LT realizing how foolish the boys were, LT smacked himself in the face. "OK FINE!!!! every one listen up,To combat the effects of genjutsu, there are several options. This is the Genjutsu Release, In short it is called 'Kai'
The first option is for the ninja to stop the flow of chakra in their body, and then apply an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; this is called Genjutsu Release (幻術解, Genjutsu Kai). This can also be done by an unaffected ninja by applying a sudden surge of chakra into the affected person. In addition, tailed beasts can break their Jinchūriki hosts out of genjutsu in a similar fashion."
"The second option is through intense pain not caused by the genjutsu and utilizing the resulting pain to bring their senses back in order, of the two options, the latter seems more effective in most situations, or at least is the easiest. This can involve breaking one's finger or by simply applying huge amounts of stress on it. The third option is accessible only to Sharingan wielders. Members of the Uchiha clan can break or see through genjutsu using their Sharingan. Every one understand?"

Kanzuki nodded to LT and then brought up a question, "Well since I'd rather not have a large amount of pain inflicted on my and since I'm not an Uchiha, can you teach us the release?" Kanzuki asked with curosity in his voice.

"Kai? That's my name!", Kai exclaimed excitedly. Looking around at everyone else he realized that that was probably not the most appropriate reaction. Pretending to clear his throat he said in as deep a voice as he could manage, "I mean, that's pretty cool, Sensei. I'll remember that.""I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me" (does this mean you've taught us kai?)

LT slapped his forehead again and sighed, "Kids these days... Ok just like i said before, you stop the flow of chakra in your body while performing the Kai hand seal stare Every one watch." LT slowly and mockingly form the 'Kai' seal and pulsed his chakra, as he did so, the students could visibly see the sand pulsing in waves.

"Ooh, I wanna try!" Yamatano made the kai handseal and began to focus his chakra in his chest. "Kai!" he said, expelling it all at once. There was a very small white pulse that came from his body, but not much else. "Was that it?" he asked.

Kai smiled apologetically at LT as he rubbed the back of his head. After watching LT do it he set his face and focused on the task at hand. He let his chakra build up and then he released it all in a single wave as he said clearly, "Kai". Kai had always had a knack for chakra control, so this came easily to him. Looking up at LT he asked, "How was that?""I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

"No, thats close, but not it. You need to cut the chakra off completely. You can do it in pulses like a heart beat, so there are pauses in between with no chakra, then you dramatically increase the chakra in your body, try to get it like a light switch."

Kanzuki focused as he formed the "Kai" handsign. He focused on the flow of charka in his body and with a quick and precise action, stop the flow of chakra in his body, and then resumed it, and then repeated. There were waves in the sand like LT's but the were much more sporadic and varying in sizes. He then stopped and turned to LT," How was that Sensai?" he asked.

"Ok then, got it!" Yamatano built up more chakra, and released it the same way he had before, stopping his chakra flow. Then with another wave he turned his chakra points back on again. "How was that?" he asked.

[1/3] Riku went on to practice the kai technique LT had demonstrated. First Riku concentrated on his chakra. Then he tried to stop the flow with the aid of the handseal. It didn't work at first, as Riku could still feel his chakra pulsing through his body after the attempt.
[2/3] He tried the jutsu again. This time his chakra pulsed slightly, possibly enough to get Riku out of very low level genjutsu attacks. The sand rippled slightly around him with the small diffusion of chakra. It still wasn't perfected though.
[3/3] On the third attempt Riku finally interupted the flow of his chakra correctly. He closed his eyes and took a deep breathe. He then snapped his hands up to form the seal, "Kai!" Several short pulses in Riku's chakra pushed the sand around him in waves, just like it did LT's. It was a sign that Riku had completed the technique.

Kai focused his chakra into a ball once more and then released it in a wave as he said, "Kai!", which caused his flow of chakra to cease. Then after a moment he sent out another wave of chakra to get his chakra flowing again."I live to fulfill the dreams of those that came before me"

LT nodded in approval at the students, "Ok, next is the first Genin technique you will learn. This is a more powerful version of the Uo Tsuba spitting technique. So it should be easy for you to learn." LT formed the hand signs and shot out the water pellt down the beach and out of sight. Some where off in the distance the students could hear a man yelp in pain and yell, "MY EYE!". LT didnt even phase he just sighed and folded his arms.
Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)
Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.
