begin to be sapped of energy equal to D rank every post. Should physical contact be made, instead of D rank energy being drained, C rank energy will be drained. The drained energy replinishes the user's by the equal amount This lasts only five posts.
Sample: Alucard chuckled as he faced off the other beserker. This one loved being in close combat, however he liked mixing fire into his assaults making it annoying to deal with. Slowly, the vampire's dark blackish red energy flowed from his body, wrapping around it and condensed, forming a thin armor of energy about him. The beserker laughed as he closed in, rearing his arm to prepare a solid punch. Alucard laughed in return, coming at him prepared. As the two was about to collide, the bserker through his punch, Alucard catching it. However, in the same moment his other fist shot out a fireball into Alucard's face. He started laughing again as smoke rose from Alucard's face, but then stopped as the grip on him didn't falter, but instead he felt himself gradually getting weaker. As the smoke clear, he could see Alucard grinning at him, no damage at all. It became appearant, the fireball didn't penetrate the energy's armor at all. And to top it off, he was getting weaker.
The beserker planted his foot against Alucard's stomach, kicking off which strangly Alucard let him, though not without breaking his wrist with a loud snap. The beserker landed on his feet, holding his wrist close to him like a cat as he looked at Alucard. It was a different ball game now. He could still physically hit him, but it'll be more risky now. He was beginning to seriously doubt himself. He gotten himself into a fight that wasn't going to end too well for him
Is it a Free skill?: No (teachable though)
Type of skill: Vampire
Skill name: Body of Bats - Illusion
Rank: D
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits:
Skill description: A useful skill, upon dodging the user vanishes, being replaced by an illusion of himself. This 'clone' can still dodge and wear down the foe, however it cannot physically harm the target. Upon being struck hard (or stabbed, shot, etc etc etc) the body will dispurse into a cloud of bats that flies around the target screeching before taking off. Temperarily blocking their view of where the real user is and catch them off guard, making it easier to land a strike. In direct sunlight, this skill doesn't work.
Sample: Alucard uttered a laugh as his opponent was beginning to get tired, not to mention the heavy fog that was rolling in. Using the fog, it'll be this boy's final resting place. The boy ran at him, to which Alucard responded by rushing at him. Thrusting the sword, the boy hoped to hit Alucard. Sidestepping suddenly, Alucard dodged the sword and leapt back. The boy cried out angrily as he attempted to attack Alucard again. This time, the sword pierced his heart and the body went limp for a moment. "GOTCHA!" The boy shouted excitedly until he noticed the body twitched. Suddenly, the body dispursed into a storm of bats which swarmed around the boy, making him jump and fall backwards shaking violently from being scared and surprised like that. He heard a click from behind, tilting his head back on the ground to find a barrel in his face, a vampire at the end with a fanged grin on his face. "Your right, gotcha" He said as the gun went off, a golf ball sized hole appeared in the boy's skull, who's body warped and revealed to be that of a man, a shape shifter.

I actually want to change this a bit.
Skill name: Spirit Gun
Rank: C
Limits: Cleric
Skill description: The Cleric shots out beams of energy out of the tips of it's fingers. It works just like a regular gun but the ammo is from the energy. How deadly it is, is depend of how much energy used on the finger. Since this is a holy attack, it well make one rank higher damage to dark energy/body enemys.
E= Giving only bruises. D= Huts jest like a bullet, well hurt like hell C= burn the skin, only a inch deep. B= Can pierced threw the body. A= pierced threw iron S= pierced threw steel

manpish: Spiraling Water Torrent-Accepted
shruikan: Mist of the night-Accepted
Ki Barrage-Accepted
Energy Armor-Denied, and yes when I just say denied without any suggestion on how to make it acceptable, its because I can't think of ANY way you could change this to make it acceptable without chaning it into a completely new skill altogether.
Body of Bats- Denied, make it C-rank. Also I'd say this skill needs a distance limit from their opponent in order for them not to notice the change with the clone. Lets say, 5-10 meters? If the opponent is too close they'll be able to see the switch and won't be fooled.
urban: Predator's Cloak-Accepted
chill: Spirit Gun-Accepted, but for S-rank I think you meant to put that it pierces through steel, not silver. >.> I'll wait til you're finished

Bone Spikes-Accepted, but after two posts you'll have to use this skill again for it to work. I'm sure thats what you meant, but just to be clear it doesn't have infinite ammo or last the entire fight.

Shruikan Tenshi Is it a Free skill?: No (teachable though) Type of skill: Vampire Skill name: Body of Bats - Illusion Rank: C If it uses ammo how much: Limits: To be used must be within 5 to 10 meters of the target so they don't notice the change, otherwise they'll be close enough to notice. "Your right, gotcha" He said as the gun went off, a golf ball sized hole appeared in the boy's skull, who's body warped and revealed to be that of a man, a shape shifter. editted fen fen As for Energy Armor, its more then likely true I would have to change it overall. Make it higher rank, and such. Though altering it to a totally different skill may help, can you pm me the ideas? Also, In a sense, would I have to teach other vampires (Marishka) the mist skill? Since in a way he knew about it, they don't. So he would teach marishka and then she's free to teach it to whoever. Does that make sense?

No shruikan, sorry I must've been unclear but I meant that the skill won't work within 5-10 meters. If its beyond that then you're golden. It'll be too far away for the opponent to notice the swap. Also, can you limit this to like one or two times a battle? Looking at this now its really like the kawarimi jutsu from naruto, which can easily be abused to the point where nobody would be able to kill you outside of a 5-10 meter radius.
And I've got nothing for the energy armor. It basically makes the iron form useless and being able to drain energy with just physical contact is something I can't allow. I didn't allow it for urban, so to be fair I can't let you have it either.

I wanted to try the skill drain from actual biting, but I guess that too could lead to god modding. Ohhhh!!! So beyond that eh? Ok I'll change it around, and yes one to two times per fight is fair with me. How about....umm...say trainee is one, novice is two, adept/expert 3? So in a sense the stronger vampires can make more with it, though they shouldn't have to use this skill alot? If not fine with me lol.

For this skill to be used properly, it must be done 10 meters plus so the target doesn't see the switch. Also, this can only be used a certain number of times. one if your trainee, two if your novice, three if your any higher. Sample: Alucard uttered a laugh as his opponent was beginning to get tired, not to mention the heavy fog that was rolling in. Using the fog, it'll be this boy's final resting place. I had to teach/show Marishka telepathy. Now she's free to teach whoever the skill

Well now that I think about it, a skill thats used on a defeated enemy to kill them with a vampire bite that also refills the user's energy pool might be possible. A vampire isn't much without his signature bite after all. >.> And yeah that sounds good, but lets stop at 3. Also about the teaching thing, you don't need to. Sure your skill wasn't part of the original vampire skill list, but it doesn't belong to your character only. Basically Marishka will just look at the vampire skill list sometime and go, "Oh whoops, there's something I missed here!" or something like then, and then she'll learn it. Of course, you can point that out to her sometime if you'd like. XD

@Fen: XD I'll tell her through telepathy.
And yeah, the skill drain thing isn't like small amount of blood and bam I got it. You have to BITE! I mean like Alucard biting other vampires to kill!!!! And thats how you'll gain the skill. And what better way to humiliate your opponent besides finishing them with their very own skill????
3 it be

Chilling2 I actually want to change this a bit. Skill name: Spirit Gun Rank: C Limits: Cleric Skill description: The Cleric shots out beams of energy out of the tips of it's fingers.
