XD Agreed Radio haha. Wow~ Very nice intro Urizen. It makes me happy that you speak (or at least type) like an english gentleman from the 1800's. It simultaniously pleases and amuses me n.n Oh dear, I wonder if it's contagious.
Yes, Political Science. Yes... I didn't even try it (>.<), I can't hold interest in politics or history so I commend your devotion to such a subject. I can hold my own in an imformal debate when it's based in logic but I would be murdered in politics XD I wish you great luck, we need cool people like you involved in politics. Especially when I consider your open mindedness and knowledge on the subject of religion. So many wars have been started because of religion and religiously narrow minded leaders. It's crazy.
I also love video games n.n pretty sure almost every one of our members does haha. I (for some strange reason) only like playing on hand held consoles though. My earliest is a gameboy black and white n.n and my latest is a PSP. Another impressive feat of yours; the collection of games. I don't have even close to that number of games but I do have about that many manga volumes : P

R A D ii O S T A T ii C: 'allo! I might have upstaged the others in length, but I'm sure I fell short in other departments. Certainly if efficiency/succinctness is considered as a factor, you all totally trounced me there. Nevertheless, I'm very glad that you approve overall! biggrin
SadistikMasochist: Thank you kindly! Unfortunately, I must report that it's both contagious and incurable by modern medicine. As such, Your friends may want to keep a thesaurus handy for when it gets really bad. xd
All of those social scientific realms are my specialties to varying degrees, and I manage to hold my own quite well on most other academic subjects too. From what I've seen in your second profile, though, it looks as though you eclipse whatever small troubles you have in politics and history with your mastery of a very wide and impressive array of other subjects. Aha, and thank you very much once again for your support! mrgreen I'm quite honored to have received it, and I'll do all that I can to live up to it if I succeed to any significant degree. The double edged nature of religion is an omnipresent issue, isn't it? When done right it's orderly, unifying, and thought provoking (and that's not even counting divine/otherworldly benefits that could very well be at work), but history is littered with those who've gone about it wrong, resulting in the exact opposite (chaos, ruinous division, and ignorance). My fellows and I do our very best to stay neatly within the former category.
Well they are addictive aren't they? I must say, I've never heard of someone who favors handheld games in such a way (it's usually the other way around), but I always thoroughly enjoy both. What's been holding your attention on the PSP as of late, if you don't mind my asking? I've been quite excited by some of the PSP games that have been coming out recently. Anyway, the stockpile of video games is our grand exhibit that we enjoy showing people when they pop by. My brother's got nearly as many as I, so we've actually got somewhere between 600-700 games sitting around in the house. That's what happens when one has generous parents, buys very little else, and never sells anything, I suppose. Oh that must be quite the manga collection indeed! Have you read through them all, or are there a still a fair number that you're still getting around to?

SadistikMasochist: You know, it's funny.... I found that method that you suggested just a day or so before reading your post. I hadn't a clue it even existed until I was forced to find my guilds through that particular method, and realized that it had the most recent threads posted in and the date of the latest reply. It's fairly handy!
Urizen: Welcome, friend! *Glomps* ^^

@ Urizen: Ah, yes. I'm just trying to keep my options open for the future. I don't know exactly what I want to do yet but I'm really interested in genetics and cloning. I actually did horribly at that physics, only what... a 78%? Something like that. I had an 84% in advanced physics this year though (grade 12 vs grade 11 of course). I'm more adept in the classical sciences and the arts. Social sciences are definitly my weakness DX
On my PSP I'm currently playing Brave Story, an rpg I found for 15$. Since it was a steal I bought it and I quite like it. I've only had my PSP since last christmas though so I only have 3 games for it. The others are Disgea games; the Prinny one (which kind of sucks) and the 2nd one with Axel, Rosaline and Adell (if you know the series). As you can tell, I like turn based, strategy rpgs for the most part. I do enjoy a lot of the older mario games as well, for my Gameboy Advanced SP and some for my DS. I'm playing Pokemon White on my DS right now, I'm on the last plot wise important battle. As a side note, I adore Pokemon :p
I've actually read all of my manga at least twice, most more than that. The first manga I ever owned is DNAngel book 3 and I've read that one.... geez at the very least about 30 times. I re-read books like crazy XD Novels and manga. I've read the fifth Harry Potter book I think 12 times and some of my more childhood books, probably in the 20-30 times range. I'm a book freak XD
@ Loonamist: It is very useful n.n

Coincidentally, I just beat Ghetsis on my pokemon white yesterday o.o I haven't yet started on the "Beyond" storyline, though. Kinda taking a break 'cause I have to actually do work... but I heart pokemon forever >w<
Also... does anyone know whether hOBO-iSh will be on again? o.o I sent a profile in for her Shameless rp a little while ago, and I sent a PM 'cause I wasn't sure whether it was accepted after a bit, but I don't want to bother her or anything if she's busy >< I don't wanna seem impatient, either, so I'm sorry if me asking makes it seem that way D: *Flail*

Sadistik: Well, that's always a wise policy, especially before one gets into college. Genetics and Cloning are certainly fascinating fields to take part in for a wide variety of reasons. They're both at the cutting edge of science and a flashpoint for all kinds of curious moral debates, and I'm sure that you'd have much to add to both of these dimensions (as well as any others that I haven't mentioned). It seems to me that, if you effectively fought your way through Advanced Physics with a higher grade later on, that would easily override your normal physics grade as far as most onlookers or evaluators are concerned. I'm sure a few, quite minor, difficulties like that physics class and your social science classes will do little, if anything, to impede you from attaining you goals (whatever they may be) in the long run.
It's funny, I actually rather enjoyed the Prinny game (assuming you mean the side-scrolling platformer), despite it's being savagely difficult in the old Ghosts and Goblins style. I can imagine that it might be a bit disappointing to those who were hoping for a more directly related Disgaea spinoff, though. That and it's old school, clunky-by-design controls are really difficult compared to modern games in the genre. I did enjoy it enough (in what is likely a strange form of masochism) to ultimately finish it 100%, though, which was no easy feat.
I've got several of those turn based strategy games sitting around on my PSP, but I haven't played them nearly enough (Final Fantasy Tactics stands out in particular). I've got the first Disgaea on my DS, too, but I haven't done much with it either even though I enjoy the series' story a great deal. My primary experience in that quarter comes from the Advance Wars games on the GBA SP and DS, which are similar, yet different in a fair variety of ways. Anyway, you must be quite the accomplished tactician indeed with all of that practice! My primary efforts on the PSP as of late have been more focused on Square action rpgs (Dissidia Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, to be specific). The sequel for the former just came out, so I've been especially caught up in that.
Ah, good old Mario. All of those GBA remakes of the old games were great for me, as the original NES is the one major Nintendo systems that I don't have. Alas, Pokemon is something that I can never get myself to play, as it runs afoul of my obsessive need to finish games all the way. Trying to capture and perfect 646 pokemon would simply overload me, I'm afraid, and by the time I got anywhere they'd add a good deal more to the roster. As such, I must respect Pokemon as a series from afar for now. Nevertheless, I'm sure it's great fun for everyone who lacks my strange complex on the matter. Congratulations on mostly (if not completely by now) trouncing the game's main story! 3nodding
That's certainly an impressive amount of reading. I often have trouble getting myself to reread anything unless I haven't read it in a while. The fact that I know every succeeding detail already seems to deter me. Still, I admire your ability to gain such continuous enjoyment from your collection.
Loona: Thank you kindly, both for the welcome and the original invitation! blaugh

Uh, hi. I'm Bruchette, but I also go by Bruche and Bru.
I'm pretty new to the guild scene, so I'm not really sure how this all works. Feel free to slap me around if I'm doing something wrong or not being active enough.
Twist3d_Humor recommended this guild to me, and I'm glad to say I like it so far. She's known to have good taste, so I shouldn't be surprised. XD
I'm usually pretty calm when chatting OOC, but I'm only human, so forgive me if I lose my temper. I'll usually apologize within a couple of days once I've cooled down, and I try not to let my emotions get the better of me.
I'm usually on Gaia every day, and I plan on posting at least every two days; hopefully more so when school's out, but you never know with my luck...
I consider myself to be semi-literate to literate, but I'm not too fond of super-long posts. I also have a tendency to write in block text. Just lemme know if I let something slip and I'll fix it.
I enjoy drawing, singing for fun, reading, and most types of music. I'm usually pretty easy to get along with, but I don't have very much patience for things like bigotry and arrogance.
So, uhm. I guess that's about it. ^ - ^;;

I love that you even posted an intro, you're awesome Bruche haha. I think that your posting (length and style) are great from what I've seen in Testing n.n If you'd been here in our prime you'd have fit right in! I wish we'd met earlier :3
