Fai watched him go into his room, and then turned to walk into her own. She could not believe what a wonderful day she had, but she was very tired. She walked into her room and curled into a ball to sleep. She fell asleep quickly, her dreams were calm and quiet.

Vergil nodded his head. "Ok...that sounds good." He looked down at the piece of meat before nodding his head in a thanks and heading up the stairs waiting for Pumpkin to lead the way.

Sunny woke up bright and early the next day and rushed out of his room and down to breakfast. He wondered if after sleeping the night through, whether Failinis still felt about him as she seemed to last night. He wanted to make sure but also did not want to wake her up.
Pumpkin jogged up the stair and led the way to her room which she opened the door and entered, leaving him to follow as she pulled open the curtains with her teeth. "Told you the room has a beautiful view to it." she said as she looked out the window and waited for him to join her.

When Fai woke up, she smiled in happiness as she remembered the previous day. She refused to let herself worry that he may have had doubts, even though she knew it was possible. However, she would be horrily hurt if he had, so she chose not to worry about it. She hurried down to the kitchen because she felt ravenous after her long sleep.

Vergil entered the room before looking down over the view. He liked high places a lot, but he never really told anyone that much since almost all assumed he was a rotten apple. "It...it is nice up here." He then sat down. "So...do you mainly hang out here?"

Pumpkin nodded. "It's quiet and nice up here. But I spend a good time outside. It is nice to spend time outside in the sun, and the wind is amazing." Pumpkin giggled. "And now I am rambling. Now what did you want to talk to me alone about? We are alone and..." she moved and shut the door. "And now it is private."

Karin was exploring the gardens for any new pets that may arrive that day. She always did this when she had free time because some of the pets came injured and it was always helpful to have someone help them get to the mansion and into the infirmary where they could be treated. Today, she did not see anyone coming and was about to turn back, when she saw a black figure approaching her from the woods.

Teithi limped over to her, unable to walk on one of his front paws. He looked down at the ground mostly, trying not to whimper from the pain of his paw. As he approached the side of the garden, he saw another fox walking, and looked at her, sort of scared. He was orphaned very young and did not really know how to handle other foxes. However, he was hurt and knew he could not walk much further. He approached her slowly and collapsed in front of her.

Karin ran to him and knelt down beside him. "Are you alright?" she asked as she touched his paw lightly with hers and began to examine it. The injury was serious and she knew that she needed to get him to Kazuyo right away. "Are you capable of standing and helping my get you to the infirmiry?" she said, already helping him by pushing him up and getting ready to take some of his weight onto her shoulders.

He tried to stand, but promptly fell back down. As he attempted to struggle to his feet, the wound started to bleed again, and he whimpered softly. He started trying to walk forward, but could not take more than a few steps before he fell over again, and had to fight his way to his feet. He got a little further, but each step took more energy from him and after about 10 yards he collapsed on the ground unconsious.

Karin rushed to his side and with a lot of effort, shifted under him and got his front legs over her shoulders. Then she began to drag him into the mansion, thankfully, on the same floor as the infirmiry, and walked slowly to the room. She could feel the blood dripping down her back and she winced as she would need to bath quickly. Pushing open the door, Kazuyo came over and moved the black fox to a table, sending Karin to get clean while she began treating the strange fox.

Teithi went in and out of consiousness, but was able to gather that there was a human here, and she seemed to be trying to help him. He eventually fell asleep, consious but exhausted from his day. His nightmares caused him to toss and turn on the table as he remembered the vicious fight that caused his injuries, not only the worst one on his paw but the assorted others that decorated his body. The image of the hunter who trapped him and hurt his paw, and the foxes that attacked him after he managed to escape were clear in his mind.

Karin dived into the pond to clean herself then stayed outside till she dried before heading back to the infirmiry. She wanted to give the fox some time alone so as she entered, she was surprised to see him tossing and turning in agony. She ran over to him and noticed that he had been cleaned up and bandaged as she set her paw on his non-injured one hoping to calm his raging spirit. She hummed softly, knowing music usually could calm any soul to some degree.

Teithi went still as he heard the music, although his dreams were still very unpleasant. He woke slowly, jumping as he realized he did not know where he was at. Then, slowly, he remembered that he had approached a strange but lovely fox just before he passed out, and that there had been a human taking care of him. Je saw the lovely fox there, humming nearby and looked over at her for a moment. Then, he looked around for the human, and not seeing her, tried to stand.
