Jutsu/Chakra Anything involving the use of chakra Tensai is highly skilled in, making him a very powerful and valuable shinobi. This Strength allows Tensai to posses large amounts of jutsu (Ninjutst, Genjutsu, Fuinjutsu, Kinjutsu) and perform them at advanced levels. Tensai's skill in chakra doesnt stop there as his body is naturally enhanced by his chakra, making him very physically strong. Along with this he has an expansive knowledge of shinobi arts and lore. In the ninja world Tensai is one of the few to naturally master the use of chakra without any clan or bloodline advantages, and coupled with his innate capability for Fuinjutsu he earned the name 'Sage of Heavenly Riches' which also reflects his personal fighting style.
Genjutsu Being born of the Kurama Clan Tensai possess enhanced Genjutsu abilities along with being able to use the Nevidigan, although the latter can only be temporarily used. His skill in Genjutsu may not be as notable as his Fuinjutsu skill but Tensai is very talented in Genjutsu, allowing him to sense the effects of illusions at his rank but his performance of Genjutsu capped at a Tokubetsu Jounin level due to the early experiments on his body. His Genjutsu is very potent however and when used with his Fuinjutsu he is known to have really damaged the minds of many ninja, although his own body has suffered heavily because of this.
Tactical Shinobi Tensai's mind works VERY quickly allowing him to think on the tips of his toes and remain several steps ahead of his enemy. His Fuinjutsu is one of the results of this skill and he is also adept in trapping or incaciipating enemies. His expansive knowledge of ninja arts and lore allow him to be very analytical and able to read the effects of jutsu soon after seing them. Battle Weakness:
Bloodline Because of the expirments done on his body Tensai is subject to intense pains when using too much chakra. Every living moment produces small yet constant aches and pains that never fade away, as if his body is trying to rip itself apart. The pains became more apparent when Tensai activates the Nevidigan for too long (Ten posts) without rest. His senses sometimes act weirdly, allowing him to sense phantom occurences that pester and pick at his mentality. If Tensai uses the Nevidigan for more than 13 posts it automatically shuts off, a Fuinjutsu he created to stop the bloodline from hurting him too much. In times of importance Tensai can override this Fuinjutsu, although it brings on large amounts of heavy pains.
Comrades/Friends Tensai has very few friends but if one is lucky enough to befriend him he is very dependable. He is also seems to be loyal to a fault, simply taking a mission without asking any questions. Tensai works very hard for his friends and has been pushed to the brink of death many times because of it, one almost losing his legs.
Medical Jutsu The experiments performed on him during and after his birth has seriously affected Tensai's body. He requires his own medic or else his body might be permantely damaged by some of the medical techniques. His body functions differently and Blood Transfusion techniques are known to bring about intense pains in his body. He often stays clear of hospitals and prefers to contact his own medic to heal himself.

Shinobi Special Skills: Despite being in the Kurama Clan and possessing the Nevidigan Tensai is not a master of Genjutsu and his body even restricts the level of genjutsu he can use to a Tokubetsu Jounin level.
1. Chakra Master-Tensai is renown for having one of the most powerful examples of chakra imaginable, allowing him to perform high ranking jutsu with ease and being able to mold his chakras much faster than a normal ninja. Not only does he have great skill in controlling chakra but he is also very knowledgable of is uses allowing him to understand the mechanics behind jutsu with relative ease. His body also produces large amounts of chakra and this combined with his plentiful amount of jutsu has granted him a very high position in the ninja world. Because of this skill Tensai is capable of learn almost any jutsu within reason. This allows him to learn and master more jutsu than a normal ninja, allowing him to master more techniques than even an advanced shinnobi. This skill allows him to perform jutsu faster and more effectively than other ninjas.
2. Fuinjutsu Master-Tensai is one of the few people to actually master the art of sealing techniques and has even learned all the fuinjutsu techniques in the ninja world along with developing his own. His Mastery of chakra has also allowed him to use Fuinjutsu with very few handseals and perform them very quickly. With this mastery of Fuinjutsu Tensai is even capable of sealing tailed beasts, although it would be a very long and draining process. Some say he learned Fuinjutsu from an old Sage who gave him a special scroll containing skills to become a Sage, though this may be just a rumor.

╫Character Description╫
Personality: Tensaijin is very wise and patient, most often found in cultural hearts or local libraries researching. His research is one of the most expansive ever found and he is known to have valuable information on shinobi origins. His use of chakra has greatly increased because of this and he is known to have collected an extremely large repertoire of jutsu. He is quite protective of his village and is one of the few known villagers to heavily associate with the feudal lords.
Tensai is very strict when it comes to his training and the medics are well associated with him. He even has his own personal medic who accompanies him on trips to foreign places with no local hospital in case he gets heavily injured. Despite his age Tensai still fights at his prime and has gathered alot of respect but he often isolates himself away from friends. He has a very large hunger streak and during his years as a Jounin he was known for being very perverted.
Lately he was been increasingly secretive, saying only he has come across a very potent development. Tensai holds is known to study Jinchurichii and the seals that bind demons to humans.

Zane was originally a Mist shinobi, but his lack of knowing water jutsus prevented him from advancing in Kirigakure. With the permission of the Mizukage, Zane traveled to Suna in order to learn and master wind jutsus. While there, the Kazekage himself trained him in puppetry and wind. Taking it a step further, Zane experimented upon himself and became a puppet himself. Years later, a plot to take down the Mizukage and the Kazekage simultaneously was deployed by a rogue group of shinobis who succeeded in this feat. Teaming up with another Mist shinobi and his best friend Luo Ushio, Zane defeated the rogue group and was offered the position of the new Kazekage. But regrefully, Zane declined, saying that it was way to big of a responsiblity. Though Zane did decide to stay behind in Suna and become the village Saanin. To this day, he maintains good relations with the new Mizukage Luo Ushio

@ Martin: Denied: Due to the following reasons: Kurama Clan Head is reserved for Defined by Spontaneity. I know cause I accepted this Clan. Therefor, unless he says you are the head, you should only have medium chakra. Also, I am counting 26 jutsu, not counting the Taijutsu, Clan Jutsu, and the fuuinjutsu. Please remove one.

Battle Strength: Akura is unique enough of a shinobi, that he has earned himself his own classification. A Special type taijutsu specialist. The name, which is pretty self explanatory, suggests that Akura uses a relatively unknown style of fighting in battle. In his case, that style would be a mix of hand to hand combat techniques and chakra from his kekkei genkai. The odd mixture of styles often throws opponents off as they would be quite unused or unskilled in defending themselves from it. Akura is also highly intelligent and extremely tactical for his age, he uses this when chaining combos and throwing attacks into attacks with little to no flaw. Setting up complex traps that the opponent simply walks themselves into during a fight. Often they will not be spotted until it is far to late. A hidden ace up Akura's sleeve is his leg weights. Exactly how much weight is in each is unknown to all except for Akura. But a physical demonstration of their dense weight would be when Akura simply drops them from a heightened position. The leg weights will slam into the ground quite hard, creating fairly well sized craters where they land. The strength it takes simply to carry said weights comes from years of hard training, determination and devotion to taijutsu. And when they are removed, Akura's true speed is shown. Though he refuses to remove them unless under extreme conditions. Meaning he is training himself 24/7 just by simply taking a calm stroll down the street.
Battle Weakness: Akura is a timid and nervous person. He hates large groups and any amount of negativity aimed in his direction is often more harmful than it would be to the average person. He has a natural weakness for genjutsu, being a taijutsu user and all, and has a harder time escaping from it than the average shinobi. He also seems to put others before himself, often rushing to the aid of his allies before he even knows what is happening himself. He hates to see friends injured, and will go to great lengths to stop that from happening. Often hurting himself in the process. Due to an injury during a past mission. Akura is blind in his right eye, except when his kekkei genkai is in use. Due to this he has a bit of a blind spot that a skilled opponent can exploit. His other senses have attempted to make up for his weakness, but nothing is comparable to the real deal.

1. Kekkei Genkai Specialization/Special type taijutsu specialist: Due to his advanced specialization with his kekkei genkai, Akura has been able to achieve the second stage a whole rank early. Because of his adept knowledge of his skill, Akura has been able to combine his Kekkei Genkai skills directly into his taijutsu skills for an explosive amount of power.
2. Junsuiton Special Type Taijutsu Enhancement: Akura has the ability to enhance his already strengthened muscle structure with his Junsuiton type chakra. Increasing both his speed and strength to awe inspiring strengths not normally reachable by a chuunin. Though it burns chakra at a great rate and also leaves Akura a bit more fatigued than normal. The style, explosively combines the deadly chakra with the pinpoint accuracy of hand to hand combat. Turning Akura's arms and legs into weapons themselves as he jabs and strikes at his opponents vital points and weak areas with an attack backed by pure chakra. In this form his total speed and strength is ranks beyond what it should be. Able to fell trees and cover great amounts of land in seconds. Though the style is short lived. While in usage, it greatly drains upon Akura's chakra to the point that he must end the fight quickly or risk passing out, or in extreme cases even dying, from sheer chakra exhaustion. It is also extremely hard to control both art's at the same time, so Akura runs a risk of not only harming himself, but his fellow shinobi as well.
3. Heightened Senses: Because of the slight loss of his vision, Akura's other senses have risen slightly to compensate. He has higher senses of smell, touch, taste and hearing than any other shinobi he knows of his level. Or even of jounin level. This is both an advantage and an disadvantage. As louder sounds will be disorienting to Akura, as well as stronger scents or flavors.

Kekkei Genkai-Ninjutsu
Genin • Chikara Hirate (Force Palm): Much like the gentle fist style, the user will shoot their palm forward as chakra stabs out of the hand and into the enemy, dealing severe internal damage. The chakra output is much wider in range than Gentle Fist, and because of this it can even hit the enemy when it does not make contact. But because of this reason, it is less focused, and it cannot cut chakra points. • Hercurion- The user focuses chakra into their hands or legs to improve physical strength. This can be used in and out of combat. Punches and kicks will hurt more and deal more damage. Enhanced legs can allow user to jump higher and farther. The user can lift objects heavier than normal. A genin can lift a boulder of stone twice his size, while somebody at chunin is 4x, jonin 6x, anbu 8x, kage/sannin 10x their weight. Every post this technique is in use, it drains 10 chakra points from the user. • Merucury- By focusing chakra into their limbs, their reactions and overall speed become faster. This can lead to an easy win, as many users of this technique outmatch their opponents easily. Genin are two times faster, chunin 3x, jonin 4x, anbu can outrun a drag racer, and kage can outmatch a stealth jet in the air while he’s on the ground. This drains 10 points of chakra for each post of use
Chuunin • Reiki Katachizukuru (Aura Form): By mastering this technique, the user can now mold the Pure Chakra into shapes. This can include nearly anything comprehendible including weapons, shields, or armor…. Or a house even if you wanted to (of course you probably wouldn’t be able to keep that up for long), but depends upon the users chakra lv. Normally, pure chakra is a malleable, feather light substance but extremely dense unless tampered with. Genin can’t form anything bigger than him, chunin can form anything 2x bigger than him, jonin 4x, anbu 8x, kage 10x. • Reiki no aru Yoroi (Armor of Aura): Provides the user with an invisible armor made by their own pure chakra. It is a strong repulsion of anything that comes toward the ninja, severely nullifying the attack. Costs 10 points of chakra for each post of use.
Jounin • Junsuiton: Mujitsu no aru Hinansho (Sanctuary of Innocence): The user forces a powerful wave of Pure Chakra out from their body. This blasts away any and all initial attacks Jonin rank and lower and extremely nullifies ANBU and up. Afterwards, the chakra stays in the form of a dome. No jutsu can be used to attack from within it. It takes a Jonin lv. Attack or higher to break it from the outside. It can be taken down by the user anytime. Costs 15 points of chakra for each post the dome is kept up after the initial blast.
• Mechakucha Kiyorakasa (Chaotic Purity): By Jonin lv. the ninja has mastered both his pure chakra and elemental chakra. They can now alter the art of purity and add their elements to their pure styles (including Aura Sphere, Sanctuary, Aura Form, Tempest, and Pulsation Art.) allowing for their element to be in its most refined form and therefore most powerful. Effects of the jutsu change with the element added. The drawback is that the effects have the possibility to also damage the user. Fire: The Pure Chakra takes on an explosive and burning nature, and displays such action upon contact. The chakra is wild and dances about, resulting in it being harder to control. Chakra becomes red. Water: The Pure Chakra becomes more flexible and fluid, which can be used to attack from anywhere and at multiple targets. But it is softer and also very hard to control. It also appears to freeze in cold temperatures. Chakra becomes Blue Earth: The Pure Chakra coursing outside and inside the user becomes heavy and dense. It proves to be harder to destroy, aiding in both offense and defense. However, any and all attacks become extremely sluggish, and the user itself is weighed down. Chakra becomes Black. Air: The Pure Chakra takes on a rigid and sharp nature. Cutting edges sprout from the chakra techniques and can easily slice through even stone and weak steel. Chakra becomes green. Lightning: The Pure Chakra takes on a shocking nature. Tendrils shaped like lightning bolts grow out from the chakra and will zap and sometimes paralyze upon contact or close presence, including the user. Chakra becomes orange.

Special Techniques
Shinjikazu [ Essence Of Intent ] - After being trained in both defense and attack the user eyes have become more prone to oncoming attacks and is able to react much quicker giving him insight in battle. He is also able to since someone killer intent and feel the force coming from it.
Gofuu Juuu [ May Wind, October Rain ] - The user synchronizes with opponent's one’s breathing to match up with the opponent's flow and timing to evade attacks.

Academy Stage1
Dakai Ichi To properly learn this style the practitioner is forced to learn it the way it was made; while handcuffed. Normally during all of the spinning, constant movement, and acrobatic attacks the practitioner will want to flail out their arms in an attempt to balance themselves but with the handcuffs in place this becomes extremely difficult and very impractical so it forces the practitioner to learn how to balance themselves without their arms and hands. Not only does this require extreme precision and lots of practice it also demands a high amount of leg strength to perform properly but it is also because of these demands that the style itself becomes truly powerful.
Stage 2 Genin
Dakai Ni Still handcuffed the practitioner switches his focus from controlling his movements and making them precise to making them much stronger. The practitioner learns to use gravity to their advantage and make their leg into a lever in which they place all of their weight onto creating leg strikes similar to that of a guillotine. Along with these stronger strikes the practitioner continues to strengthen their body so that it can deal with the complex system of movements that the Ippin Seichuu Sanji provides.
Stage 3 Genin
Dakai San Now the practitioner starts to learn a larger range of strikes with the legs. Instead of focusing solely on high acrobatic kicks strengthened by weight and gravity they begin to learn the usefulness of swift and powerful attacks that are close to the ground. Without the aid of an outside force to strengthen these close to the ground attacks they focus on gaining more power from within not only in the legs but in the arms as well. In this stage the practitioner has learned the immense usefulness of their arms as balancers to keep the practitioner going on with their fluid strikes
Stage 4 Chuunin
Dakai Si With the previous stages the practitioner has accumulated a lot of strength and power with his attacks which in turns creates the 'Disaster.' The disaster is when the practitioner has too much latent potential behind their attacks to control effectively. This stage focuses on controlling this disaster in order to make it less devastating to the practitioner and more much devastating to the opponent. The more the attacks are controlled the easier it is to go from one attack to the next fluidly
Stage 5 Chuunin
Dakai Go After master combat from the air and from the ground the practitioner now focuses on fighting at a mid point, mainly attacking the abdomen of the opponent. The new, what are known as, 'mid-range' attacks require more upper body strength then in the previous levels because the practitioner now goes into a lot of handstands to attack and cartwheels to dodge. A simple way to practice strengthening the arms for this is to hold onto a pole in the ground and holding the body out at a ninety-degree angle from the pole. The practitioner must also work with their body so that they can bend and move at the extreme angles the 'mid-range' attacks call for.
Universal • Shou-Geki-Shou [Rising Impact Palm] Description: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja lifts up their opponent with one arm, retracts, and then drives their palm upward into their opponent, hurling them into the air. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating. • Tsutenkyaku [Painful Sky Leg] Description: This is basically just a kick down from the air, where the user (if gifted with an amazing amount of strength) uses their power to create an earthquake like effect and massive destruction to the surrounding area. • Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind] Description: This taijutsu attack uses a combination of speed, strength, and the element of surprise. It is a perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. For this taijutsu, the ninja first disappears using a really fast movement. The opponent, obviously, is totally confused. However, seconds later, the attacking shinobi appears just below their opponent, and by raising his dominant leg, kicks the enemy right on the chin. This would send the victim flying up into the air. The attacker can then proceed with an even more devastating follow-up attack. Leaf spinning wind is very hard to dodge, since the movement is so fast the opponent won't probably know about the attack until he gets kicked and is already high up in the air.

Personality: Akura is an extremely nervous and timid type of individual. He is deathly afraid of large groups, and he rarely speaks unless he is in the presence of good friends or family. He is rather naive to the working world, having spent most of his childhood training his taijutsu skills he hadn't the time to socialize. Meaning he has relatively no idea on how to interact with others, causing him to be overlooked most of the time. Not that he minds really, the silence is all the companionship he needs to get along.

╫Background Information╫
Akura was born to the village hidden in the grass. He was an outstanding child, graduating from the academy at age seven, passing the chuunin exam at ten. His skill with his rare kekkei genkai was awe inspiring to his peers, and feared by his superiors. Yet despite his skill, he was still ignored by the villagers for one reason alone, he was different. The village had never encountered such a strange kekkei genkai in its entire existence, and this was unnerving to many Kusa shinobi.
Akura's parents mistreated him on a daily basis. Using him as more of a slave than a son. If he did his work wrong, he was beaten for it. And if he did it right, he was still thrown around by his more than often drunken step-father. Because of this, Akura adapted to shutting his emotions away. Becoming a timid and nervous child that jumped at mere shadows. Even as a shinobi, his treatment by his parents did not cease. Though he held the power to stop them, he was far to kind to even raise a finger against his parents.
Life beyond the Academy was odd for Akura as well. Though he showed a high level of chakra control, he absolutely refused to learn any ninjutsu past the basic academy level. Instead, Akura used his chakra in other ways. In conjunction with his sword style and kekkei genkai.
During an assassination mission, Akura had been injured by a stray explosion. The injury permanently taking the vision from his right eye. Of course, rather than allowing him to rest in the hospital as the medical nin had suggested, his parents forced him to return home. Punishing him for his injury with more and more work, and ever increasing thrashings. The villagers simply looking away. In their eyes, if Akura died from his labor, there would be one less oddity in the world to deal with.
Akura would have remained in his pain filled life for as long as he lived, if it were not for one fateful day. A chance encounter with a man whom saved Akura from an untimely demise. Who was the man? Well. Nothing more than a Suna shinobi traveling home from a recent diplomatic mission... -------------------
The Kusa marketplace was a kingdom of foreign peoples, odd tastes and mouth watering spices. During any given time the streets were packed, either with mothers finishing their weekly grocery shopping. Or with drunken men singing to the moonlight. Shop keepers announced sales with booming voices, and young women holding signs drew attention to their respective workplaces.
Recently, the lovingly sweet aroma of freshly cut flowers filled the market air. Hundreds upon thousands of flowers had been harvested from farms surrounding the village, and now they lined various stalls and shops. Just waiting for a passerby to bring them home. To any standard person, the smell of the flowers would be peaceful. But to a young shinobi by the name of Akura, the smell was overpowering. The crowds were to large, and the noise level alone was far to loud. His expression was one of nervousness, and as he followed behind his parents, he attempted to sink away into his own clothing. Just attempting to hide from the noise, from the people, from the foul stench of freshly cut flowers...
"Eh, what is wrong with you child. You are making us look bad!" Akura's mother sneered as he gazed down upon her child. Her voice drawing the attention of Akura's drunken father, whom spun upon Akura. Outstretching a hand in a blow that landed upon Akura's cheek. Sending him sprawling to the ground. "Why are you such a disappointment!?" Akura's father exclaimed, kicking the boy in the ribs with enough force to expel a few droplets of crimson blood from within the child.
"S..Sorry father..." Akura coughed, blood escaping his lips as he spoke. "It wont happen aga-" Before he could even finish his sentence, he was upon the ground once more. His father kicking him repeatedly this time, each blow harder than the last. "Why are you saying sorry to me!? Your mother is the one that has to deal with the constant judgment of the village for having such a cursed child!" The louder his voice became, the harder the blows fell. Eventually the father, cursing under his breath. Pulled something metallic from within the confines of his shirt folds.
A large Tanto glistened in the sunlight. The father, menacingly holding it to Akura's neck, held a look of pure hatred in his eyes. A crowd had begun to draw, but no one offered Akura any mercy. Rather they watched with beady eyes, just waiting for one last mistake to be erratically from the world...
"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't kill you..." The father growled, pressing the tanto against Akura's neck. The sharp blade drawing a small trickle of blood from Akura. The father would have continued to push the blade farther, if it was not for the small hand that had fallen upon his shoulder.
"Because, if you do not release that child. I will kill you before you get the chance...." A female voice muttered from behind. Following the arm back to its source, one would find themselves gazing upon a woman donning the headband of a suna shinobi. The shinobi, rather than waiting for an answer, placed her other hand upon the fathers untouched shoulder. Gripping both shoulders tightly before he rather forcefully jerked upwards. Effortlessly tossing the man into the air before he came crashing down upon an abandoned stall.
The mother, rather than taking her chances. Rushed to the father's side. Cursing Akura's name the entire time. Not that it mattered any longer. Akura was rescued from his hellish life. She couldn't touch him even if she wanted to....
"Come with us child..." The shinobi said as she outstretched her hand. Several Suna genin landing behind her in a blur of motion. "I promise we won't bite...." --------------
Akura was taken and raised in the sand village by the same shinobi that had rescued him. The woman, adopting Akura as her own child, raised him as her own as well. Her sons accepting Akura as a brother, and her family welcoming Akura with open arms.
Akura is now a shinobi of Suna. Adapting to his new life, he is beginning to learn what it really means to be in a family. He is also learning to get over his fear of others. Perhaps one day. He will even make a friend or two?

Sine_Amore @ Martin: Denied: Due to the following reasons: Kurama Clan Head is reserved for Defined by Spontaneity. I know cause I accepted this Clan. Therefor, unless he says you are the head, you should only have medium chakra. Also, I am counting 26 jutsu, not counting the Taijutsu, Clan Jutsu, and the fuuinjutsu. Please remove one.

In the middle of the Chuunin exams he learned his father had died. He stayed to pass the Chuunin exams and then went on to assassinate the person who killed his father.
Two years passed and Satoshi still didn't knew who killed his father. He had battled 20 people and killed 15 of them. He trained harder to become an assassin. On January 1, 2010, he had received a letter stating that: "If you train anymore in Assassin you will die." Knowing that has a death threat he continued training the ways of the assassin, in hopes that one day the man who killed his father will come after him.

alright I'll go ahead and judge:
There is already a chuunin for mist and I'm only allowing 1 chuunin 1 jounin 1 saanin for each village at the start of the guild. Everyone else starts at the academy. Granted I do have a chuunin and jounin spot open in Cloud...if you can pm me a good reason why you deserve one of thos spots then maybe I will give it to you
