Since the society is all matriarchal and stuff, what's the highest honour / level of power that a male member of the Ursari could aspire to?

Can we post the character sheet alone to have it critiqued and approved, then submit the sheet and RP segment in together as the official entry? Or should I make a quest thread to ask for critiques instead? I want to make sure the occupation and whatnot I chose are workable in their world ^^;

I have given some CC to those who have requested! Mostly little things, such as what colour skin your ursari will have. I've limited the pale skin, but there are SO many shades left.

Question time!
1.) When called to see Baba (or would it be THE Baba?), is the Ursari that is coming in going alone, or can/does their parent or even the master they are teaching under with them? (((Even if they don't have any say.)))
2.) Can the Baba say who is interested in them as potential mates, who they had to refuse, and other information that is hindering the matchmaking process? Could this be seen as an evaluation?
3.) Do Ursaris have any say in their matchmaking?
4.) Are Ursaris typically matched up with people in their same rank/class/age?
5.) Can other Ursaris or even their families, who know that some Ursaris are going to get matched, talk to the matchmaker to say that they are at least interested in this person for the Baba to consider?
6.) Is matchmaking, since it means both making their clan better by matching people that would make better members of their class and hopefully produce offspring that would also have these good traits, be like bidding as well? Almost like the most prestigious families wanting certain other members of other families and thus fighting for who they want by influencing the Baba? Saw that families had no input. Sorry.
6.) Despite not being a magical family, can Aishe have some magical attributes to their singing? Say, like music, someones emotional or mental state can either be eased or agitated? Can singers in the Aishe almost have a 'siren song' quality to them?

(((Even if they don't have any say.))) Its just baba. Its like calling a horrible, scary old woman grandma. They can go alone, they can go in with their parents, or their parents can go in alone. Masters usually stay out of it, unless they think the match might be unfair ie the student has a latent talent that hasn't shown its potential yet. MK 2.) MM, im going to say no. But yes too. ROFL. She isn't going to name names, but if she wants to make a point, she can describe them. If she goes "a quiet sleepy girl from the Luminista is just too far below your station, mmm." she means my Twilla. And yes it is an evaluation. If she thinks you could possibly do better in life, she might match you to someone far above you. Remember, most matches are within your own family unless your Ursari has talents that place them in another family. MK 3.) Do Ursaris have any say in their matchmaking? Treat it sorta like tribal council. They have no say, but they can try to sway Baba. MK 4.) Are Ursaris typically matched up with people in their same rank/class/age? Typically, the matches are within the same rank, unless one family is willing to offer a crazy dowry so that their child can move up in life. The match has to remain in the "family" so a veduni would marry a veduni. UNLESS one veduni child is more inclined to be a swordsman, say, and they would be matched with a Ba'al girl. MK 5.) Can other Ursaris or even their families, who know that some Ursaris are going to get matched, talk to the matchmaker to say that they are at least interested in this person for the Baba to consider? Very interesting and yes i could see some of them doing that lol. While Lumista's usually sell magic wholesale, that doesnt mean that other families cannot have magic. Adding magic to your work is definitely used a lot, and to their advantage. They wouldn't be very STRONG with the magic, but any edge would definitely be desired, yes? And magic can be purchased from the Lumista as well, so even completely unmagical Ba'al mercenaries can call on a charm or two.

More Questions that I thought of during work:
1.) Can a Baba evaluate a Ursari during this matchmaking meeting to say that there are things they have to improve on IF they want to be matched with a better person? Like, 'you better get this part of your act straight' because otherwise it's making things difficult for you.
2.) Aishes sometimes become boytoys and mistresses. Does this mean they are not matched up to another Ursari, but are just providing company until they are matched, or are they mistresses/boytoys to already wed Ursari? Would they also be boytoys/mistresses to members of other families that found them appealing?
3.) Since the caravan moves, it says that if a Aishe stays in a city too long, they might become boytoys/mistresses. This would be to other Ursaris, right? Would the caravan leave them afterwards if they stayed in that city, and if so, could they return?
