My parents don't care. My girlfriend in highschool was white.
My cousin has a Korean girlfriend. His parents don't care.
I think my grandparents might have cared, but they never said anything as they never even saw my girlfriend before we broke up.

yeah, they do but i don't care. right now i'm dating a german guy. i think a lot of chinese parents care but it's really your life and so you decide your future.

Personally, I perfer Chinese girls, since to me they the most phsycially appealing. However, I certainly wouldn't mind starting a relationship with a girl of different ethnic background.
As long as the person understands love and knows how to return it. 3nodding

I don't know about "need" to...but Oriental parents in general probably want it that way. I don't really care because my boyfriend is white anyway.
