Seeing a dream fade out of the battle, Araku growled his anger. Eager to do his part, he bounded down the hill and lept into the space that the other dream had vacated, snarling. Just because he's rather read than fight didn't mean that he didn't know how. After all, hidden under all of his bookish-ness and quiet contemplation was a spark of fire just waiting to be blown on. He launched himself at the Nightmare, teeth bared.

(( O_O;; *hisses* Mine shall attack *pokes teh spells* ))

Nightshade! Thyme gasped as she faded out of sight. stressed That's it! He hissed angerly at the Nightmare before advancing and snapping at its paws. It was -not- going to get away with what it did!

Uva swore under his breath as the black Dream faded. He too hissed at the Nightmare. Thyme! Don't get too close, it may go for you next! Great, Guine was going to have a fit...

stressed Shut up, Ursi! I don't care! he growled low at the older Dream. The only thing that he cared about now was getting making sure everyone else was safe. If it attacked him next, so be it! Hey, stupid! he taunted the Nightmare, Why don't you pick on someone your own size! Thyme hissed, ignoring Uva's comment that no one there was the Nightmare's size and about how cliche Thyme's taunting was...

The dark blue Dream looked up as another entered the battle. This was going to be more dangerous. The only way, it seemed, to cause damage to the Nightmare was to use spells. But his magic was used up for a bit. Hopefully, they could regroup while Thyme... er... distracted the Nightmare.

Alrighty, here we go!

Cai attacks:

5+3+2=10<12 Cai misses

Valon attacks:

6+2+2=10 10<12 Valon misses

Silas attacks:

6+2+2=10 10<12 Silas misses

Landen and Lightning attack:

1+3+2= 6<12

The nightmare shrieked a terrible cry as it suddenly cringed away from Lightning's attack, whimpering as it transformed into a whisp.

2+3=5 5>4

In the dust of the battle, Lightning's eyes is caught by a glimpse on the ground...

((oh yeah go lightning!!! *does weird ickle dance*))

Lightning walked backwards out of shock and surprise. The nightmare had returned to a whisp and she was still standing. She looked back at her family who were all looking at her in shock. They couldn't understand how someone so small could defeat such a thing. Landen helped her but she was the ony one left near the beast when it vanished. She had sworn she had seen something on the ground but wasnt sure. The next thing she knew scrolls were appearing from nowhere and landing infront of all who attacked. She smiled as she picked up the yellow scroll and smiled. She then pranced over to her brother and nuzzled him before nuzzling Landen. It was now time to face the actual family.

*The strange object which had fallen near Lightening winked merrily at him, revealing itself to be a strange sort of aqua colored gem.*

*Though, in unison, the twins Thunder and Lightening would feel a strange sensation, as the experience shared through the battle caused them to advance into their Aware forms in a rush*

((For the same of my sanity and keeping the RP Thread as clean as possible I'm gunna go back and delete solely OOC posts without RP posts added to them, and post the recerted Dreams in the shop itself, along with the grown up twins))

Lightning looked at the gem and picked it up curiously then immediatly hiding it from her brother. She turned to him smiling. They were both fully grown. They looked wonderful. Lighnings markings were beautiful and Thunders cloudy grey fur matched Lightnings. They nuzzled each other and then looked at the other dreams smiling happily at each of them.

Lightning hid her gem carefully wanting to play with it to find out what it was. She was a curious little thing.

Picking up the crimson scroll before him, San immediately rushed to his brothers and licked them upon their foreheads in worry. Are you two alright? Are you hurt? The two younger dreams nodded and smiled warily. They were tired. San nuzzled them once mroe and urged them to go to sleep before he trotted over to Lightning and bowed his head before her, Thank you, Lightning. You did a marvelous job! Then he turned his head and looked at the rest of the Dreams in the clearing and gave a smile, exclaiming in a loud voice, We all did well today and my congratulations to the victory of the first battle of the Dreams against the Nightmares. Surely more will come, but for now, we all must rest.

Cai looked at Chronos who softly smiled back. They put away their scrolls and curled up together to fall asleep.

Lightning smiled at San and then walked over to Silas, Valon and Landen. She looked back at her brother who followed. Lightning sat infront of Silas who she had guessed was the leader of her family. She found him attractive, his power and authority over the rest of the family and his bravory. She never said a word though she was incredibly secretive. "Silas isn't it? I am Lightning and this is my brother Thunder." She watched as Silas nodded and walked off. She looked to Landen who shrugged and said to ignore him. Thunder watched Silas wander over to San. Silas had already done his check over everyone and made sure that everyone was ok.

Silas walked over to San and sat near him. "Hello old friend." He still had strong feelings for him but kept that to himself. He felt a little uneasy talking to the one dream he had grown up with and played with as he had grown up. He watched him as San looked over his family and he smiled at him.
