It will be a large pain as my older sister will be a senior this year. Just what I wanted. My big sister to be able to pick on me because I'm a freshman... It's even worse because there is only ten girls in my grade. But there's more than double of that in guys so I guess that makes up for it.
Although I don't celebrate Christmas, chinese is very good during Chanukah. Except when a certain brother of mine decides to light the food on fire and nearly burn down our house...

Everything else is closed, and the goyim are busy! That makes me glad that my brother isn't quite that bad. He's never gotten close to burning down the house.

I just I know a lot of people who I worked with this summer celebrated Christmas because their mother was Jewish while their father was not. Well, on Christmas here, a lot more is open. Just because nothing is ever closed in New York! So usually I spend my day shopping on Christmas for Chanukah presents.

Plus, the government is closed. And in the DC area, when the Gov''t is closed, everything is closed.

I don't want to attack anybody, I'm sure the person who put it there had a very good reason - I guess I don't know what it is. I'd like to get an explanation, if possible... Maybe I'm just surprised about it; here no forum or user would dare putting a yellow Star of David in a signature or main forum page, but I guess things are different over there. The users and mods seem to be intelligent and well-informed, so I'm not blaming anyone - I guess we just come from different places. That's why I'd like to know where this idea came from.

Bilbo says it at his 111 birthday party. poeples screennames tend to fit better because they coose it themselves, as opposed to their parents choosing it for them.
