Joshua had returned to the cafe after purchasing a new hat. "Good thing the owner of that store stocked up on these after I custom ordered the first one." He wouldn't have come back but now he was broke due to haveing to buy a new hat and fully intended to get that shrill women to pay for it.
Standing outside the door Joshua had heard all of the womens speech.
"Sentria... thats a desert right? Or at least I think I heard it was.... They could use someone who understands a desert... and what do I lose by going rouge?" He grinned. "Techinacally im just a guard recurit hopeful and I doubt anyone even knows im in Learnia right now." He turned away from the cafe and began walking towards the meeting place happy at the chance of a little adventure.
Jaren ran down the streets at a breakneck pace crashing into anyone who got into his way. "Grrr... Jaren do this.. Jaren get me that. Jaren you can't read? Why the hell did I bring you to the library then? Stupid Derrin now I've gotta find someone named Alihi? And for what to ask her some dumb question.... jerk. Wahhh!" Turning down a side street Jaren collided with a hapless citizen with cake smeered all over their face. Flying through the air the two fell in a tangled mess of rolling arms and legs that ended with Jaren on top holding onto the mans collar.
"Alihi Kaua?! Do you know her!" Jaren shouted into his face
Obviously just having come from the cafe the man raised a shaky finger and pointed to the town gates. "Good!"
Getting up again Jaren started running again towards the town gates. Leaving a very confused citizen watching the backside of a man in a cow suit.

Now I'm stuck here But I don't belong here ~Ninian~Ninian giggled at the look on Akihi's face when she introduced her son. She didn't look old enough to be his mother, a fact Akihi must have noticed, resulting in the slightly confused look. He sat down, shakily asking a question Roy promptly answered. Lyre brought Ninian's hot chocolate, and the dancer blew on it a few times before setting it on the table. And then a flash of red caught her eye.
If she had blinked she might have missed him, but that red was unmistakable. Though she could only see his profile, the morning light making him look almost like an angel, she knew exactly who he was, even if her conscious mind didn't realize it yet. He turns, his bright blue eyes finding her wide red one. He mouth fell open into a small O the moment he called out to her.
"Ninian!" he cried, his all-too-familiar voice filled with joy, his face lighting up as he smiles. He hurried towards he, his cape billowing out behind him, the armor at his shoulders covered in nicks and scratches, some deeper than others. "This is where you've been all this time? We were worried, you know." His smile grew as he stared down at her.
She sat frozen in disbelief. How could this be possible? No, it couldn't be. But how could he be anything but, even though he looked the way he had on the day she'd first met him. No, this was impossible.
It couldn't be him standing right next to her. Not him.
"El--Eliwood?" she gasped, so quietly no one else would have heard her, especially when her voice was drowned out by the chattering around her. She had almost forgotten how to say his name, and the word felt unfamiliar. "Eliwood? But--but how--how can this be?" She lifted a hand to her mouth, shaking, all laughter forgotten. Her vision grew blurry. "Is it--is it really you, Eli--Eliwood?"
But then the floor began to shake, only slightly. Panicking, she reached for her hot chocolate, but the tremor ended as quickly as it had begun. She sighed in relief.
"E-excuse me!!"
Ninian quickly turned towards the sound of the voice she knew to be Alihi's. But what was the tactician doing here? Alihi quickly explained things.
"... If you wish to join me, meet me at the city gates in an hour. Be prepared... this trip is not going to be an easy one."
Of course I'm going, she thought immediately. Suddenly Roy kissed her forehead, obviously planning to go along with Alihi, and then turned to leave.
He walked right passed his father.
Ninian stared in shock, her gaze flicking back and forth between Roy's back and Eliwood's smiling face. How could Roy have not seen his own father? Her heart sank.
"You're not--really there, are you, Eliwood?" she asked, feeling as if someone had stabbed her heart and was squeezing it. The tears leaked out. She rose, leaving her still cooling hot chocolate and most of the vanilla cake on the table.
"I have to help Alihi save Amara," she muttered to herself as she walked towards the door. "I'll get Briseschal and change into clothes more suited to travel. And my own scarf as well. I already have the rings. I wonder if Nils is coming? Should I give him at least one of the rings?"
Continuing to talk to herself as she walked, she forced herself not to look back at Eliwood. After all, he wasn't really there . . . right? I wanna be where you are Maybe I'm not so far from home

I shall now demonstrate the Law of Sacae… Tribesmen fighting with all they have for the sake of one another! ~)Sue(~ Alihi had arrived in the cafe, and it was good timing. With the topping of Sue's table (and thus the ruining of her dessert and her relaxation), to the sudden tremor that rocked the establishment, the nomad was prepared to leave. Now she had a reason to leave, without looking too much rude. Besides, Amara was in the clutches of an enemy, for goodness sake! If Eyris's leadership chose not to do what was obviously the right thing, she would do it for them. "Alihi." Sue said, addressing the tactician whom once led her father. She was quite surprised that a formal retrieval squad made of Eyris Regulars weren't sent with Rath in a crew seat of FEF. She's have to do her best to take his place alongside the mother of a missing child. "I will go with you, to the ends of the world if I must. It matters not if the city's armies cannot aid us. We have a just cause here to fight for." This fight was different than the previous ones. Before, there were usually armies against one another, whether it was Bern and Lycia, FEF and the Morphs, or otherwise. Sue had always been part of a group, so it meant fighting for everyone. She admitted that maybe right now, joining this crusade seemed selfish, but the nomad trooper was assured her father would understand. He too would raise a weapon for what he believed in. ~)Nomad Trooper(~ Tell me, is your reasoning bent? If so, allow me to straighten it with my >--arrows-- > and o=|lllswordll> I ain't givin' in, no matter how hard th' fight before me looks t' be!
>{Leon}< After giving his farewells to Isadora, whom was no doubt sent to watch over more crew duties, Leon did want to stay, he really did. But that's when the tremor hit. Sure, it wasn't a big one, but it was big enough for him to hear some whinnying outside. There were many horses tied up out there, but if it was Anri that was losing his cool, the civilian's horses would no doubt face injury.
"Anri!" That was all he said, before making a rush towards the door, leaving behind a few gold pieces so he wasn't dining and dashing.
After making it outside, he did noticed that his companion was close to nearly breaking free of the restraints that would stop him from trampling anything in his way. A war horse on a rampage was not a pretty sight, and if the Lieutenant didn't do something, his four-legged comrade-in-arms would meet his end at the arrows of Learania's Rangers.
Leon grabbed the horse's reigns before he could rear up again, jerking them down. "Anri stop it, control yerself!" he shouted. Though a little struggle still came, eventually, the war horse complied, settling down at the commanding voice of his master. Through the panic of Anri almost letting havoc loose on Eyris, the lady tactician walked by them, and into the cafe. She was looking for a cake too, huh? More power to 'er, but I'm goin' home for now....
"Too much goin' on... Anri. We gotta stay outta trouble if we're gonna live t' be stronger, m' friend." Lieutenant Vatara said, and his steed seemed to agree with him through his eyes. It wasn't long until horse and rider proudly rode through the streets of Eyris, trying to avoid an ominous approaching chaos. Now was a time for rest... there was just a horrible feeling they both got that soon, that would become a luxury.
>{Watch Lieutenant}< If ya just bel'eve, then... ev'n if th' world be torn asunder, vict'ry will be yers to hold!

John's head had lifted after finishing off what was left of his green tea and very delicious cake. "But please... I beg of you... Help me. Help me save her. Help me save my daughter..." he heard everything else Alihi had said but this had made John wince a little on the inside as he knew what this sort of situation was like. He placed the money for the small meal on the table and walked out of the Hostess club to the Armory to pick himself up some new weapons since his weapons from the time before had disappeared.
Fa had just seen Blossom walk out. Fa was a little disappointed that she couldn't get her cinnamon rolls. She walked back to Aruna and poked her again in her side and said, "But Miss Aruna, Miss Blossom walked out."

Honestly, what was Kris thinking making out with one of their best customers like that?! This wasn’t even the first time one of these incidents had happened from what she had been told, but she in no way endorsed them. As far as she could tell this was Kris’s way of getting back at her; by causing mischief and creating scenes in her establishment. Kris sure wouldn’t be getting off easy for this one, not if she had anything to say about it, and she did.
Her mouth had contorted into a frown, and her eyes flashed with anger. Why did this have to happen today of all days? She was walking, or perhaps stomping, over to stop the scene from causing more damage than it already had. That was until she heard the sound of rushing water. Puzzled, she twisted her neck so that her head was facing the bathroom on the ground floor. Why… was there water seeping out from under the door…?
The next thing she knew, Conrad had burst into the club, in all his nearly naked glory. It was a good thing he was damn hot, or he’d never pull off the stunt. Hatmon couldn’t say she minded, but just why was he doing this during business hours?! Conrad included one or two others that weren’t Hostess Club members had asked for residence on the second floor. Having no better use for the rooms, she had allowed them the leisure as long as they didn’t do anything outrageous during working hours. It was just a small slip up that she had forgot to tell them they were opening up early today.
Even if she had forgotten to mention it, at the time, she didn’t recall such information and the incident just did more to escalate her temper. Her attention went back to the scene, but before she could do anything she was being whisked up in someone’s arms. Her eyes went wide as she caught sight of the person before he planted a kiss right on her lips. The scene with Kris and Loch had been resolved without her interference, but that was no longer on her mind. Just letting herself enjoy this moment, her arms wrapped around Conrad’s neck as she pushed her body closer to his own.
(This is so late. >< )

As Aruna was serving various tables, she felt vibrations in the ground below. They were weak, but something about the movements made her tense. “A small quake?” she thought to herself. She experienced earthquakes in the past; some much stronger than this. “Then why do I suddenly feel uneasy...”
Just then she heard a woman dressed in green address the entire café. “ E-excuse me!! For those who don't know me, I'm Alihi Kaua... I am a tactician, and the mother of Amara, the girl who was kidnapped at the party. ... I need all the help I can get to insure that Amara returns safely. ... If you wish to join me, meet me at the city gates in an hour.” Aruna listened to all that Alihi had say. Now the question was will the nagini aid in the mother’s quest. She contemplated the positives and negatives of this action. If the scaled woman did go, she would be helping to reunite a family. But if too many people joined this campaign, it might become too crowded. Movement wouldn’t be too much of an issue with a caravan. However, some people may be deadweight to the company if they can not fight. Aruna began to reevaluate herself as a unit. She didn’t fight when there were others more skilled than her around. Though she could act as a healer, the half snake appalled using magic, preferring to use more natural remedies. If everyone in the group came prepared like they were suppose to, there wouldn’t be a need for her. She would just be useless deadweight on this mission. That was the last thing she wanted to be.
Looking over at the stage, Aruna noticed Ganon packing up his instruments. “So he’s answering tactician’s call...” Her heart sank a little. Although it was only going to be for a few days maybe weeks, the thought of not seeing the bard saddened her. While slithering towards him, the orange-red nagini pulled a small bottle of potent elixir from her dress. “Be safe,” she whispered as she put the container in his hand. Seconds later the large lizard man left the café.
Finally concluding her thoughts on the matter, the reptilian waitress decided stay in Eyris. It was for the best. She didn’t want to drag down the rescue. Regret lingered in the back of her mind.“ But Miss Aruna, Miss Blossom walked out,” said the little dragon. Blossom had what? But she just arrived at the café after being late for work. The gold and white waitress looked around the room. Sure enough Fa’s claim was true. Aruna put her hands on her hips out of annoyance. Blossom exited without a word leaving the red-headed naga as the only hostess. She didn’t count Hatmon because, well, the chimera was busy with other matters. Even though the customers were thinning out, this fact still irritated her.
“All right, Fa. I’ll get you a cinnamon roll,” Aruna groaned. The nagini slithered to the kitchen and brought back a small plate of the sweet pastry. “Here.” She gave the dish to Fa then took a seat at a table.

Still watching that dragon, noticing the moevement, Ziaram moved back, so he would not get hit, since he could easily get killed, and yet...this dragon was missing everyone else, despite the fact that he was going after him. This did spark some curiosity from Ziaram. Hearing the door open though, Ziaram looked over nd noticed Alihi, then turned back to the dragon, that had disappeared. Blinking, he then looked back over to Alihi. I'll wory about him later...right now she needs more help than I do.

Aruna looked over at one of the few patrons remain from her seat just a few tables away. He appeared to be the first victim from last night's gala if she recalled correctly. Something about his movements seemed odd, as though he was dodging an invisible entity. “Sir,” she called out to Ziaram. “Is something the matter?” The hostess sounded concerned. After being cured by those magic wielding healers last night, the swordsman should be fine body and mind. That's what she assumed anyway.

I was blessed with the gifts of the goddess, so show me respect! It's not every day that you stumble across a rarity like me.₪Victoria₪ And so Victoria came into the Hostess cafe. She'd heard from the other clerics and priests at the clinic that it was quite the best place for a few cakes and coffee, and there was even a sale today. Sales were always pleasant surprises after hard times that were all too frequent in Eyris. An establishment like this was just what people needed to not get too stressed out.
After selecting a table, the bishop stared at the menu for what seemed like eternity! She couldn't decide what to order. There were so many good sweets that were her favorites, and others that were new, and Victoria wanted to try. However, she couldn't have them all, she hadn't the stomach (or the wallet) to make such a massive order.
"Um... excuse me." She said to any of the waitresses, none in particular. "Can you recommend me a cake, perhaps? I'm having trouble deciding!" Normally customers said that with irritation, but Victoria said it with innocent glee. One of the few things that she took pride in seeing others do was making fine desserts for all. That was one of her more pleasant memories of the abbey, where her and the other orphans, boys and girls alike would gather up the apples for Father Nathaniel to make his famous apple pies.ΘжElimine's LightжΘ If you are my ally, fear not, for healing is coming your way. Become my enemy and you'll be purged, and dead you shall stay.

"Huh?" Looking around, he then noticed Aruna addressing him...and moved back a bit, surprised at what he saw, then noticed she was asking in a bit of a caring voice and recovered. "I'm fine...just is a bit of an odd week for me...first that event yesterday...and now something strange coming at me...a black dragon I think it was...I think I have seen it somewhere, yet...I just can't remember. I don't think it is from Learania though."

Pent Pent woke from what seemed like a very odd dream about a dragon using some kind of spell to send everyone into a parallel universe. When he looked around he noticed all the buildings seemed to match the ones in his 'dream' so quite possibly the thing about the dragon really did happen. One place stood out against the others, a cake shop, so he decided to go inside to see if anyone there would be able to tell him what was going on.

There was a familiar ding when someone new entered the building, and Ziaram looked back, and saw this person, who had some kind of...scholarly air around him, and then said, "Hello...the name is Ziaram...you are?"
