I just have no right to accuse them of being in league with something different. Possibly something worse." A shudder went down his spine.

"That's what gets them in trouble. They think it's cool or fun. They usually get themselves killed." He sighed, "I've had so many students killed, it's like loosing my child all over again." He suddenly smiled. "In the end, it works out. Even if it's for a mere few years."

Rai's sudden smile scared him a bit but he ignored it. "Yes, it would be better if it was longer. But it could also take a few years for to fall into action which means we have time to stop it."

Eric sat up and looked at Rai. He turned the other guys face towards his and just looked deep into his eyes without saying a word.
