((Sorry for the long wait; my other guild is been quite busy lately.))
"I guess...And you and Mitsukai can call me Minron; anyone I knew last year can call me by my old name, but everyone else has to call me Jake...I hope everyone understands that."
Minron only allowed Kyuubi and Mitsukai to use his actual name since his name reminded him too much of his former self, but since they both reminded him of it anyway, Minron didn't mind. Minron stood up and yawned, stretching his arms into the air and then reclining with a slouch as he scratched his back and mumbled; it was almost as if he just woke up. Since Minron was cold blooded, staying still too long made him tired quickly, so being in one place idol for too long made Minron seem dull and boring rather quick, as well as grumpy. Minron placed his right hand on Kyuubi's shoulder, mumbling words as he spoke to him.
"See you there...Maybe I'll give her one of my books that are in English...Makes a great paper weight..."
Minron then started walking to the exit and then realizing he had a problem, went back to Kyuubi. It turned out that Minron couldn't drive and didn't even have a auto mobile. Sure, he could run pretty fast there, but not as fast as a vehicle, so maybe Kyuubi had some sort of transportation. Everything was going by so fast, a lot of people already had left for the party slash movie outing.
"Wait...Mind if I catch a ride there? I can't drive..."

Nikky took her time driving to the movie theatre. She got there at 9:30 exactly. Leaving her purse in the car, she got out and strode to the ticket booth. She saw Mitsukai's decorations and smiled even bigger. "I'm here for my birthday party." She said with a smile, then took the ticket from the theatre employee.
Nikky had to focus completely so she wouldn't run all the way down to theatre 15. She was excited enough as it was and could hardly contain herself. She pushed open the door, and beamed.
Daina drove quickly to the theatre, wanting to beat Nikky there. She barely got them there before 9:30. She and Cadence rushed up to the ticket booth and addressed the man much the same as everyone else. "We're here for Nikky's birthday party!" Daina said with a smile before they took their tickets from the man.
Daina nearly dragged Cadence down the hall to theatre 15. "Phew, we made it here before the Birthday girl!" She said out of breath. Daina saw Mitsukai there, as well as Mika, Adam, Mick, Kora, Joseph, and many others.
Cadence got out of the car in a hurry. Daina's reckless driving scared her a bit. I guess when you know you'll recover from whatever life throws at you, you are a bit more of a daredevil. As they approached the booth, Daina said the magic words. "Thanks!" Was all Cadence was able to say before she was being dragged through the building.
When they entered theatre 15, Cadence sighed and figured she needed to sit down. All of the rushing wore her out. She spotted Joseph sitting by himself, and went to sit down beside him. "Hey." Cadence felt good about herself at the moment, the outfit helped alot, and she was going to be happy.

 "Well look who finally decided to showed up!" Mika grinned as she greeted the birthday girl. "But it was definitely worth the wait, you look fabulous Nikky!" Taking out her present from her purse Mika handed Nikky a small rectangular-shaped gift. "It's not much, but I made it myself, I hope you like it." It was a simple wooden picture frame. On top of the frame, carved out very nicely were the words 'Nikky&Friends...' Inside the picture frame was a group photo of the entire gang. It was taken on the last day of school before summer started.

 Kora finally finished primping and walked out of the woman’s restroom. She traipsed across the lobby and down the hall to see Adam and Mick walking together. She had never spoken to Adam; today must be his first day or something. Quickly she caught up and walked beside him on the opposite side of Mick.
“Hello, you must be Adam?” She said looking up at him with a small sweet smile. He was cute, like Mick if she were a boy. His long dark hair was combed, and his outfit well put together. Kora loved a boy who could dress himself well. Even if that boy was the brother of a friend. But then again, Kora thought of all of the classmates as friends, she didn’t know or realize that she had anything but a positive effect on people’s feelings.
“I’m Kora.” Kora said and put a hand out of him to shake as they walked. She was nothing if not bold when meeting new people. A little pushy? Maybe but most definitely bold. Her blue eyes sparkled under the florissant lights of the hallway and she looked as cute and girlish as ever. Very nonthreatening.

L had been walking in with Adam whenever Kora showed up. She gave her a smile as Kora walked next to her. She didn't think Adam would fall under her power so she quickly said bye and left as Nikki showed up. She strutted into the theatre and gave her friend a hug from behind, smiling wide.
She saw Mika's gift and giggled. "Ooh yay, gifts! Mine next." She watched eagerly for Nikki to open Mika's present.
adma hadn't realized someone had come up when L suddenly galloped after Nikki, but he quickly realized Kora had come up to him. He remembered Mick's earlier warning about the girl, but she didn't look like the kind. She looked so sweet and innocent, especially the way she sparkled in the light. God she had pretty eyes .. Wait what?!
Adam couldn't help himself as he took her hand and shook it, giving her a crooked grin. "Pleasure to meet you Kora. I havn't seen you around school before. Then again I am new."
When Mick saw L and Adam walking she was tempted to go hurt Adam. That is until Kora showed up, then she just wanted to leave the two in peace. With a giggle Mick changed to a cricket And quickly hopped into the theatre, careful not to be stepped on. When she entered she found a dark corner to change back in before smoothing out her dress.
She then noticed L with Nikki and so she went to stand over by them, a smile on her lips as she awaited her turn to gift the girl.

Kyuubi laughed. "I never really drive all that much but I have a quicker way." He told Minron meaning his ability to use portals. "I don't usually use them to get from one place to another in the same dimension but it will work." He opened the portal and it lead to right outside of the theater. "You get your present and come back here."
Kyuubi was next to the snacks. He decided to get Nikky a gift. He had one problem. He had no idea what to get her. He looked at how much money he had. He went to a clothing store and got a gift card for it. It was only for $50 but that was as much as he could afford at the moment. He walked back to the theater getting a small popcorn and medium soda on the way.
He told the ticket guy he was here for Nikky's party. He walked in and saw Nikky and a few other people. He walked up to her. "Here is my gift." He said setting the wrapped giftcard in a happy birthday card next to her.

Nikky blushed at the rush of people to greet her and give her their presents. "Guys, You didn't have to get me anything." She said with a big smile. Mika was the first to ambush her. Nikky took the wrapped rectangle and unwrapped it. "Wow...Thanks, Mika!" She said with a big smile then hugged her. She examined the picture in the handmade frame. Nikky chuckled as she remembered the day it was taken. Everyone was getting ready to leave for their summer break, so of course end of year pranks were being pulled. Everyone was covered in sillystring, confetti, and wet by waterbaloons. "That was a fun day." Nikky commented with a smile.
Turning to the rest, L was next in line, then Mick. Kyubbi sat the card down beside her, and she picked it up. She loved the card, it was quite funny, it was one of those talking cards with Hoops and Yoyo. "Thanks Kyubbi." She said, trying not to laugh.
Daina watched the rush of people come to Nikky's side as she came in the theatre. She decided to wait a bit til the line died down. She messed with the small box that contained Nikky's charm bracelet until she was ready to go down and give it to her. The heart charm was engraved with a saying, 'A friend is a gift you give yourself.'
Daina liked the saying because during her first year at genius academy, she had been having a hard time trying to learn to control her powers, she had been learning how to degenerate cuts and such, not the pleasantest of things. Nikky had found her frustrated one day, and tried to help, even though she barely knew her. Even though Nikky ended up watching her hand come apart, the two of them ended up becoming friends. After all, there are ugly sides of friendships too.
Cadence shrugged when Joseph didn't immiediately say anything to her, she was used to that with guys. As Nikky entered the theatre, she cheered with the rest of them, however, she didn't feel like getting trampled at the moment, so she stayed put.
Cadence started humming to herself while she was sitting, nothing in particular, just some random tune. She raised her hand up as if to push her glasses back up on the brim of her nose, and laughed when she realized they weren't there. Like usual she forgot when she was wearing contacts, or not wearing her glasses at all..

Please dont cry, i didnt want it this way. ((writters block. Hey ima be gone monday-friday on a trip. But i'll be to busy saturday to get on. So i'll be back sunday. KEEP THE ROLEPLAY ACTIVE! Ima read every single page when i get back kay.]] Mitsukai smiled at everyone and hugged Nikky. "Happy birthday." She said and walked around. Making sure everyone was doing okay. She then saw Adam and Kora talking, time to interfer. Mitsukai walked to Adam and smiled an over friendly smile. "I'm soo glad you could make it." She said and touched his arm for empisis on the flirt. "I'm glad you could make it too Kora." Mitsukai said smiling. She wouldnt have to do this with everyone right? Hopefully not. Joseph walked into the theater and smiled at everyone. Ohhh, Kora was here. Yay. He liked Kora, most likly due to her powers. But goodness she had pretty eyes. Joesph made his way to NIkky and handed her his gift, the locket. "Happy birthday." He said and hugged her softly. I wont lie, we're not going to make it, going to make it.

[occ: I’m back peeps! Because of my untimely absence thorne does not know about the party so try and suspend your disbelief here. Also sry bout my writing style it’s a little blah right now. Vacation does that to you.]
They were on the pier, and her blonde hair fluttered in the wind ‘Thorne, why won’t you tell me what’s wrong?’ Lorrie asked her big green eyes filling with tears. He reached out a hand to comfort her, but as he stroked her face. It exploded under his touch turning into his mother who was laughing at him. Exploding again the face turned into Mitsukai her eyes turning to pity. ‘Don’t pity me!’ Thorne yelled at her. He stood up only to explode in anger, knocking Mitsukai into the water. She was drifted away from him, but the water was staining her. Turning her hair blonde, her sightless eyes fading to green, she suddenly had become Lorrie. Jumping in after her, Thorne tried to save her only to be weighted down until he was the one drowning. His mother was laughing and Mitsukai was looking piteous from were they stood on the dock watching as he choked on water.
Thorne sat up with a gasp. He was sitting in his bed as Reverse this Curse by Escape the Fate sounded throughout his room…how ironic. The level of noise was massive and it was a wonder that he had slept at all. Taking the remote that went with his expensive stereo system, he shut it off. The silence was oppressive. Shaking his head, he strode out of the room his car keys in hand. He had to get out of there and shake the feeling the dream had given him. He couldn’t remember it any more, but the feeling lingered. It was as if he was suffocating choking on the events of the day and his memories.
Striding into the parking lot, he was hit by the slightly cooler air. Though by no means chilly, it was colder than inside and Thorne shivered slightly glad of his leather jacket. He was still in his outfit from earlier--he realized absentmindedly as he walked feeling the texture of his baggy black jeans. The shark tooth still hung about his neck a reminder of past events and feelings.
Sliding into his black Audi A5, Thorne felt an almost immediate comfort. He had gotten this baby third hand about a year ago for quite a pretty penny, but it had been beat-up enough to actually be affordable to someone like him. His knowledge had allowed him to work on it until it had been almost like new. He had spent most of the summer fixing her up, and every second had been worth it.
Tearing out of the parking lot as if his life depended upon it, He drove blindly going way past the speed limit. He drove for awhile his thoughts taking over until eye-catching decorations with the name Nikky on them, made Thorne do a double take. Turning sharply and making a completely illegal U-turn Thorne turned into the Theater parking lot. Hadn’t he been introduced to a Nikky? Noting the signs again, he saw that it was Nikky’s birthday. Now whether it was the Nikky he knew or someone else, he didn’t especially care, a free movie was a free movie.
He would feel bad though for crashing a party empty-handed. So stepping out of his car and locking up, Thorne headed in the direction of a Peruvian jewelry store that was hidden from the road. Entering the store was like teleporting. Thorne was immediately hit by strong incense and scarves that seemed to be draped on every surface. Tables were placed haphazardly about the room with glittering, exotic jewelry resting on the surfaces. A too friendly shopkeeper came over practically shoving the items in his face. Not being an expert on accessories, Thorne randomly picked something and shoved the box into his pocket, while paying the price. With a mumbled, ‘Thanks,’ Thorne high-tailed it out of the shop immensely relieved to once again be in fresh air.
Thorne entered Theater 15, which he had been given directions to from the ticket booth guy. He was relieved when he recognized various faces. So, it had been the Nikky he knew. That took care of any awkward questions he would had to answer, if he had crashed a stranger’s party.
Walking up to Nikky, he handed her the palm-sized box with the ring bracelet inside, “Happy Birthday. Uh…sorry for crashing your party.” Thorne laughed slightly, almost nervously as he ran his fingers through his hair trying to get rid of what must have been an impressive bed-head.

    Oh and hunny; i love you♥ Mitsukai Kanji Mitsukai instantly noticed Thorne. "Adam, be carefull. Kora as an effect on boys mostly. Think of anything not revoling how pretty she is, that might help." Mitsukai warned in Adams ear and walked to Thorne. "Hey, i'm glad you came." She said smiling, not remembering inviting him. But somone must have? Anywho, she was over thrilled he came. Mitsukai giggled as Nikky got ambused with gifts. "Ha, you must love this, right Nikky?" Mitsukai giggled softly. Mitsukai was were she belonged, in a crowd, a party. It was her social behavior, and she loved it.
Mitsukai looked at the powerpoint wishing Nikky an happy birthday. Had anyone not noticed that? Guess not, because no one had commented on that. Oh wait, Thorne, Kora was here. That was worse than Adam, Adam could perfectly take care of mind tricks, L was his sister. But could Thorne? Eh, Mitsukai's overly protective side was stepping in. 'He can handle. But i should warn him.' Mitsukai thought. She was slowly creeping into anexity. Overreaction though.

L moved in front of Nikky so she couldn't be cut, excited to give the girl her present. "Happy birthday Nikk!" She smiled and hugged her friend before handing her the beautifully wrapped box.
Inside were three things: 1.) A beautiful beaded necklace that had three layers, one as a choker, one a little longer, and one that dangled. Hanging from the last layer was a big heart with two little hearts around it. 2.) A shirt
that had special ink within the fabric so that Nikky could make the illusion of any word on it and the word would stick in a variety of colors until she changed it. 3.) A gift card to any store in their mall, even the spa and the food court. L had to use her powers to pull the last one off, but it would be worth it.
Adam nodded at Mitsukai, returning the smile even though he knew exactly why she had come up. When she left he turned his attention back to Kora, captivated by her beautiful eyes. God even with his block against mind control it was hard to resist this beauty. he heard his name called and turned to see L waving at him. "Excuse me for a minute Kora." He skipped over to his sister and handed his present to Nikky, a small purple jewelry box.
Inside the box was a gold charm bracelet. And yes, it was real gold. Attached to the bracelet were pictures of all of them together, even from years ago at birthday parties. He had gotten L to help get the pictures, but he hoped Nikky would like it all the same.
After Adam it was Mick's turn, smiling to the siblings as she moved to Nikky's side. "Happy birthday. Hope you like it." She handed her a square netted box.
Inside the box was a diamond necklace that Mick had found one day when she was practicing animal forms. She had seen the necklace and knew she had to get it. Mick never wore things liek that thoguh so it had been sitting in its case until now. "I don't know if you'll find it too extravagant or not, but I thought of you when I saw it." True, it did seem fitting for Nikky.

Mika smiled, she knew Nikky would love her gift. Seeing Nikky open L's gift, Mika couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at L's gift card. "How the heck did you pull off getting that gift card L?" Mika asked, although she had hunch.
Next to L, Mika saw Adam. She figured she should introduce herself since they hadn't officially met. "Hey your Adam right? I'm Mika," she grinned extending a hand for him to shake. Being her usual mischievous self, Mika decided to use her powers a little on Adam. When he would try to shake her hand, his hand would go straight through hers.

Nikky smiled over at Thorne. "Eh, that's alright, wouldn't have it any other way!" She told him with a smile, and opened his present. "Wicked, I love it!" she said with a grin. She looked around and saw Daina standing alone, waiting for the crowd to clear. "Hey Thorne, Daina looks pretty lonely over there..." She hinted.
Nikky laughed when she heard Mitsukai's comment, but before she could respond, L attacked her with a hug, and handed her her present. She opened the box carefully, due to its beauty, then opened it once it was free of wrapping paper and such. She pulled out the necklace and smiled, it was the perfect accessory for alot of her clothes. The shirt she was a bit puzzled with, the ink on it was in no particular order, trying to puzzle it out, she tried making it look like the ink formed the word 'sweet' . When it did, and Nikky stopped making it an illusion, and it remained, she realized it must somehow work with her powers. "So cool!" She said, then pulled the last thing out of the box. "Wow....thats amazing...putting your powers to the test there..." She said with a teasing smile.
Then Adam handed her the small purple box, that she opened. When she saw the charm bracelet, she smiled. "Thanks Adam. These pictures must have been hard to find." She said appreciatively, and gave him a hug.
Mick's turn was next. She opened up the netted box, only to have her jaw drop. It took Nikky a moment to come up with something to say. "Um...Holy Jeez....Are those real diamonds?" Was all she managed to come up with.
Daina's face fell when she saw that Adam had also gotten Nikky a charm bracelet. She bit her lip in frustration. "I knew I should have gotten her something else..." She muttered. To try and calm herself down, Daina reached in her dress pocked and clenched her hand around her keys tightly, the pain in her hand distracted her from the situation at hand, and she began thinking about what she could do to get Nikky a different present..
Cadence made her way up to Nikky. She handed her the journal that Nikky could use for her drawings. She watched as her friend opened the bag and saw the book. Nikky smiled at Cadence and hugged her. "Finally you have something for you to keep some of those ever improving drawings in." Cadence commented with a smile after Nikky thanked her.
