After applying cover up to her mass amount of tattoos and changing into her normal work outfit, Mia combed through her hair with her fingers before getting back on her bike and speeding off to work, hoping that she wouldn't be late again.
"REX!" Mia shouted as she burst in through the back door with a large smile. "I think I'm getting the hang of this on-time thing!" she exclaimed as she viewed a smiling red haired man walk up to her to give her a hug.
"That's what I like to hear, missy. Now, about that dinner..." he interjected, trying yet again to get a date with her.
Mia laughed and knocked him over the head with her fist. "Stop it Rex! Can't you at least wait until after the rush?" she questioned with a smile while taking off her jacket and stalking off to the door that led to the main room.
"You'll say no either way, though, so why not get over the pain while I still can?" he groaned as he followed after her with a sad frown.
Mia walked through the door and entered the room, finding herself behind the bar; her home away from home. "You never know Rex. I might have said yes if you waited," she teased as she gave him a seductive look over her shoulder turned back to prepare the glasses for the customers.
"R-really?"
"Ha! No," Mia broke out in laughter while grabbing a towel and tucking it in the back of her jeans pocket. She ignored Rex's sorrowful cries at her cruel teasing, and smiled at the customer waiting at the bar. He was an attractive looking guy: black hair, pretty eyes, a clean face. Now that I think about it, he looks a little young to be here, she mused with a smirk, noting an other customer entering the bar. Ah well, who gives a s**t about the law, she concluded as she grabbed a glass from the rack above her head.
"What can I get for the two of you?" she asked, referring to both of the customers: the boy and a pretty blond haired woman.

Aaron looked at Mia, She looks like... he thought. Aaron knew her from somewhere, but couldn't remember where. He frowned, "Coors Lite." he said absently, naming a beer off the top of his head. He looked around for the sword wielding maniac, but couldn't find her anywhere, What a let down... Well, I might as well drink.

Cameron took a quick glance at the young woman and thought about what she wanted to drink. No matter what she drank, or how much of it, she wouldn't be able to get drunk. She was too strong for that, but she thought if she downed some vodka maybe she could feel a bit numb. "I'll take the strongest thing you have." she muttered coldly.

"I see," Mia mused aloud as she grabbed an other glass from the rack. "A strong one for the lady and a weak one for the man," she giggled, placing one glass under the tap for Coors Light and using her other open hand to grab some Everclear from under the bar.
"Now I must warn you," she spoke to the blond woman, "Everclear is some pretty powerful stuff. 190 proof, and it's illegal in some states. It's pretty good for the nerves, though." She grabbed the Coors from the running tap before it over flowed and poured the Everclear in the empty glass. "Now tell me, what brings you guys to RED? Just hanging out, or what?" she questioned with a smile as she handed them their drinks.
These two do look mighty familiar, but I wouldn't think that Plague and Silver would come right away, she pondered as she stood with her hands on her hips.

Cameron wished she could laugh at the cheerful bartender but she couldn't stop thinking about her apartment. She grabbed her Everclear and gulped it down, feeling it burn her throat felt very good. "Illegal, eh?" Cameron questioned as she thought about her confrentation with Mia. "Well I'll take another." she said as she slammed her glass down and waited. "I'm just here for a good drink." she spoke quickly to answer the pleasant woman's question.

Aaron looked around, "Looking for someone. But I don't think they're here." he answered, taking a sip of the alcohol absently. He frowned, not feeling like talking to either of them, under the impression they were both regular humans. Aaron finished his beer, "I'll have what she's having." he said, looking back at Mia.

Mia smirked and took out a new glass for the extra cup of Everclear, and poured the alcohol in both of their glasses. "May I ask who you're looking for? I've worked here for a while, so I know everyone that comes in, apart from you new-comers," she stated as she smiled at the two and wiped down the counter. She could feel Rex's eyes on her as he served a female guest, wondering why she was talking to her male customer more so than she would others.
Jealousy is a sin Rex, she sang in her head as she looked over at him and winked before returning her eyes to her customers.

Aaron frowned, "A super-being." he replied simply, downing the drink. Aaron bared his teeth and breathed in. He hadn't been expecting it to be that strong. It had almost made him lose control of the deadly disease under his skin, "Wow, that is strong." he muttered, blinking several times.

Cameron grabbed the glass roughly and took it in a gulp again. The burn was softer and more comforting this time. Her mind began to feel fuzzy for a moment but quickly returned to feeling sharp and alert, just the opposite of how she wanted to feel. She hated to ruin the pair's conversation but she leaned in closer to Mia and whispered, "Babe, are you sure this is the strongest thing you've got? It's just not doing it for me." she wondered what they might have stored away from years ago. She tried to ignore the young amnd beside her, but his voice sounded oddly similar to someone she couldn't grasp. His talk of super-beings made her nervous and more in need of a drink than ever.

"Really now? We always have those coming in here after a night of hard work. People like: Psych, Zap, The Nightwatcher, M.I.A., and Mitalo," she listed, secretly putting her own name in the list. "Right Rex? They all come in for a good time, even the evil ones," she shouted over at him, not wanting him to break down in tears because of her attention towards an other man.
"As long as they get booze, they're happy," he smiled at Mia.
"See, so which one is it? Which one are you looking for?" she questioned, wondering if this man was who she thought it was. While she waited for the reply, she chuckled at the blond girl's statement.
"Hun, that's the strongest thing on this planet unless you want to pour straight acid down your throat. Here's some more for ya though; on the house."

Cameron's heart nearly stopped, why had Mia had to say 'acid'? She was about to have a flash back but took a big sip of her drink instead. "Honey, I think I'm taking a liking to you." Cameron smiled and winked at Mia in a friendly way, since she was starting to feel better, and foggier than ever. She continued to sip her drink and listen to the conversation.

Aaron frowned, "Would M.I.A. carry a sword and know something about a murder from a few minutes ago? I... know somebody who was there. They called me before I got here." he said, quickly stopping himself from revealing his secret identity, "I wanted to congratulate her, I've lost family because of the tobacco companies."

Mia laughed out and gave the blond haired woman a kind smile. "I like you, too. You know how to suck it down and stay on your own two feet," she commented as she ran a hand through her hair. Mia then turned to the black haired boy and tilted her head. "M.I.A, huh? And you said that they called you before you got here?" she asked, feeling like there was something going on.
The last people I told to come here was Plague and Silver, she pondered, having a feeling that these two were them. "Ah, well, I'm sure she would thank you for the congratulations and buy you a beer on the house," she mentioned with a smile. "She always does that to her loyal fans."
She hummed a little and went to go make a Mojito for a waiting customer before she returned to stand in front of the blond woman and black haired man. "You know, I don't even know your names yet, and that's typically what I ask for when I meet new people in RED," she pointed out. "My name is Mia Valentine, and your guys' names are...."

"Call me Cameron." she said quickly, gulping down the rest of the drink and slamming it onto the counter, accidentally apply too much strength and smashing it to little glass bits. She was beginning to became a bit loose with her powers as the drinks seaped into her bloodstream. "Oh, damn it!" she yelped, as shards of glass littered the counter. A crack of lightning hit a tree somewhere near-by as her anger and confusion rose. "I'm terribly sorry, Mia."

Aaron smirked, "I'm not a fan. Just trying to find her." he chuckled, "I'm Aaron Stone. Nice to meet you Mia." he said. Aaron was pretty sure now. This girl was M.I.A. and he had a feeling she knew who he was, "My friend was pretty impressed she managed to do it without being seen and did it so quickly. He also said she was 'lovely'." he winked, giving her the most obvious hint he could think of.
