Flint, who had been discreetly counting his loot while passing the table, stopped. "Whats the nature of this quest, why is it so dangerous?" he asked casually, noting that his take was fairly large. "I know, I live near the capital and hear nothing, it sounds weird, but hey" he added, grinning.

The House Iroziel stood atop a massive mountain. This pinnacle of architecture was one of the finest built castles in the land. The building was fortified with Iroziel metal and an assortment of defense mechanisims. Guards stood at many posts, each armed with spears, swords, bows, and shields.
At the top of this castle was a balcony. Upon the railing of the balcony sat Usrah Iroziel the Torn Prince. He was holding a geranium in his hand and staring at a large painting of a beautiful woman located in the room from which the balcony protruded. Her skin was soft and pale, completemented by long auburn hair and sapphire eyes. She was smiling and wearing an astonishing indigo gown. His began to slightly water and he looked away from the painting.
"...Eva..."
He dropped the flower and entered the room slowly and silently.

"The human king, like many others, are trying to destroy an evil being that is after the life source of this world. So many creatures have gone on this quest, but they have either died, or gone missing. The few that came back, were forged. This means that they were beasts, they had no emotions and were only trying to kill people, or eat them. The enemy is believed to be very powerful, and he has many minions at his disposal. I know this quest is extreamly dangerous, and we could even die by taking it on. But at least trying to save our world from ruin, is better then doing nothing. The quest is to destroy that evil, so that peace can once again return to our world." Lin went silent, and looked out the window. She knew far too well, how this evil was corrupting their world. Especially the animals.

"Interesting, anyways, I'll be right back" Flint said, leaving the inn. He knew the city like the back of his hand, so it took no time to find the clothing store, where he bought Sorrow enough clothes to last 2 or 3 days, then he walked back towards the inn, heading back upstairs, rapping his knuckles on Sorrows door.

Ashe cocked her head at the story. "The forged? You mean like the creature we fought last night?" She leaned back and thought about it. "Sound fun. I'll help." She sat back up and grinned, "I was hoping for something like this when I left home."

"No, that beast was something completely different. The Forged ones, still keep their original form, but they become hostile, and try to kill anyone in their way. Even if it was their own families. They are like beats, but aren't actual beasts, like that creature last night." Lin watched as Flint left, before returning with clothing. She saw that it was girls clothing, and guessed they were for Sorrow. Turning back to Ashe, she grinned at the comment she had made. "Well it won't be fun as such, it will be dangerous. But it will be good to have you traveling with me, the both of you that is. After all, there are times when you need people to help you out." She smiled, leant back, and stretched. "You think we should see if Sorrow, and Flint want to come as well? They are our companions after all. They fought the last battle with us. We all would have been killed without the teamwork we used."

Sorrow had finished writing in her journal about the days events and how things were going. She loved to write, even if no one would read it but her. She picked up her lute on the floor and started playing it. She strummed a few times just for kicks and then started to play a song she like to play when she was depressed to cheer her up.
“There's a shield around us tell me how is it you've found us cause we hide our tracks and watch the ground our footfalls they don't make a sound we've cursed the names of our hometowns we're compassless and nowhere bound...”
She looked up as the noticed to door starting to budge again. She set the lute to the side and covered herself with one of the sheets and walked over to the door. She watched as the door opened slowly. She looked really happy that Flint had returned with clothes for her.
“Oh thanks so much. Now I can go out in public again.”
Sorrow leaned down and gave Flint a kiss on the cheek and took the clothes from him. She closed the door after Flint gave her the clothes and started to change. She picked up a dress from the pile of clothes and put it on after putting on the undergarments. She walked over to mirror and turned around a couple times looking at herself in the mirror. She was satisfied with the clothes she had received and started to put on her shoes. She took the old clothes and put them in a small bag along with the new clothes and walked to door. She turned back and grabbed her lute and then walked back over to the door slowly turning the handle.
I wonder what the others are up to? It has been a couple hours.
Sorrow walked down the short steps and out of the inn after waving goodbye to the barkeeper and a few other people that she had remembered seeing the night before. She wasn’t afraid of being in crowds with this group of people, well not as much as she usually was. She slowly stepped outside and stretched then covered her eyes from the sunlight that was blinding her eyes.
She walked over to where the others were located and looked over at Lin and Ashe. She strolled up and kind of showed off her new clothes to them. She smiled and let out a little laugh. She walked over started to fidget with her fingers.
“So what do you guys think? Does this look good on me?”
She walked over and sat down as her stomach began to grumble. She hadn’t really ate or drank much in a while and she was starving. She looked over and thought she spotted Flint again but she couldn’t tell. It was too bright out for her to see. Sorrow pulled out her lute and started to strum on it again. This time was different than the other times she played. The notes she played caused her hands to start to glow red. The notes seemed to be maker her and her friends feel a little bit stronger than usual.
“I guess I never showed you guys this. But I can do many things with this lute.”

Without a second thought or reason, Usrah ran out the room, jumped off of the balcony, and took flight. His blonde hair wisped through the wind and he felt the cool air upon his fair skin. He smiled brightly. Though every elder could naturally fly, Usrah seemed to enjoy it the most. He performed a number of midair tricks: flips, dives, spins, and turns. He flew across a relatively short distance, but spotted a group of people below. It looked as though they were conversing. Part of him wanted to meet them, but he decided it would be best to mind his own business. He continued to fly around their general area, watching them without it seeming too obvious.

Lin smiled when Sorrow went up to Ashe, Luniya, and herself. "I think it looks great on you sorrow. It really is pretty, and makes your face stand out more. You are a pretty person." She smiled, and watched the trick Sorrow done with her lute. "Nice magical trick, I guess instruments really can be used for magic as well." She paused, thinking about asking Sorrow if she wanted to come along. Once she had decided to ask, she made sure it made sense, mostly. "Hey Sorrow, would you care to join me on my quest with these other two? We are going to travel to the human capital, the king wants a dangerous evil taken care of. But it is extreamly dangerous, so I thought that being in a group would make it easier. Are you interested?"
She looked at Sorrow, but then she somehow felt as if someone, or something was watching them. She looked out the window, and her eyes widened. "Wow, hey guys, some man is flying through the air out there, and I think he is watching us. He doesn't look too old, but...the only people who I know can fly without magic, are the Elders. Do you think that man is an Elder, or do you think he is using magic?" She looked at Ashe, then Luniya, and lastly she looked at sorrow, with a questioning look on her face.
Is that an elder, I was taught about them, they are ancient, and because of that, they are generally good in battle.

Flint walked down the stairs, slightly surprised, sitting down next to the group, and ordering breakfast from the barkeeper. "About this quest...would you mind if I joined you? Despite my small stature, I'm extremely nimble and have a light touch, if you catch my drift" Flint said, taking a sip of water.

Usrah saw a young girl at the window. She had obviously seen him. The girl turned from the window and appeared to be talking to someone else. There was no point in hiding any longer, so he swooped down to the window, hovering just outside of it.
Usrah noticed that the girl was an elf and that she was very pretty. He offered a slight bow and a weak smile. His eyes held no happiness, appearing that they would swell with tears at any moment. He spoke to the girl with an almost whispered voice.
"Hello there. My name is Usrah Iroziel of the House Iroziel. What's your name?"

Ashe smiled at Sorrow's dress, as Lin said it really did look good on her. "Flint seems to have good taste in clothing," she said, more to herself then the others. When Lin asked the question to Sorrow and Flint she nodded and added, "We could definitely use your healing abilities, Sorrow. Though only if you want to." At Lin's comment of the flying man Ashe looked up. "He looks like one. I don't know any other race that can fly without wings." When he landed nearby she studied him closely. He smells similar to the Elders that visited home, and looks like one to. She kept her mouth shut as he spoke to Lin.

Luniya was listening intently to the details of the quest. Humans were very intriguing to her and always had some sort of excitement going on. However she remained quiet as more people offered to join. It is always better to travel in a group, but when people started to not trust each other or dislike one another it could go really bad.
She looked at Sorrow's new clothes while she did some magic with her lute. She really did look good and was seemed more comfortable around the group now. Luniya caught a whiff of an unfamiliar scent, as she noticed Lin looking out the window. "I have no idea. I've never smelled anyone like him before." she said in response to Lin's question.
The flying man outside flew to their window. Luniya thought it was pretty rude that he didn't even come inside and turned her nose up at his voice. She wasn't trying to be judgemental or anything but the least he could he could do was come inside. She turned back and let out a small barely audible sigh. She examined his floating body and figured it would be fair to at least give him a chance.

Sorrow face began to from a smile, probably the biggest smile they had ever seen her make. She took a cup of water from the table and took a sip. She wasn’t really paying too much attention to them until she heard her name being called by Ashe. She looked up and set the cup down, she turned to look over at Lin and then spoke cheerfully.
“Sure I’ll go with you guys. I don’t really have many friends, at least till I met you all. My healing powers will definitely help the group so I’m in. I like to help out nice people.”
She turned and looked out the window to see a person floating in front of the window and nearly jumped out of her skin. She fell over and slowly braced herself on the seat. She stood up and looked over to him. “Woah, that scared the crap out of me.”
She made a small fake laugh and then looked at him more closely than before. Her face became bright red and she quickly turned away.
I don’t know who that is, but boy is he cute.
She walked over towards the door and stood there looking away from the others.
“Excuse me, I need to be alone for a minute.”

Lin was probably the least shocked, or the least surprised when the elder came to the window. The smell, and the way he spoke, and floated in front of the window, was definately that of an elder. She had been right. She smiled when he introduced himself, and bowed politely to him, like she was taught, when talking with an elder. "Greetings, Usrah Iroziel of the House Iroziel, it is a pleasure to meet you. I have seen elders before, but I have not actually met any in person. My name is Liniathe Lavich of Windshire Manor. Would you care to join us inside, perhaps get a bite to eat, and have a little chat?" Lin's formality was completely different to an elder, for one of such an ancient race, and a noble at that, was meant to be addressed in a certain manner.
She was taught about them when she was younger, and for once she was showing the image of a well taught noble. Lin turned to Sorrow, and smiled at how she shyed away from the elder. He did look like one of the younger ones, but with elders, it was always hard to tell. "It is great to know that you'll come with us on our quest Sorrow, and of course you may come along Flint, it is dangerous, so we will need all the help we can get." Lin spoke to her friends as she always had after meeting them. She still kept her posture, and stayed polite, but she was not so formal. She turned back to the elder, she noticed he didn't seem happy by looking in his eyes, so she gave him a warm smile.
