discoqueen090 Discoking090 Elliot loses control of the rock hand as he falls to the ground, his hair was burnt off revealing two rows of stone spikes going from the top front of his head to all the way down his back. Elliot forces himself back on his feet. He is shaken but unharmed. His skin appears to be the same color as the gravel beneath his feet. Elliot lifts a pillar of rock from the ground from beneath his feet and ascends with it. Elliot raises a circle of staamites around the alien, in an attempt to imprison it. though elliot very easily manipulates the ground around him, the alien easily fazes through the rock, Elliot realizes he's going to need to manipulate a different material and considers the rocks in his pocket. Elliot pulls a chunk of granite and merges with it. he phases through the ground and re-emerges infront of the shadow daemon

He emerged from the shadows in between the gaping holes, and stood there in front of the winged creature. His mouth was dry again, but the words came easily. "Alright. I'm in." ((Will it doesn't have wings)) "I am Perosof, please call me as such" The creature extended his whirlwind to Will enveloping him in the ethereal vessel of flight. Will hears an insanely loud recurring crackling sound, as he realizes that they are teleporting sequencially across the sea soaked landscape. Not long after, Will is set tenderly upon a bright metallic surface that seems to create it's own soft glow. In addition it does not reflect the sun's light nor absorb it's heat. Will sees that a huge city has been built on this large metallic floating disk that seems to be supported by the same whirlwind that allowed the creature to fly. "This is an extension of my peoples' technology and an example of our civilization. I am from an aquatic world devoid of any terrestrial landscape, this disk is a minor capitol from a country that is currently under reconstruction. We have come to help earth survive this crises, others are on their way to take advantage of it. Soon the flesh eaters will not be your only concern." "You spoke of vampires and flesh eaters... and now you're saying this is affecting the entire planet, not just NYC - not only that, but this is an earth country? Is that right?" It was pretty heady, and happening fast, and Will struggled to keep afloat in the influx of a new setting, though he had a feeling that this was where a lot of things were about to begin. And if history class had taught him anything, it was to be mindful of these types of moments. His thoughts were interrupted by a throbbing ache in the back of his head. Will looked around the area to distract himself, and tamped down the surface he was standing on. "This is weird wild stuff... but why exactly have you brought me here?" "To develop your psionic aptitudes. We have a training program for humanoids with your abilities. Such skills are difficult to identify and harder still to develop, we aim to help you with this and make you more efficient in your defense of earth." Perosof hands will a book written in English, but clearly not by an earthling. "Enjoy the text, you classes begin in the morning, military tactics are after lunch." Just like that, Will found himself out in the unknown, with nothing but a book in his hands in an alien city. "Um... where can I find a library or a park around here... or a place to stay?" "your lodging will take place in the main tower, hesusa will take you there. you'll find we have rather adequate facilities, a library is no issue, we have several, organized by nature of the material. there is a large main courtyard in the center of the disk, a lake on the eastern cusp and some lovely trails on the southern boarder. meals are when and as you order them." perosof hands will a tiny pendant made of blown glass, a bright blue liquid glows inside. "this is your communicator as well as an indicator of your life force. speak into the pendant and you shall swiftly be answered, an injury dulls the glow, as it is fueled by your inner essense." Will thanked Perosof, and followed the person named Hesusa to the main tower. Once finding his quarters, he left for the library.

The door comes flying off and pins a shadow being to the ground, leaving it unconsious. Logan comes running and pulls ted into the shelter alongside him. He closes his eyes and hums softly to himself as a gold fluid is excreted from his skin. The fluid rises into the air and makes a barrier along the entrance of the shelter.

The arcitecture is almost elven in nature and there are elements of the forest everywhere including a lake and several wooded courtyards.

Discoking090 Elliot becomes one with the granite and bashes the hydrant open and directs the water at the Shadow demon. The water is successfully directed at the shadow demon, the creature is fried as it's internal circuts misfire and cause it to convulse.

demAntlers I leave the stronghold after training and a quick meal. "Now, let's do some exploring!" Jonsie leaves the compound feeling refreshed and ready to go. He is given a set of metal tags that identify him as a part of the underground militia. He sees a woman walking toward him. She is covered in feathers and has bright yellow eyes. This creature hands him a pamphlet. On the cover is a picture of a man with dark hair and red skin. Underneath is a banner that proclaims, "Vote for Vaco leader of the new free"
