Interest In Your Insides What is the sharingans chakra costs for activation and it's skills, the bloodline page doesn't say

em seeing how sharingan isnt ranked >.> id say d rank to activate and costs that much to keep it up cause it dose cost chakra to keep it going... i say drank only cause u really dont get it till your a gennin >.> seeing how u can get to gennin in a day and all. For its skills id look for the rank if it dosnt have a rank then just go with d rank chakra... but if its a passive skill u pay the chakra during the upkeep cost ^^ thats my look on it idk if im right though

well you have 32 chakra points >.> by the time you hit jounin ull have 109 or something close to that

Do two brothers with Sakon and Ukon's bloodline count as one person, player-wise?

We put the sharingan bloodline before we put the rules. And no there are a lot of rules that are in the rule book. Tell me a single rule that is not actually written down.
(Granted there are some things we've added along the way that we've yet to put in that we've seen become problems)
Anyways, I'll ask in the crew forum and we'll come to a decision.
Yes it's one person rping as two people. The two must have the same element, jutsus, shinobi types.

You can only have one rpc, though if you do choose Sakon and Ukon's bloodline you can have two

Zane Hajime You can only have one rpc, though if you do choose Sakon and Ukon's bloodline you can have two Kay.

I still dont see where it tells me how many points of chakra it costs to turn it on and use each ability like Copying and breaking Genjutsu

BTW, concerning the Nara clan, does one have to start out as a Nara and then get the Nara Stage Two or whatever, or can you just skip to the Nara Stage 2 clan thingy?
