"You're seriously mistaken if you think my taken some of my clothes means im getting ready to fight. They have a headstart and im not a small person so im getting rid of the hinderence, and trust me when i say that no power on earth will protect you if your lieing to me."
Striker turns around and starts to roll his cloak and boots into his pack. Grabbing his Sword from the ground he Straps it too his back with some velcro and puts his pack over top to secure it in place.
"If we start now we can follow there tracks before the snow covers them up, i dont know about you but im getting a little tired of playing catch in the snow."

She smiled, he reminded her so much of an old friend. ''You are right, if we leave now, we might catch up to them. I can run very fast, are you as fast as you look?'' She looked up at the sky. ''Although the cold does not bother me, I do not like the haze. They are setting a trap that we can avoid if we are quick enough.''

"Alright lets get going then, you can take this as an apology or not but its been a hectic couple of days."
With that Striker turns towards the tracks and starts out in there direction watching out for tree branches and roots on the way. Running this way and that trying to follow the trail thru the snow Striker noticed that they split up trying to confuse him in what direction to pick.
"I tracked them earlier today but this is new, we dont have the time nor do i have the patients to follow all the tracks can you decipher what one will get us there faster?"

Ben kept jumping, while Zoe kept shifting and struggling. "you better stop that beautiful." He kept saying to her. "NO!" She would scream every time and struggle harder. Finally she stopped and thought. act casual Zo. Act like this is no big deal, but you know it is, and when you've got your chance, take it She thought to herself, and smiled smugly, but when she saw Ben looking at her oddly, she stopped. "Fine Ben, I give up." She said, hanging her head in false defeat. Ben smiled triumphantly. "i thought you would." He said, and kept jumping. i hope you all know im kidding, OK? i would never give in! She thought to the others, hoping they heard her.

Eve closed her eyes. "Yes," she said. "Left. There is a large cliff about a half a mile away. They went down. There is a small pass we can use. They have a trap for us there, but I cannot see it clearly. There is something very stange about that pass, we could try to avoid it, but I can't see a way around it yet. The right path is a dead end, but there is a trap there as well." When she opened her eyes again they were bright red. "I do not like what is hidden in that pass. I can sense a large power, but I do not know what it is coming from or what kind of power it is."

oh! i dont think they heard me!!! no! Zoe thoguht, panincing, but kpet her face emotionless. Ben smiled at her. "good girl, i knew you would, your so smart." Ben said, kissing her forehead. Zoe cringed, and pulled away.

Terrion's eyes snapped open. Instead of the cave wall ahead of her, she saw a door. She rose up from the simple bed and placed a hand on the worn oak wood. It's like I never left. As if he expected me to come back. She ran her fingers along the cracks. Locked, for sure. She slammed her fist on the door and turned abruptly away. She looked the small room over. Yep. As if I never left. He knew I'd be back. She touched the old worn bedsheets. They were a comforting navy blue shade. It reminded her of a long ago place. Mom... Dad... Why did you have to die?
((Sorry, I've been in the hospital again lately and just returned home last night.))

Zoe woke up slwoly, and looked around. She frowned, Ben had knocked her out. She looked around the small room, and stood. She walked up to the door, and ran her hand over it. The room was so dark, but she could see. She felt for a doorknob, or atleast a ket hole. Nothing. She frowned, then walked back tot he bed. She looked around, the stood again. She walked to the wall to her right, and ran her hand over the stone. It was cool, and moist. easy to break. She thought, but she didnt dare. She didnt know where it would lead, so sat in that spot, and kept running her hand over the wall. It felt so familiar, she thought. She heard a noose outside her door, and she cocked her ear to it. Ben opened the door, and walked in. She growled, and Ben stepped back. "its ok sis, im not going to hurt you." He whispered. "yeah sure your not." She scoffed. He walked forward, and sat next to her. "remeber when we were just kids?" He said, running his hand over the spot where she did. "when we would draw on the walls, and mom would laugh, while dad scoffed?" He said, smiling slightly. Zoe looked away, tears where streaming down her face. "your not Ben. dont talk to me." She said, standing and going to the bed to sit. Ben stayed where he was, still tracing the wall. "Zoe, your fine, no ones going to hurt you. this is your old room remeber?" Ben said, looking up at her. Zoe looked around, and nearly fell over. "this looks excatly like my old room..." She muttered.

"Well looks like we dont have a choice here does it? I'm not going in there blind when we get closer do you think you can scan some more? If not ill head in by foot to scout a little then come back to get you but we will cross that bridge when we get to it."
Jumping down the left path Striker charges out on ahead not waiting for a response from his new "friend". Watching the tree lines very carefully and making sure no one comes out to ambush them, Striker stops and pulls out a cantina from his pack and takes a big swig from the freezing water. Looking over at Eve he offers her some of his water.

Ben smiled warmly up at Zoe, and she alsmot smiled back. Ben stood, then walked over to her. "ill see you later ok?" He said, kissing her forehead then leaving her alone in the small room. She screamed at the top of her lungs, and didnt stop until her throat was numb. She pounded the door, and tried screaming, but her throat was still numb. She shifted to a elephant, and rammed the door. It didnt break, so she kept trying until she was dizzy from it. She screamed some more, and layed there on the ground infront of the door.

Terrion sat on the bed and wept. She wrapped her arms around her shoulders and burried her head in her knees. There was a quiet knock on the door.
"Go 'way." Terrion mumbled through a curtain of tears. Elia entered and closed the door gently behind him. He walked over to the bed and sat down. He placed a hand on her shoulder. Terrion shied away.
"It's tough, isn't it, love? Loosing your parents at a young age..." Elia went quiet.
"Yeah. Tough. Especially when you loose your only friend after living a year with them." Elia looked up to find two pinpoints of ice blue glaring at him from behind strands of jet black hair.
"But you haven't lost me, dearest-"
"Yes, I have, Elia." Terrion turned away from Elia. He leaned forward and whispered into her ear.
"Always so stubborn. You don't get that you still have me, love." He kissed her softly. Terrion cringed. Elia shrugged and left the room.

Zoe began to cry, and she screamed angrily until she was numb again. She cried and cried. its over She thought, over and over again. She cried harder, and cralwed over to the wall. She began pounding it with ehr fists. "Help me!" She screamed through her tears. She shifted to a wolf, and began to howl. Ben entered again, and walked up to Zoe. She backed away, growling through her tears. "shhh... its alirhgt sweety. its alright." Ben whispered, sitting infront of her. "it alright." He whispered. Zoe snalred and growled, but didnt attack. "Zoe. im here to help you." Ben said in a strong voice. Zoe shifted to human. "NO! NO YOUR NOT! I HATE YOU!" She screamed through her tears. Ben just looked at her, his face and eyes sad. "listen Zo. im here for you." Ben said, holding out his hand. Zoe froze and had the fastest flash-back. She saw her dream, and when Ben held out his hand back at the cave. She snapped out of it and bit his hand. Ben cringed and drew it back. "your dinner is almost finished, i checked with the chef before i came here." Ben siad quietly, then stood and walked out.

"Of course I can," Eve said. She grinned. He really did remind her of an old friend. She missed those days so long ago when she was an innocent child. Suddenly she realized that he was walking away. She smiled again. Her friend had always acted the same way.
A few minutes before they reached the pass, Eve screamed "GO AWAY!" She began to shake her head violently. "Striker," she struggled to say. "This power comes from a creature born from the depths of hell. It calls me. It wants me. You must go ahead of me. It will attack me and not see you. I can handle it, don't worry."
Eve!
"Go! Now! I will create a void around this area and everything around me will be consumed in eternal darkness. If you get caught, I will not be able to get you out. You will be stuck there, so please go. I will catch up to you later!" She closed her eyes. "About a quarter of a mile up, you will see a castle. It has some kind of curse, but they are there. All of them. There is one more trap, but it is only an ogre. You are more then strong enough to kill it. It should not be a challenge" She smiled, her eyes red. "Don't die before I catch up to you! You remind me too much of someone I knew long ago."

((Eeps, you guys have really kept this going. >.> Sorry I haven't posted here in a while. I was too busy with DA xD))
Rogue's head snapped up as she heard the familiar voice of Zoe....Screaming. She ran to the opposite wall and pressed her hands against it, concentrating on her power and opened a portal to go though. "Zoe?? Zoe!!" She ran through and stumbled into another room where Zoe was crying on the ground. "Zoe!!" She ran over and hugged her friend. "Oh my god, Zoe! There's blood on you!" She touched the crimson liquid on Zoe's lips gingerly, but it wasn't hers.

Zoe looked up at Rogue. "Rogue, your ok!" She shouted, hugging rogue tightly. "where are we at?" She asked, holding Rogue by the shoulders st arm length. "Whats going on?" She asked, looking behidn Rogue to make sure no one was coming in. Theres was a soft knock on the door. "Rogue hide, its Ben." She whispered, and waited until Rogue was hidden behind the bed. "Come in." Zoe said loudly. At tall, asian woman with long black hair in a dark green tunic and black slacks. She carried a gold platter, and set it down in front of Zoe, eyeing her caustiousily. The woman backed out of the room and closed the door, and oe heard the noise of a key being locked. She looked back at Rogue. "you can come out now Rogue." She said, pushing the food away. She looked over the plate, and it was beef and mashed potates, with bread. Zoe frowned. "im not eating that." She muttered.
