@Zetsu: You can learn Sand Jutsu.(As long as it isn't Shukaku related.) BUT by learning Sand jutsu,it counts as your third element. So you cannot have Suiton.

Hakoda is the son of two Hidden Mist anbu who meet each other in the last ninja war, his past was very uneventful since he never really did fit in with the other kids, he was always alone or watching his parents train, his mother in specialty because of her rare water element affinity which was a very rare thing to find in the desert, he was with his parents when a three man rouge squad attacked his mother while she was on the outside of the village collecting the herbs she needed to concentrate her water jutsu to make them last, it was a rather short and painless death for her since her priority was to protect her son she got in the middle of a kunai with an explosive tag which exploded, once the rest of the shinoi herd and saw the explotion they took the boy back to the safety of the village, a few weeks later it was discovered that it was a plot by the father to get his family killed as a initiation to a rouge group but he could not taste his victory since he was given a death sentence, two years later he enrolled on the academy until this day.

@Zetsu: Accepted once you remove suiton from the 'Chakra Element' section and change his age. The youngest a Kage can be,to be a little realistic,is 20.

I was hoping the Anigan.. Of course that means that i have to change my characters eye color lol... But a demon would be super awesome, how would i work that out?

@:Akura: Glad you brought that up ^^ For that my friend is a bad example. >.> Gaara actually went through the stages of being a Genin,Chuunin,etc. Since Zet is being Auto-ranked,there is totally different rules. So 20 is the youngest unless one wishes to start at the begining and work their way up.
@Klosheep: Well that's good ^^ I was just wondering because I need to know what you are wanting to do with your character before I accept it. If your waiting on the bloodline,your might have to continue to wait,but if you are waiting on a Demon,then set your chakra level low. [We will be revealing the Demon's soon and you'll be able to pick and apply for a demon.]
