I hate to say it but I went three days early with number 1 son and two weeks late with number 2 son. Good luck.
I hear long walks and other things can help stirr things up but....nothing worked for me but him comming in his own time!

Jadean Jaggerstone Well it looks like I am going to be waiting just a little longer. My due date is here and no sign of labor. Had a checkup today and she said everything looks fine. I go back on Monday to have another checkup and probably talk about what we are going to do now. I think your baby likes it too much in there. 3nodding

I need name help; it's a girl... our last name sounds like Brandon, and our names so far are; me:Sarah, hubby:Alex, and daughter: Sascha-Josefine (prononced sasha).
These are the names we have so far, but i'm looking for suggestions or you can tell me which you think is best: Sabrina Sonya Layla Coleen
sweatdrop picking a name is so tough! That's why Sacha has two first names we couldn't choose.

I like Sonya or Sabrina. biggrin
Well my boyfriend and I had a discussion last night. Since I have to pay all my midwife visits out of my pocket...We decided to request induction on Moday when we visit her again. I don't have insurance and I am paying for all this myself. If I go 2 weeks overdue I have to pay for more visits with her..which I really can't afford with my boyfriend being the only income provider while I am pregnant. Each visit with this midwife costs me over at least $110 USD. sweatdrop I think it will save me a little bit of cash which can be used once the baby is born. For the last two months we have been struggling because of these bills...struggling so bad we barely have any food by the end of the month, and I am so tired of having to pay for each visit. I also have to pay the cost of the birth and such so the sooner I get the baby out the better...then I can go back to work after a few months and pay off everything and start saving up to go back to the USA.
Does this sound like a bad idea?

This [ http://www.angelfire.com/id2/heathersnamepage/ ] is a really good site, especially if you want your baby girl to have an unusual name. ^_^
There are tons of names I like there, so it looks like my baby will get a really long name. 3nodding

I thought I'd bring this thread back up so I could check on all our resident pregnant ladies. I know we've lost one (Jadean Jaggerstone who had her baby-Congrats!) and we've gained at least one (Nopenname-Congrats!)
How's everyone else doing? Are your pregnancies all going well? Also, I was wondering how far along everyone is.
I'm doing well. I had my first doctor's appointment last week which was a relief to finally have. (My doc had a baby so we had to put off my appointment until I was close to 16 weeks along.) I felt the baby move for the first time last week. That was awesome! I'm now at 16 weeks, 6 days.

Thanks Mara! It's so much fun. Tetravus was actually able to feel the baby move for the first time this morning. Boo has to be moving around alot for him to be able to feel it though since it's pretty early still. Oh, I took a belly picture yesterday. I took it myself so it's kind of odd, and I haven't popped yet so there's not much to see, but I think I'll post it anyway. Hopefully nobody's offended that I'm just in a sports bra. If anyone has a problem with it, let me know and I'll post a link to click on instead of directly posting the pic.

There's almost kinda a LITTLE teeny tiny bit of belly there. ^_^
Me, I'm officially at 5 weeks and I feel like total crap. I'm sick in the morning and my face is breaking out like six times worse than if I'd HAD my period and my breasts hurt so bad. I don't remember them hurting so much last time. I don't know if it has anything to do with the breast tissue already being mature and ready where as last time it wasn't but OH goodness at night when I take my bra off my cheast is all red and hot. Poor boobies.
My husband thinks my nesting has kicked in early or something because lately I've been a bit a**l about cleaning I made him sit with me and go through all of Lissa's toys decide what was trash, what was go to Grandma and Grandpa's play room, and what was keep. It's driving him a bit insane.
Although he's gone good and insane himself forbidding me to pick up anything over twenty pounds. I mean LISSA is 23 pounds. I haven't reminded him of that fact before he tells me I can't pick up my daughter :p on him. xd
