 Tsukihana Hakkel Academy Student l Mist l Mind's Eye of the Kagura lTsuki's face was very similar to this. She only let t slide because the doctor seemed more drunk than usual. After a few deep breaths, Tsuki began to speak, not without imagining herself strangling the doctor with the IV cord. "Is there anything else I can learn? Or must I become a genin first?" She cocked her head to the side, a smile growing as the inner Tsuki managed to hang Dr. Lothar.
"Just reach out and grab your dreams. If not, who will?"

 The Doctor looked at the floating bean paste like a drunk looks at someone offering them a soda. This bean paste wanted to learn how to heal people and be a ninja? It should be sitting upon a bowl of steamed rice with a side of Taiyaki, not performing surgery! "Well ya know, I'm quite suprised. Your the first talking bean paste to ever make it out of the academy, congratulations! But hey, if you wanna learn some cool medical stuff, then ya gotta be genin, cause when our a genin, you get to use that jutsu that makes a big ball of chakra that heals people! Cause really, thats all we medics are known for, but that doesnt matter, cause were still known!!!" Doctor Lothar rambled as he cut the tube of the I.V. and simply allowed the beer to flow into his mouth like a hose. A hose of miracles. Tsuki looked a bit miffed now, no longer angry at the eccentric actions of Dr. Lothar. "I'm not a bean paste! It's me Tsuki!" Before her temper could rise, Tsuki took a deep breath, slightly wondering if she was being baited by him. "Has anyone told you that you drink too much? Anyways...is there any other thing I can learn, aside from Medical Techs?" She watched him drink the beer right out of the IV, and briefly wondered what his story was.
"Just reach out and grab your dreams. If not, who will?"

Luo1304 ((Sorry for the LONGEST delay ever Shira.)) Running a glowing hand over Freya's body, Dr. Chen smirked. He hadn't had a student catch on quite so quickly in a long time. "Good job. Come with me then, we'll go back to the room we were just in." As he got to the exam room, he pointed at the patients. "Next is Shindan. By slowly running both hands over a persons body using the green healing chakra, the diagnosis is transmitted from chakra to your nervous system, and finally your brain to learn how to treat the patient. These are the seals. When I show them to you, I want you to try and diagnose this patient. His symptoms are pretty easy to diagnose, so I'll check behind you when you're finished." Chen showed her the seals then pointed towards the patient and nodded for the girl to try.Shindan (Diagnosis) Description: The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.

Upon hearing Tsuki's name, the doctor readjusted his glasses and looked at the bean paste more closely, finally distinguishing tsuki's face from the rest of the blur that the world had become. " Tsuki! It is you! I- wait, whaddya mean I drink too much?!? You want somethin other than a medical tech, I'll give ya one!" Doctor Lothar then performed a few handseals, then said "Suiganmourou!" Tsuki would be hit by a wave of chakra, massing with her sense of sight to view the world as if.........well.........as if she were Doctor Lothar. "Ha! Ya see that?!? Thats a genjutsu right there, and it makes people see things like theyve been drinking too much! Try it on that receptionist over there if you can figure out how to get out of it yourself."Suiganmourou no Jutsu (Drunken Sight Technique) Description: A basic technique that makes the opponent see the world around him in a blur, as if drunk.

Tsuki almost immediately lost her balance. She fell backward, and knocked her head on the ground. Because she had caused herself pain, the jutsu ended. She grabbed the back of her head, rubbing it as she stood up. "I would've loved to use it on you, but you probably so used to it by now." Her hands came together, copying Lothar's exactly. She aimed the technique at the receptionist who was returning to her seat from the coffee break room. "Suiganmourou!" The effects of the technique were quite evident, because the receptionist wobbled, hitting the desk and spilling her coffee. Tsuki snickered at the lady, who was wondering what the heck had happened. After her laughter was over, and after she had received death glares from the lady, Tsuki stood up straight, and cocked her head to the side. "Is there an easier way to get out of that...I'd hate to have to hit my head each time."

(Genjutsu Kai is a chuunin level technique, so I cant teach that if thats what your implying. That and I gotta get off in exactly 3 minutes. Personal rule)

Doctor Lothar looked at Tsuki after hearing her request for an easier way to get out of genjutsu the way a guy at the drive thru who forgot his order looks at the call box as he pathetically call out to the guy taking his ordr to wait for another five minutes (I thought Lance would be able to relate to that one). Getting back up as he finished the last of his Guinness I.V., saying, "Well then, I...uhh.......yea, there is a way you can! Wait, well.....not a way YOU can, bt a way you can! But ya gotta be stronger to do that!" He said, leaning against the wall for support, still wondering why he had a rubber snake in the sleeve of his coat.

Tsuki looked a tad disappointed, though it motivated her. "Well, what else can ya show-" Her eyes fell on the rubber snake, whose head was slightly pointing out. Both of her eyebrows raised, as she looked at Lothar, and back at the snake. By now, she knew better than to question him...perhaps she didn't want to know the answer. "...show me..."

Doctor Lothar's eyes suddenly lit up, as an idea came to him. "Ooh, I got one!" The doctor said as he made eye contact with Tsuki, made a single handseal, and said "Bouzenjishitsu!" After about a minute of standing there Tsuki would probably feel quite awkward and try to move away, except she would not be able to, until finally Doctor Lothar broke eye contact. "Now that jutsu, it allows to to make people stop in place if you keep making eye contact, kinda like those shadow people, except no shadows! And it's REALLY good for torturin your buddies from across the bar, cause when they want another drink you can just make em freeze until the bartender passes them and comes your way! Cool, Ehh?" The Doctor said, thinking his method of using the jutsu was one of the most revolutionary innovations of genjutsu in the history of shinobi." Bouzenjishitsu no Jutsu (Stupification Technique) Description: The user locks eyes with the target and forces a hand seal. For as long as the two can keep looking at each other without being distracted or obstructed, both cannot move. When the user blinks, it's also over.

Tsuki met eyes with Lothar, and hadn't realized she couldn't move until she grew uncomfortable with the staring. When she couldn't move, she momentarily panicked, though relaxed herself when she remembered it was just a genjutsu. After listening to his explanation, it was no surprise he'd use it for just that. Tsuki breathed deeply and formed the seals, over and over, simply so that she may memorize the technique.

Tsuki believed she was ready, and performed the seals once more, drawing upon her chakra. She focused her chakra towards her eyes, and launched it at Lothar when she looked towards him. As soon as their eyes locked, both of them were held in a paralyzed stalemate. Before she could get a full grasp of the technique, Tsuki's eyes began to water, and she blinked, ending the technique.

Tsuki took in a deep breath as she wiped her eyes. For some reason, she found it hard to stare a someone for an extended period of time. She performed the seals once more, her chakra moving to her eyes. Tsuki looked up once more, her eyes staring into Lothar's. The genjutsu activated, holding them both in place. Tsuki held the seal as well, intent to not look away. It was a full minute before Tsuki blinked due to her dry eyes.
"Just reach out and grab your dreams. If not, who will?"

Doctor Lothar began to double over in laughter when the jutsu ended, something that should not have been funny unless you were as hammered as he was. "Bahahaha! You blinked! I've never seen red bean paste blink! But alright, now that thats done.........think fast!" Fukushi no Jutsu!" Doctor Lothar cried as he snapped his fingers, causing Tsuki to see two of everything. "Y'see? This jutsu makes it look like theres two of everything! Try and get out of it, then use it on me!"(Jade do you have a ninja type that gives you fewer posts? Because if you dont, these should be 3 paragraphs each. The medical jutsus are covered b the medical ninja class.)
