Katsuro, Orion, Luo: Late afternoon, after the other Genin have left. Havik
Tajutsu // Suna Sp. Jounin // Seven Tailed Host Walking over to his sword, which Katsuro barried into the earth wall he gripped it, and yanked hard pulling it free from the wall and said as it's edge collided with the ground "That is damn near a thousand pounds, those are some dangerous family jutsu." Dropping the hilt, and letting the massive weight of his blade smash into the sand causing a it to shoot up violently. "I will leave the weapon here for now, use a** you like for your training, I will be back in a few moments." With that, Havik walked off toward the same sand dune he emerged from before. Once there he reached into the sand, grabbed the hitch to the earth door and lifted the large slab of rock and sand revealing a small room hidden inside the dune. Once inside he let the door drop behind him, a loud echo of the door slamming moved though the training ground as the sand quickly moved to camouflage what Havik called his home.

 Luo Ushio Sunagakure - Weapon Master - Genin - Ranmaru Eyes Walking into the training grounds, Luo looked at the moon high on the horizon. Jumping down from the dunes onto the field, he scanned the area looking for her. He knew she was here, a robed wandering-nin who seemed to take a liking to training people. It was odd, she seemed to train only the most apt as she saw fit, and Luo was in need of just that- training.
Standing in the middle of the field, he waited patiently, staring at the moon. He wondered just how long it would take for the woman to show up. He always felt as if she was never too far from the training grounds, having taken this training to be some sort of duty. Chakra: 25/25 Stamina 25/25 Element: Suiton Attributes: Primary: Speed - Secondary: Agility - Tertiary: Intelligence Specialty: Chakra Control - Stealth "I'm more capable than you think, make no mistake."

Alone in the training grounds:Luo UshioThe Desert Hag "Shouldn't you be sleeping?" Creeped a eerie voice from shadows around Luo "Out late in the training grounds, with a mission that needs you up early, must be something important." finished the ghostly voice as the robed, ancient women walked into the pale moonlight in front of Luo. Her face shielded by the thick, leather hood, he fingers pressed lightly together as he light dances around her white hair, which seemed to glow in the dark night. The sight of the legendary Desert Hag was something that not many saw, and those that did reported her as seeming to vibrate with knowledge, and absolute power, and now, standing in the dark bathed in dim light these rumors proved true to the Genin who stood before her. The women stood quite, waiting for the boy to say why he was here, but she already knew, and cut him off when he started to speak "Luo Ushio, Genin, water element, fast, agile, and sneaky, doesn't talk much, and wants to learn a couple of jutsu for his next mission. That sound about right boy?" Though it was a question, the women's sharp words, and condescending tone made it seem more like a statement.

 Yuuki Tamara Sunagakure/Ninjutsu/Genin Yuuki nodded and took a deep breath, she focused her chakra and fumbled over the hand signs. She then exhaled forcefully, but all that was produced was a few puffs of smoke. [1/2] Shaking her head slightly, Yuuki shrugged off the try and focused once again. "I can do this..." She muttered to herself before creating the hand signs once again. She focused her chakra and took a deep breath. Exhaling forcefully, she blew out a row of three different fireballs. She quickly pulled out shuriken from their holster and threw the stars through them, lodging in the sand dune with the others. "yes!" [2/2 Jutsu learned] [ooc: wasn't sure about post number so I went with the generic 3 minus the 1 post for my class. =] ] Chakra: 21/25 Stamina 25/25 Element: Katon Attributes: Primary: Intelligence/Secondary: Agility/Tertiary: Cunning "Friendship is always worth protecting."

Luo Ushio Sunagakure - Weapon Master - Genin - Ranmaru Eyes As the woman appeared, Luo was silent throughout her speaking. She emanated a powerful essence, and he could feel her chakra without her bothering to show it to him. She was indeed as strong as they said, and just as knowledgeable. As she spoke of his abilities, Luo couldn't help but smirk at how correct she was. At last however, Luo spoke to the woman.
"Quite astute ma'am. I gather you were here earlier today when I explained what training I needed and my abilities to my mission squad. As for why I'm not sleeping, I suppose I could ask you the very same thing. However, instead I'm going to assume that since you already know why I'm here, you had to have expected me. Therefore, I won't waste anymore of your time speaking. I needed to learn the Mizu Shuriken jutsu, as well as the water transformation technique. I would be eternally grateful if you were able to help me with these two things. Stamina: 37|| Pain Level: 1 || Status: Healthy || "You can always choose your own actions...Lifting a hand to his mouth as he stifled a yawn, Katsuro looked towards Orion as he said, "Actually, I think that I'm just going to head on home. I've had a pretty full day of training I think." Bowing to his squad-mate first, Katsuro then turned on his heel and began walking towards the training ground entrance, and ultimately towards his home.... but you rarely get to choose the consequences." (bleh post, I just want to get this mission underway) [exit to dorms]

Alone in the training grounds:Luo UshioThe Desert Hag A wicked laugh emerged from the milky shadow of the women as she repeated Luo "Eternal Gratitude for something so small. I wonder if you really mean it." The womens lightly pressed figures separated slowly, and she made a sort of ball with her hands and said "Pulling water from the desert seems harder than it is. With a bit of practice you can pull it from even the dries air." As she spoke a small bit of water started to gather in between her hands. "And if the air has so more water to give, you can pull from the ground." Then, water started seeping through the sand around her feet and melding into the ball that was already from between her hands. "The trick to this jutsu is not the control of chakra, as you train, and get stronger this will be the simplest thing in the world to you, you will even wonder how you ever didn't know how. The trick though, is knowing were to look for the water. It is every were, even the hottest of fire, or the dries of deserts."The womens voice trailed off, like she had more to say, but decided to keep the knowledge to herself. She waited for Luo to get the jutsu down, and summon the water from were ever he felt it best to summon from, then she moved on to the next jutsu. "Now, through your water manipulation jutsu, form the water you just summon into shuriken..." and with a wave of the womens hand the ball of water that floated in front of her separated into a long, neat row of light blue shuriken, the white moonlight dancing off each one if different ways, sending a cascade of bright lines to dance across the desert floor. Once you have done those you can launch them with your chakra..." A swift flick of her wrist and two of the shuriken launched forward, only to stop just in front of Luo "...or you can grab them yourself and throw them." This time the women moved so fast barley even a blurr was seen as she snatched the shuriken from the air, and vanished. From the shadows surrounding Luo the small shuriken were shot forth from different directions, each stopping only a few inches from Luo's body. "Once you have really good control over the water, you can change the temperature, or even make it evaporate." Said the womens voice from the darkness, still hidden from sight the disembodied voice was eerie, and unsettling. "Don't think I will forget about that eternal gratitude young man, because I wont." the voice faded at it's spoke finally, and suddenly the shuriken stated to bubble, and boil then burst surrounding Luo in steam, and a light heat that fought the deserts nightly chill. As the water evaporated around him the mischievous voice was gone, and Luo was left to learn the jutsu on his own.

Luo Ushio Sunagakure - Weapon Master - Genin - Ranmaru Eyes As the woman spoke, Luo listened intently to her every word. He had water manipulation down already luckily, but as her speed surprised Luo with the multitude of false attacks, he heeded her every word. It seemed the more water that was present, the more shuriken could be made and manipulated. Furthermore, they could be thrown or used with free will alone as well as the traditional method of throwing them. Certainly information that intrigued Luo. (1/6)
She spoke of the temperature of water and how it could be controlled, and although Luo had tried this before, he admitted having only an intermediate level of success with the ability. He was then reminded of what he had said earlier of his eternal gratitude. It was as if Luo had volunteered to sign a contract he knew nothing about, a lesson he learned in being careful what you say. As the steam rose around Luo, he could see faint images of the hand seals needed for the jutsu left in the air, an impressive feat from the woman. As it cleared up however, she was gone without a trace. Taking a few moments to familiarize himself with performing the seals in the sequence provided, he repeated them over and over until his performance of them was flawless. (2/6)
Going through the mechanics of the jutsu slowly, Luo did it in successive steps, speaking to himself during the process. Luckily for him, the hour of twilight brought more moisture to the desert than at any other time. Pulling moisture from the air carefully, Luo held the first hand seal until he could see the water droplets forming around him. "The first hand seal is in order to start the water manipulation process. Without this step, the whole jutsu falls apart." (3/6)
As Luo went to the next seal, he concentrated on the chakra he had exerted in order to perform the water manipulation technique in order to cause the water to coalesce together. "The next hand seal is to form the water into the correct shape and dynamic entirely by furthering the manipulation of water." As Luo did this step and held the hand seal, it took a minute before the water began to take the correct shape and complete look of water shuriken. As they did however, Luo noticed that they weren't sharp in the least, but rather just taking on the shape they were instructed to take. This of course gave Luo a reasonable explanation for the last seal. (4/6)
Slamming the next seal together, he concentrated on sharpening the shuriken, making sure they were as sharp and dense as possible. During this process, Luo found himself once more muttering to himself. "This final seal serves two purposes. The first and most important would be to create the feel, weight, density, and sharpness of a real shuriken. Without this part of the process, the shuriken shaped water would do little to no damage what-so-ever. The second reason for this part of the technique is to allow the user to grasp the shuriken or...." Trailing off, Luo shot one of the shuriken forward, grabbing the other two and throwing them as he watched them stick into the dirt before bursting into water. The process was now put together, all he needed to do was execute it in a timely manner. (5/6)
Taking a deep breath, Luo repeated the hand seals in rapid succession, holding the last seal as he muttered, "Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no jutsu." Instantly, five appeared in front of him and rocketed towards the ground, sticking in with great success before bursting into its original form. Smiling a bit, Luo nodded to himself in affirmation. He had learned the jutsu and figured out the mechanics in a decent amount of time. All-in-all it took him about an hour to go over everything and execute it perfectly. It was certainly a useful jutsu to have in one's arsenal, and Luo intended to use it to its full potential. Turning on his heels, Luo went to salvage the little sleep he could until the trip the following morning.(6/6)

He was at half strength at the moment, but he bore through it. His stamina was still at a high, yet he has already used half of his chakra. Wandering through the training grounds, Haseo adjusted the giant sword on his back and looked around trying to see if he found anyone at all. "YOOOOO Anyone out here!!!!" Haseo screamed out to no one in particular. The training grounds were rather big after all and he didn't have the energy to wander through the entirety of it before finding Havik.

Haseo-dusk-alone.. Havik
Tajutsu // Suna Sp. Jounin // Seven Tailed Host Just after Havik got done re wrapping his arm with fresh bandages he hear Kaseo yell. "Damn, was just about to start cooking..." he said in a some what sad voice just before he kicked his "door" open. The large lab of earth burst through the dune that covered his earthen shack, as sand started to settle back down Havik walked out running his figures through his thick, blackish blue hair. "Over here!" Havik yelled as he leaned down to pick up his new sword, and swing it over his shoulder. It's massive weight was still hard to move, and would prove to be very difficult to maneuver, but he was happy with it none the less. He started walking toward Haseo to meet him half way, once they were face to face he greeted his student, and new found friend and then waited to see what Haseo was after.

Its size matched his own and he wondered if he was actually good at swordplay. Haseo wasn't aware that Havik even liked using weapons since he was a taijutsu specialist. "Hey Havik! How goes the training? I just finished rebuilding the hospital with the Kazekage, he said something about telling you to gather the genins and send them over to the dojo. I don't know what he wants though, but I think the Kazekage is there waiting for everyone," he explained to him as he pointed over the dunes towards the dojo. He remembered when he had lost control of his demon and set the entire dojo on fire. However, things were different now. Haseo has finally accepted the demon inside of him, and is learning to control its power efficiently.

Havik adjusted the long nodochi with it's enhanced weight not even his large muscle could sustain it sitting on them for to long. "As for gathering the Genin, it is probably about squads, it will have to wait for after the mission, it is a bit urgent." Havik saw Haseo eye his sword a bit, and stifled his laugh a bit continued to say. "Got it today, it is awesome. More for show though, I mean I will learn to use it, but more for a diversion tactic." as he spoke in his easy going, deep tone he stuck his hand in his pocket enjoying the small talk with Haseo.

"I wasn't aware that you even knew how to use weapons, I thought you were strictly a taijutsu fighter. Then again, throwing off your opponent has its advantages. I still need to finish my earth jutsu training by the way..." Haseo pointed out to him, a pout on his face as he thought that he still needed a couple of basic jutsus. Not only that, Haseo still knew nothing about katon jutsus. The only thing he knew was how to manipulate his demon fire. "Oh and one more question, you wouldn't by any chance have seen Luo around? I've been hoping I'd run into him but he's probably been on some training retreat."

The nonchalant tone in his voice carried on in his voice as he said "I am heading out on mission with him tomorrow, we will be gone fore about three days, you can meet us at the gate to see him off if you like. It is early though, the training..." Havik groaned, and arched his back saying I need to rest, and eat before the mission. I did get the Desert Hag to agree to help with training, she will be here tomorrow to, and can teach you some of those fire jutsu you are so eager to learn." Havik stopped talking and listened to Haseo for a moment, and once he was done, just as he started to leave Havik asked Was just about to cook though, wanna join? Teriyaki chicken, rice, and asparagus."

 Orion Ekisho Sunagakure/Ninjutsu/Genin/Crystal Release Nodding to Katsuro as the other genin left the training grounds for the day, Orion decided he'd take a break for now and eat the food he'd bought when he got Havik's milk earlier. Orion looked around for a place to sit, eventually deciding to just sit on a rock a little ways away. As he ate the rice and beef, he read about the next jutsu on the scroll. "The Jade Cystal Blade. A jutsu used to quickly make a blade on the arm for close range attacks. Looks relatively simple." Once Orion was done with his meal he walked over to stand in front of the stone wall that his stone spear from earlier was still stuck in. He pictured the type of blade he wanted the crystal blade to take the shape of, before saying "Shōton: Suishō Tō." and going through the hand seals. He molded his chakra into the proper form, and then focused it on his right forearm. As the chakra pooled there he sent it out to the air, crystalizing the dust particles in the air into a gauntlet. Next, two small protrusions grew from the underarm part of the gauntlet, spreading sideways once they reached about about two inches in length, growing into a curved blade that ran from his elbow to two inches past his closed fist. He quickly whipped his right arm in a horizontal arc from shoulder to shoulder, the denser crystal cutting into the rock and leaving a decent gouge.
