i though you said sinestro was being used by someone else...and pycho-pirate was lost somewhere in limbo?
Yeah, CBJ took over playing him, and I believe he said before that you could have Sinestro back. He's in the Navy, and is gone for months at a time. He'll either be back this month, or December.
Biggest thing that happened to Sinestro is a run-in with iron man, which you can find in Stark Industries. You can bring Sinestro back in any way you'd like.
Psycho Pirate was taken by a character who picked up all innactive characters and took them to her small jail to get them out of the way from the main storyline. Characters that came back into play usually just popped back onto earth with no memory of being in the jail or anything.
You can bring Pirate pack anyway you'd like.

sweatdrop For Pirate and Sinestro? I can't really think of anything at the moment. You could pick a less active area and have them come in or ponder about their next move, then move out to active areas when you think they're ready to jump into the action.
There's an underground laboratory with lots of advanced tech that is trying to re-build itself after a rather bad hit.
An area in new york owned by a witch that will help anyone for the right price.
Hal Jordon and a lot of other heroes are missing at the moment.
Assassinations of former Titans happened in Metropolis.
And a couple other plots going on at the moment.

* gulp * As of right now. There are quite a few originals out there, and some cannons. But Spider-man is gone. Doctor Strange, Flash, Ironman, Batman, Wonder Woman...
Ultimate Strange just came into the picture, and Utimate Spidey and Batman Beyond are out and about.
