Updated and once again, I fail so I'm just going to be up front. I'd probably do better with just discussed plots, romances and breedings than actual roleplay for now. I just don't have the time to drown myself in roleplays much anymore.
I made a little system for the front page to make things easier.
heart = those interested in lifemating if they find the right partner
wahmbulance = interested in flings

I may have a mare who would fit your "Monster Love" idea for Dirge pretty well. ;D The plot seems extremely in character from her point of view.. however... her personality is a little tricky, so I'll offer, but if you'd rather not give it a go/don't think he'd be attracted I definately understand. Also, I am kind of attached to her, so it would take a little actual rp for her to warm up.
Ela - the christmas angeni
Ela is a delicate, giving, kind, and gentle creature. She's the sort to sit out in the rain all night, just to let the little forest critters take shelter beneath her wings. Unfortunately, she's also incredibly timid and shy towards anything larger than a deer (so she often tries to avoid other soquili and definately humans). She hides behind her hair, stutters a bit, shys away when approached to swiftly, etc etc. She's easily scared by 'scary looking' features, but nonetheless her drive to help has on occassion driven her to help out humans and soquili alike.
Though she might loosen up some, I doubt she'll ever be NOT shy, and she'll probably be taken aback by a lot of forceful affection. But if you don't think that'll bother him, I'd be more than happy to give it a try :3

My Lorelei may fit what you're looking for Scourge, since she's a Kalona and "bad a**" in appearance. Lorelei is basically my "unstable, hormonal teen" (well, now young adult) who doesn't know which direction in life to take. She's pretty snippy and sarcastic, but is easily offended and at a point will break down.
I don't know if she'll generate much interest, but I thought I'd try at least. =3

 Hello I have keii up. Her views are pretty much the same as Ashriel's. And she's really as pure as they come, well only Angeni are really. xD But as pure as cerynei come? Hell she doesn't even know where foals come from. I'm looking for a mate for her. She doesn't mind good or bad. As long as she loves them she'll try and turn them good if they are bad. That might result in them leaving her or telling her to shut up. As a child her life was boring and she wasn't allowed to play much. so she was depressed and her mane started falling out, now it won't grow any longer. meeting new people makes her happy, if someone's mean she'll tell them if they are nice she'll adore them. She respects those with ell know families and those that are kind. Origins are very very important to her at times. If not a mate, then a fling, but she'd like to stay friends after, if not she'd stalk them probably. xD Someone who would match?
I know you have many soq and many are being paired.

i'm too scared to ask anyone in particular incase they are taken or keii isn't what you want for that particular soquili.

I still don't have Beelze's cert, but I've been in such an Rp mood for him lately, I figure at least chatting about what can be done when I kidnap you for Rp wouldn't hurt - unless you don't mind Rping with a WIP.
If you have anyone in mind you'd like to meet him, I'm more than willing to shove him forward. I saw a couple plots I think might be fun for him, though it'd be your call if you think he'd be right -nod nod-
Ashriel's "Misunderstood" would be a perfect chance for Beelzebub to play into his title of "Devil's Advocate," perhaps even play into his demonic character by "tempting souls into sin by pride" if you'd like Ashriel to dip into that end of the gene pool for a bit. If not though, sticking with the plot summery more directly is easy enough too. All the "Sure the Angeni MEANS well... but who is he hurting in order to serve the 'better good'? Really, he just likes beating up people, and just covers it up with saying 'it's for the better good.' But what's true evil - a creature that kills to live, or a creature that lives to kill~?" - maybe I like philosophical stuff too much >>;;; <3
Hades' "Death" is another easy one, or at least in my head. I can see Beelze fiting in with this, being the demon of rot and decay that he is - of both physical and mental means, which Hades seems to possess both of in her own way. He's a cheery sort when he wants to be, playing the "down on my luck card, but going [ semi ] strong~" so he'd be able to meet her melancholy personality and outlook on life. The fake persona he's created for himself would be able to relate to her, both of them being haunted by otherworldly forces, and offer a temporary companion of sorts. Really, he's laughing in joy and wonder at being able to find such a tortured soul, doing all he can to support her fears of Death. Depending on what you want with this plot, he could inflict illness on some of the creatures around Hades to kill them, instilling more fear and the idea that Death is that much closer to her.
Then the last one that really caught my eye at the moment, Pooka's "Danger Danger!" he'd be able to join in her games with Messina and Fester, maybe even Pharoh if he can get her to ignore her desire to go after Pooka long enough to play with two-legger's things instead. He'd probably though start whispering in Pooka's ear about maybe making the attacks more physical, trying to tempt her into more distructive habits - in doing so, he'd have fun spreading illness to the two-leggers and their crops/livestock, but also into Pooka's mind.
Hope it's not a bad thing that I keep hinting to possible temptation/"come to the dark side~ we have cookies!" things that can be involved, it's just currently that is a major part of his character. Obviously it's not the only part of him and he can be involved with plots without such overly dark hints in it, but I figured I'd include them just in case.
Again though, if you'd rather kick him to interact with someone else, that's more than fine with me. Those were just the ones I figured would be the most appropriate for him from how I understood your blurbs, though it's always possible I missed something or misread it <3
As for breedings/romance (since that is a part of what this thread is)... well, there's not too much of a point for me to think of the former since he's not even on a cert yet, and actual "romance" would be... not so typical with him. Either he'd respect a mare's will and/or power (be it strength or otherwise) enough to reappear to her time and time again; or he'd form a strange "Toy~? <3" attachment and stalk after her in that regard, taking on a slight possessiveness unless he figures having less of a hold on her would prove to be more entertaining for him. He's not capable of love, but respect and a Beelzebub form of kindness he can do.
I'm not poking for Rps for that though. If it works out, yay~!, if not, then yay plots and Rp and it's not a big deal .w.;;;
