After going through a truckload of join requests, I realized that we never really told people how to join. (OMGKHOWCOULDYOUYOUWHORE?!) >_> I know, and I'm ashamed of it.

November 06, 2006 Seffi has finally gone over all the remaining unchecked applications and given them each a generic comment (Yay!). So, now, if anyone PMs me begging me to look over their application, you have a rough guideline of how long it will take me (Not to mention me braining you). November 12, 2006 K 19 and Seffi have finally finished with their draft storyline for a possible new Roleplay. They even made a special thread for feedback on it. It can be found here. The New Role-Playing plotline has been sitting out at room temperature for about a week and four days. EVERYONE knows that threads like this spoil after two weeks, so GET YER BUTTS IN GEAR!! When (approximately) two weeks have passed, Seffi and I are going to slap that thing into action.
SO!
If you can't stand it, you'd better say something FAST!

You've all been diligent, patient, and understandably eager to see the new role-play set up. Seph and I've worked hard to bring this new plotline to you, and we know you'll use it to its fullest extent. We're implimenting the thing piece by piece. Two weeks ago, you read and commented on the plotline. Today, you're going to get your first look at the new application thread. This thread is being released now to not only represent the finalization of the plotline, but you allow you a good five days to mull over and create your character. We will be open for questions on the application. ^_^ We believe that this will help the role-play transition smoothly.
You might be wondering what exactly happened to The Great Convergence. It's been moved to the SRP side-forum, that's what.! From now on, that RP is no longer the Main Role-Play, but another Side role-play. Applications for The Great Convergence no longer count towards your creating an SRP.
It's up to all of you to make this new RP a success! If you have any more suggestions, concerns, or general comments, direct your PMs to K 19. I look forward to your applications!

It's great to see the interest in the new RP plotline! Sifting through applications has never been so much fun. ^_^ Unfortunately, we seem to be having a problem with some tiny plot details. There are only two, but they've appeared on a number of apps. ^^ Just to be sure we're all clear:
[1.] Space travel is regulated by The Corporation and The State. Unless you have a super-creative, charming storyline (or are over the age of two hundred), you were born on Coruscant. ^_^ Simple enough; this should take away some of the stress of your character's history. ;3
[2.] This storyline is an alternate-universe (AU). You don't know Star Wars like this-- it's a brave new world. In this RP, you need to pretend that everything canon does not exist-- because it doesn't. XD
If you have any questions regarding the storyline or the applications, please please PLEASE be free to PM me!
Roleplaying threads will be up and open this coming weekend. :3

December 02, 2006 Seffi has begun to make the Roleplay threads as promised (my deal for delaying the opening until today-ish ). All feel loved, because he has sacrificed his Friday evening to sit here and do it, rather than going out to get pissed. gonk Hopefully, he'll get them done so everyone can get into the Roleplay. It is strongly advised that everyone actually reads the information in each thread before posting, as this Alternate-Reality means things are different from what we are all used to roleplaying. More applications! @.@ I haven't been online for a week, so it's understandable that some of you are impatient; I'll be getting to those as soon as some time opens up!
Also, all of my December snow is melting. And I live mere hours away from the geographical center of North America. *melts*

December 11, 2006 Seffi has noticed a recent trend with many of the Applications being submitted that, for the most part, don't exactly stick with the guidelines that have been written for it. For the most part, this is involving pilot skills (or lack of). Having any pilot abilities is not allowed. The same goes for using it as a weakness. It cannot be stressed enough.Due to all the misunderstandings, it makes it very clear that the Application guideline needs some tinkering with. There, I'd like to ask members who have already filled out applications, or are planning to, to PM either Sephiroth_2000 or K 19 with any bits you feel are unclear. Not only can we explain to you what we mean by it, but it also helps us make the guidelines much clearer for other users. Thank you in advance! ~ Seffi

Sorry for the amount of time this new RP is taking! In a perfect world, Seph and I would've been able to get it all up in the first day. Unfortunately, as we're both full-time students (even though ONE of us passes her classes better than the OTHER... *snickers*) living a good five thousand miles from each other, it's difficult for us to completely collaborate our ideas and what-not.
BUT ENOUGH EXCUSES!
RP threads should be up and open early net week (time us!), says Seph, and that should give me enough time to pick through remaining applications.
Cool?
