Tairu laid awake in his bed staring up at the ceiling. He tried closing his and rolling over to go to sleep but he was just too excited about his first day the academy. I really need to go learn something new to impress To_san he thought. Tairu quietly climbed out of his bed and put on his day clothes. Tying the last knot on his shin guards he tip toed out of the Main Compound. Once clear of the Main Compound Tairu took off running for the training field.

Without warning, the doors to the dojo flew open.
"Aha!" Cried the painter, triumphantly. "I knew I heard voices in here!"
Terrified, Kana jumped up with a start, the tea spilling onto the floor and with a sharp crash the cup hit the ground with enough force to shatter into several fragments. She hid behind Kensei and in the shadows, the painter and his assistants whom entered the room could only see part of a porcelain, doll-like face of the child...nervous pale eyes and a few strands of loose flame-red hair in sight...
Another assistant came in.
"I apologize, Fukushima-sama...but..."
A sweatdrop.
"It seemed that Michishirube-sama had escaped..."
A veinpop formed on the painter's temple. "What! How could you just let the other Sennin escape right under your noses!"
The assistant glared right back. "We CAME with you to help look for Gekkani-sama..." Reminded the teen.
A long pause.
The painter then groaned.
"Then how are we going to do a dual portrait if there's only one present...?"
"Um..."
"What?" Snapped the painter, unhappily.
"Will..." But Kana's voice trailed off again. And then, gathering up her courage, she dared to ask: "Will you paint Kensei-sama with me...instead...?"
The painter looked curious. "A main branch and cadet branch portrait instead of a Sennin portrait...? I don't see why not. Come - come then!" With that said, impatiently making a gesture, the painter waited for them to follow...
Kana looked apologetically at Kensei. "I'm very sorry...he's..." She didn't need to say much more. Fukushima Itoh was the most famous painter in Konoha village...so that man took great pride in his skills...and had no respect at all for the nobility whom he is hired by...
Kneeling down, her hands reached to gather up the broken shards of the teacup...she will have to return and clean this mess later... But there was limitations to her Yubei family's blind sight...and with a slightly wrong gesture, a sharp fragment cut her finger... She winced slightly, knowing that a bit of blood had come out...but not paying that much attention to the stinging pain, she continued gathering the rest of the fragments...

Kensei didn't seemed fazed by the man's rudeness at all. He simply helped Gekkani pick up the pieces of the cup from the floor. "The weaker the dog the louder the bark." Kensei whispered to Gekkani as he let out a short chuckle. Kensei stood up and straightened his robes. "so many useless words focusing on titles, and rank. the strong are strong and the weak are weak. being a painter I will put this into words you can understand. is a painting admired for the artist who paints it or for the painting itself. when you give a title to a painting then the painting will always be judged with the title. look at Gekkani san here, her title is a member of the branch family of the Hyuuga clan but look past her title and you see one of the strongest ninja in the village. a day will come when people stop putting so much importance into titles and that is a day I hope I live to see. Now enough talk we have a portrait to pose for." Kensei said as he helped Gekkani off of the floor.

Tairu through the Hyuuga compounds main gates with a large smile on his face. I can't wait to tell To-san about my training he thought happily. Walking into the main compound Tairu saw that there was light coming from his fathers study. Tairu walked inside his families section of the main compound and stood out side of his fathers door.
"To-san, may I enter?" he asked.
His father slid the door open almost immediately and glared at Tairu.
"Tairu, what are you doing awake at this hour?" said his father with a stern voice.
Tairu smiled happily, "I was out training To-san, I learned how to make the twelve hand seals all by myself." he said proudly. Here it comes, To-san is going to congratulate me on my hard work.
His fathers eyes narrowed, "Tairu a Hyuuga infant could learn the twelve hand seals by them self. At your age you should already be proficient in the use of your byakugan." he said chasteningly.
Tairu looked at his father with sad eyes and his crushed spirit. "B.But To-san.."
His father cut in, "I don't want to here any more Tairu. Now go to bed it's too late for you to be awake."
Tairu solemnly walked out of his fathers study with tears in his eyes.

A pale blush flickered across her cheeks and her stoic expression softened. "Arigatou...Kensei-sama..." Whispered Kana. The pieces of the cup were discarded into a bin and they headed out, following the grumpy but famous painter. It was a little unfortunate though that Kensei-sama's words didn't apply that much in this case...for every piece of art that is produced by this painter's prodigious hand was a masterpiece. But nonetheless...it made her very happy...to hear these words come from Kensei-sama...
They made their way through the dim-darkness of the open hallways easily enough. The stars and the moon, shining brightly overhead, gently guided the path. But so did the ornamental lanterns the Hyuuga family had placed up, painted ones of the twelve animals of the zodiac. Even though Gekkani could not see the flowers of Spring of the gardens, she knew well enough they were there...the sweetness of that heavy scent filling her senses.
It wasn't necessary.
She did have her sixth sense, even if robbed of sight and hearing.
Yet she held on timidly - very gently - to Kensei-sama's sleeve, almost as if fearing to trip and fall...

Tairu didn't want to go to sleep with the sadness he felt still in his heart. While sitting in his room he took out his academy scroll and looked over all of the lessons. Deciding that he wanted to become stronger Tairu picked the push up training. Putting the scroll back into a pouch on his belt Tairu left his room and walked out of the main compound. Tears streamed from Tairu's eyes as he walked. Tairu left the Hyuuga estate once again in order to find a quite spot to train.

The Strange And Mysterious Man Then After Having Disappearing Before Was Then Revealed To Have Been Chasing After Tairu And Was Wishing To Speak To Him If They Had The Chance Though

((No, it wasn't that. I checked. The mist portal was several long months ago, when Rachel and I met here at the Hyuuga estate. That idiot. Misusing a part of our plot without permission... >_> Besides that, Senju shortly rigged the village afterwards with their Fuuin system...now you can't teleport directly to the village or any part of it. The barrier will leave you at the forest borders...so still have to do 1 RP traveling day=10 traveling posts using a teleportational technique from elsewhere to Konoha.))

Tairu ran as fast as his body could handle. He wanted to get into his bed before his parents woke up. Having ignored his fathers command, Tairu had sneaked out of his house and trained through the night and into the early dawn. Tairu ran through the Hyuuga estate but upon entering the main compound he slowed to a quiet walk and made his way to his bedroom. Slowly sliding his door partially open Tairu slipped inside and then closed the door behind himself. Tairu quickly shed his ninja gear and just dumped it lazily on the floor. He jumped into the covers of his bed and shut his eyes tight; desperately hoping that his father would believe that he had gone to sleep last night.

Having actually managed to get a few hours of sleep Tairu was startled slightly when he felt himself being jostled by lightly by a hand on his side. He slowly opened his eyes to see his mother standing over him.
"Tairu-kun, wake up sleepy head, your breakfast is ready dear." she said quietly to him
Tairu sat up in his bed slowly, and looked around his room. The training gear that Tairu had worn the previous night was no longer crumbled lazily on the floor but it was folded neatly in a pile onto of a desk in the corner of the room. Tairu smiled at his mom as she left and then he slowly climbed out of bed. His muscles were starting to feel a little sore but it wasn't too bad. Tairu put on his normal kimono and walked down his Family's main hall to the kitchen. The room smelled of bacon and waffles. Tairu sat down at the table and happily ate the meal.

After finishing his meal Tairu brought his plate over to the kitchen sink and put it in with the other dirty dishes. "Arrgato gozaimasu okaasama." Tairu said to his mother before leaving the kitchen. The genin phsyical exam was today and even though he wasn't participating Tairu wanted to watch the exams and get an idea of what was ahead of him at the end of his academy days. Returning to his room Tairu placed his Academy scroll on the table next to his training gear. Looking over the scroll he decided to do some target practice before the genin exams started. Tairu changed out of his kimono and into his training gear before heading off to the training grounds.
