(( Well I'm still at my cousin's so I'm good for now... =O I guess I'll just make it night time already.... ))
The sun began setting, and Rayne stirred in her bed. She felt something heavy on her, and turned to see Edward. She screamed, making the whole church seem to shake. She had him by the neck, up against the wall. His feet were dangling. "What did you do to me?" She demanded from him. "I-I didn't do anything. You're just like a sister to me, and I wanted to keep you safe..." "That's a lousy excuses considering I have you up against the wall, dangling by the neck." Edward just smiled until she finally put him down, sighing.

Rayne jumped a bit, but managed a smile. "Good afternoon." She said, being that it was really the afternoon.

Stephanie's stomach growled in the coming twilight. She wiggled a bit, succeeding in banging against the gate. She held her breath, hoping no one would see her. Luckily, nobody noticed the inu girl dangling from her skirt on the gate's top spike. Oh well, in for a penny, in for a pound, she thought. Wiggling her body seemed to work, so she started to shake herself. As soon as she heard a ripping sound, she had gotten a little closer to the ground. Then suddenly, she fell down, banging her shoulder on a headstone.

"You didn't ruin anything..." She mumbled as she left the room. Rayne ran to the gate, Edward close behind, just like her shadow. It got annoying after a while. She looked up at the poor girl dangling from the gate. "Edward, help her down.... WITHOUT looking at anything." Edward nodded and climbed up the fence, lifting the small inu girl on his one shoulder, and jumping back down. He sat her down and smiled. "Hello. My name is Edward, and this is Rayne, owner of this cemetery."

"Uh-um.." She stuttered, wondering where this man had come from. That was the third time today. She took a breath to calm herself. "My name is Stephanie, and thanks for helping me...off of....the gate..."Her words trailed off.

Edward just smiled. She was so cute, he wondered if she was easy to get... "Edward, stop staring and get your butt behind me." Edward did as he was told, and looked the other way. "May I ask why you came here?"

"Um, it's my brother..." She twisted her hands uncomfortably. "He went missing 3 months ago, and he hasn't come back..." Jake would probably be here somewhere, maybe hurt. Tears started to come to her eyes again, as she thought of him helpless. "I thought....maybe...h-he.." She pressed the palms of her hands to her eyes, ashamed of crying in front of the nice strangers.

"What did he look like?" Rayne was worried. She hoped she didn't kill him... That would have been bad. But if he was nice like his sister, she wouldn't have killed him...

She rubbed her eyes with the edge of her sleeve and looked up. It was the man from before, not just a voice from somewhere. "Thank you, mister..." She said quietly, still embarrassed. She looked up Rayne when she spoke to her. "He's a little shorter than me, and he has blue eyes too. He has ears and a tail, but they're black..."

Rayne thought for a moment. Someone like that did trigger her memory, but she didn't get his face or hair color. She just saw his shadow. "I think I have seen someone like that, but I don't know what happened to him. He disappeared before I could get a good look."
