Good luck getting work, I've been looking for a while now -_- :sighs: how the hell do you get work experience if nobody wants to hire you due to a lack of work experience?!
and Beast, you're in highschool? Or do you mean a freshman in college?

KaiTenSatsuma :sighs: how the hell do you get work experience if nobody wants to hire you due to a lack of work experience?! You just need to find a real low-pay/seasonal place first (unless you can have a relative or friend get you in on a reference, then by all means take THAT job over a low pay seasonal.) After you get your first two or three, its just a matter of being at the right place at the right time and persistence, don't get discouraged even when its discouraging... ESPECIALLY when its discouraging!

Lol wow being a Junior in highschool doesn't seem so bad now compared to your two's troubles. Ah well still sucks. I see we have a person to fill in a role? And with you two college and work gonna slow the posting?

Yeah, it might. Mine at the moment should be okay, but as things pick up, it might start to get worse.
Anyway, something me and Kaiten were discussing:
Shops.
How do we want to go about this, because I put zero thought into it really.
Here are some ideas:
1: I'll make a post of what is available at that shop, but first BEFORE I do that, you must, when you are browsing the shop state the type of item/store you are at. Example: Erron enters the Potion Shop.
2:Carry it out through PM's. Not my first choice by any means, but doable.
3: You guys come up with something. lol
Oh, and also, we do have two new members at last. They'll be joining in as soon as we reach the caravan. So, as soon as you get whatever supplies you're looking for, we may just fast forward time a bit and jump to the traveling. As for Onner/Ronus... I don't know what happened to him, but I guess I'll have to puppet him out of the RP soon.

I like #1 but that may be quite a hassle for you. I'm up for anything though.
Yay new people. My posting will probally be slowed some as school is givng more homework than I thought. The stupid Trig teacher doesn't teach... but still once a day or once every other day atleast.
@Kaiten I got bored and lvled ur thingy to 34... oh and RAWR!!

I usually check in every day at least twice, so I'll try to keep up, good luck junior year though Zero, my advice is get right on top of colleges as soon as you can, if you haven't already...and as far as my experience goes: no mid-level to advanced mathematics teacher in High school actually "teaches"...though you might get lucky.
#1 sounds good, less of a hassle than PMs
and Welcome new people biggrin

And enters one of the new people.
Greetings and salutations to all. I'm starting college soon so my posting my slow down once it hits September, so yeah...
Anyway I vote option one for shops. I also suggest makeing most of the shops of the same type generic and having the same items in order to save time but also haveing some original shops with interesting Shop Keeps that sell items/services not found anywhere else.

Yeah, I think what I will do is make a Generic Shop listing on our OOC Thread for reference.
Then notify in the main thread when you visit one if there's a special offer or something.
As far as unique stores, there's only going to be one throughout the RP and you will be running into him IF you explore Haven smile

Well then I guess I should come up with an ingame reason for Laren to explore the city won't I?
Shouldn't be hard considering she is a very curious person.

that would depend if the story allows time for it. We've been in the current city for 2-3 days and only just now got to explore it, Haven is a bit bigger to... smile
