When everytime you see a toolbox, you evaluate it's usefulness for holding bitz.
When you notice the Monty Python reference on the inside of your Army Book.
When you plan on taking a group of small children to Games Day dressed as Guardsmen.
When you make a friend a pair of Ripper Earings, then a pair of ThunderHawk earings (The epic/Battlefleet Gothica plastic ones), then plan for dwarf head and lasgun earings and keep an eye out for any other bitz that might work.

Bretonians would be good if you made all or your knights on foot, but counted them as cavalry by having a guy with cocoanut halves behind them all.
