The feathers that had originally went after Miiro swirled in a formation akin to a tiny tornado, then they reformed into three separate lances, all pointed at Miiro.

"You won't be as lucky as the other one," Dusk said referring to Shinzui. The lances went after Miiro as if he were a giant magnet for them.

"Coward!" Dusk was infuriated, quickly changed into his demonic appearance and smashed all of his wings into the area where Miiro disappeared. His wings returned to him as he lowered himself. His other appearance came back into place before he turned his head towards Zero, "What type of canine breed are those things? They seem to enjoy messing with my plans before fleeing. It's very irritating..."

Zero had done nothing once Dusk took action, partially to stay out of his way, but also to not needless kill someone. He did have to agree with Dusk though, these wolves were an annoyance. "Wolves are all I can say, I can't say anymore about the specific breed without research. I do have to assume that he was from Earth Clan though." Zero walked over to the spire of earth, and gave a hard kick to its side. Cracks and fractures could be seen splintering upward as the vibrations from the kick resonated within it. In seconds, the spire collapse into a pile of rubble. "Alchemy it would seem."

"Directly South and South-West of our clan. It's the largest of the territories if things haven't changed much these last couple centuries." His hand moved in a fanning motion to point the the general direction of the clan. "My observation tech was shut down when you showed up, so I haven't been able to track the progress of the other clans." He slightly glared at Dusk, even though he couldn't see it through the helmet.

Zero groaned again as he was reminded of the grunt work that Dusk had assigned him with. "I remember and I'll get it done, you should take Reinji back so she can heal fully." He lifted the halberd so the shaft of it was now resting on his shoulder.

Zero stood unfazed by Dusk's glare. "Just a suggestion, because then I would have to drag her back myself after I'm done, so it would be a while before she received medical attention."

After Dusk left, Zero headed toward the nearest tree. The closer he got, the more his armor seemed to tingle before quickly stopping, like the evils and impurities of this land we being washed away from him. As he walked under its branches, he caught a glimpse of a few acorn scatter around. He bent over and picked one up. He whispered, "And so, we sow the seeds for future generations..." He stored the acorn in the chest compartment that he kept his own Artifact in, shielding it away from any outside detection. The rest of the seeds he acted like they weren't there, stepping on them to force them into the ground. Many were smashed because the rocky ground was too hard in some areas, but a few managed to slip into soft soil. He tapped the halberd's blade against the tree's trunk, trying to gauge how much effort it would take to bring the tree down. "It shouldn't be too hard."

Zero looked at the tree before going back to inspecting it. "No, you are not my enemy. I only wish to protect those that I swore to protect, but in order to do so I must follow Dusk orders. And since Dusk finds you a threat, you must be deal with accordingly. I apologize for the actions I must take." Zero raised the heavy blade and sliced at one of thicker branches, cleanly slicing it off, making it look like he was doing work. "I will try to preserve you in my Tower with the seed I collected. I would suggest to try and keep you other seeds more hidden if you can."

"Not quite what I meant, I should clarify. I meant when your new seeds sprout, is there a way to make them less obvious, as in not having them glow as radiant as you are now?" Zero made another slice at the branches, taking down another large one like before. "Will your consciousness be lost if I destroy these trees? Or will it still be preserved through the seeds you've released?"
