YAY! I get lots of mommies and daddies. And I think Savith and dancer already got stuck with those roles.
Just for that, Halfkin, as soon as Dewpaw meets Crosscurrent, he's gonna be in for a lot of fun.
Guess I get to sleep where I want, and I don't have to worry about recognition any time soon.

I believe in rough parenting. As in, if you tick off Crosscurrent he WILL cuff you, even if the females descend in an angry mass.

::Shakes her head:: Man, when I was a kid, I didn't get spankings. I got long, LONG lectures. The kind that make you feel guilty. And I was one of those kids always trying to make everyone happy, so I was VERY susceptible to guilt. To this DAY I hardly ever do naughty things! Ask Savith, he knew me growing up! Wasn't I freakishly well behaved?
But I believe in creative parenting: Okay, so you're going to eat too many cookies and get yourself sick eh? Well, I'm not gonna spank you, you're already sick. But perhaps NEXT time YOU will have to make all the cookies and only get two since everyone ELSE will eat them all. OR perhaps you'll just have to clean up your own sick like the grownups have to. Or both. Or maybe I'll just require you to read a book and write a paper on the health hazards of too many sweets in regards to teeth and diabetes.
There's a reason I don't have kids, I guess.
Oh, and just as a side note - since we're allowed to post in the other sections at different times, I had Llune get up absurdly early and take a private bath and then wander off for a brisk walk to dry off and forage. Someone should wake up and find her missing and yell at her for being so foolish!
