Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.

kyo looked at thge mizukage then sliently nodded and thoughtwell i guess i do need to work on my water manipulation so he walkeed over to the water standing a few inches from it and ran the hand signs over and over as he was running them he was picturing the sphere in his hand and how it would be the best thing he had done so he went and slowly ran chakra through his hands to do the jutsu as he did he wasnt getting the sphere so he pushed more chakra through and he saw sopme water forming but he thought this is alot of hard stuff as he though he lost control and the sphere splashed down on his hand "awww i messed up" he said as he thought for a second on how he messed up "ok again" he made the hand signs and started to send chakra through to his hands as he did the sphere started to form again but it was small and he thought lets make it bigger so he pushed more chakra through to it and the sphere grew slowly but as it grew kyo started to lose control so he pulle back on the amount of chakra he sent in and the sphere slowly shrunk "that was close" he said as he looked at the sphere and realized it was sooo small he could hardly notice that it was in his hand "oh man I have to do better" he said as he stopped the jutsuto think again I have to control the water and let it flow naturally without interuption but keep it in a ball on my hand he thought as he made the handsigns again "ok this time iots ddifferent ill do it for sure " he said as he sent chakra through his hands and he said "water manipulation jutsu" and the water sphere formed in his hand and he smiled as he sent more chakra "ok now make it bigger" he said as the sphere grew he kept control of it and crefully watched it to make sure he didnt mess up at all then he smiled even bigger and said "i did it sir"

Reiniku smiled and thanked Zane as he formed the handsigns required for a simple Kaze Bunshin that appeared next to him. Stepping back away from the Bunshin Rein frowned as he slowly went through the handsigns, reforming them again and again until he was sure he could remember them well enough to try the genjutsu. Facing the bunshin Reiniku went through the handsigns at a rapid pace "Doro Bunshin no jutsu! (Mud Clone Skill)" He called out, only calling out the name of the jutsu because it was still unknown to him.
As the genjutsu took effect upon the bunshin the clones of mud rose from the ground, the Kaze Bunshin swung at one and it splattered onto the ground. It quivered once as if it wanted to rise back up but it remained in a splattered pile on the ground. Reiniku frowned as he thought about what could have gone wrong. "Maybe I need a bit more control...." He muttered, preparing to try it again. Forming the handsigns Reiniku skipped calling out the name of the genjutsu, simply moving on to the effect of it. As the Bunshins made of mud rose out of the ground The clone struck at one of them again, this time the Clone rose out of the ground and formed again into the same clone it was before it was destroyed. The Kaze bunshin struck the Doro Bunshin one last time with the same effect. The mud clone reformed near perfectly with out a scratch to show it was destroyed. Rein dispelled the Genjutsu and smiled, turning towards Zane as the Kaze bunshin scattered into thin air behind him "Do you have anything a bit....Well....Stronger?" He asked in a polite voice, a small spark of amusement showing in his eyes as he looked towards Zane.
(It takes one post off and allows one rank higher for genjutsu...Or at least that is what I put under my special shinobi skills thing. Also by three did you mean posts or paragraphs? Not that it really matters now...But for future reference... I just guessed paragraphs because it was a academy level genjutsu.)

Sana blinked her eyes at all the new arrivals. she was amazed at the amount of people wanting to learn and stuff..Well, I guess it's time for me to leave and leanr more jutsu..Sana left.

Ryuuki walks into the training grounds. He looks around to see where his sensei could be. unfortunatily the training grounds was full of a few people and he couldn't tell which one was his sensei. Ryuuki got up on a rock and yelled out, "Excuse me! I'm an acadamy ninja and I was hoping somebody could tell me where the acadamy's sensei is!"

Ryuuki got down from the rock. He figured nobody would answer his question so he walked over to the beach and sat comewhat close to the tide. He then began digging a hole in the sand to satisfy his boredom. as he dug the hole he looked over to the mizukage. For some reason or another, Ryuuki felt that he knew him from somewhere. He seemed to have such a familiar face. Ryuuki left the thought alone and proceeded to digging his hole

Jin: Zane looked over at the perfect sphere that formed in Ryo's hand. "Hey that's perfect, you've gotten water manipulation down!" Zane exclaimed as he formed a seal slow enough for Ryo to memorize. "Now using that very same water manipulation, try and manipulate that sphere to form it into the Mizu no Yaiba, the water sword," Zane said as he himself made a water sword from the water molecules spread in the air. "Now you try it!" Zane told him.
Rag: "This is a really good genjutsu to make it seem like the target is trapped inside a prison of water, you perform the seals and place your hand near your opponent. Your opponent has to see your hand and by seeing it it believes that it is trapped in the water prison, they can't move their body and the hollow ball creates an image of water around them," Zane finished explaining to him. "Create a water clone and practice it on the clone," Zane told him. "If you don't know how to make a water bunshin, then you should probably learn how to do it. It's by using water manipulation to create a clone made from water."
Sana: "Hey Sana, you sure you don't want to train with me?" Zane yelled out to her.
Were: Zane looked at the kid making a hole after finishin with the rest and smiled. "Sorry, for now I'm the teacher. So what do you want to learn...Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, or Taijutsu?" Zane asked him, wondering how the kid will respond.
Hinata: After asking the question to him, Zane looks over at Ayame. "Well my trip was good, I had to heal a poisoned man so I did, Blade's taking him the serum as we speak, and all of these people, well they're the future generation of this village just like you," Zane smiled at her as he looked at everyone working hard.
Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) - Illusionary Version
A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. This Genjutsu variation of the original is for lower-level shinobi. The user performs the hand seals and places his hand near the opponent. If the hands are seen, the Genjutsu proceeds, and a hollow ball of chakra forms around the target. By seeing the hand, the target believes that he is in the Water Prison, and cannot move their body, and the hollow ball creates an image of water around the victim.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.
Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.

Rag: Yes when I say the numbers I just want paragraphs. Water clone is ninjutsu academy so 3 paragraphs, water prison illusion is genin 5 minus whatever your bonus is
Jin: Since technically you're learning it from scratch you're starting at academy so 3 paragrahps for Mizu no Yaiba

Stepping onto the beach, Joey's first step onto the sand sunk in deep, already filling him with disgust for it, but he was built not to wear his emotions on his sleeve. Continuing on, his red eyes faded as his target was now in plain sight. Now, his target was selected, Zane. The initial opening of his mouth was the beginning, as his vocal chords began to vibrate, his chakra poured out and enveloped his target as he began to speak. "Excuse me, a word if I may."

"Really? Well, the only thing I have is this vial right here," Zane stated as he took the vial from inside his jacket and showed it to Joey. "I was keeping it in case you double crossed me and poisoned my village with it, but I guess since it's ineffective then I might as well throw it away...funny, I was pretty confident that it had worked seeing as to how good a medic I really am. If there's an epidemic, do you want me to help out, seeng as to it was my fault. Seeing as to the fact that the only one that knows about this is Blade, this village is safe," Zane told him.

"It's okay though, it was actually thanks to your advancements that we were able to use as a springboard. A few more chemicals rendered it into a rather handy antidote and the Sound is glad you could cooperate. Unfortunately, now all there is to do is forget about your entire trip to Oto once you hand the vial over to me." Joey spoke, his voice as smooth as ever. He always enjoyed using his specialty of persuasion against others.
