Well my band director was giving a big speech on how we need to not lose focus just because it's the end of the year, and not to be stupid. During the middle of this lecture, one of the tuba players drops his 10 dollar bill down his tuba and turned it around to try and get it out.
At the time, it was mad funny. And my friend once found Laffy Taffy in his trumpet.

my bassoon was playing really badly for everything lower than an A. apun inspection, I found that one of my pads was missing. (needless to say, i was very upset, as this was about ten minutes befor our final preformance in the school)
I put the bassoon down so I could get the music director, and what fell out? my pad. I have no idea how it got in there, i have no idea how it came out so easily when i put it down, but there it was.

well none game we had to play the national anthem for pregame and it was during the time i was in drumline AND playing the saxophone so i switched from my snare to my alto quickly and while we were playing for some odd reason my D would not play no matter how hard i blew into it...
later in the stands i looked into the bell and ther were my drumline wrist bands

My old bassoon I borrowed from my school was terrible and this weird, mysterious black liquid always came out (Don't ask.), as well as the fact that pieced of plastic chipped off and the pads were always falling off, so I switched instruments (duh)
When I cleaned my new instrument for the first time, I found in the boot joint: A jolly rancher, a chipped reed, and a penguin sticker. The penguin sticker wasn't sticky anymore, but I still taped it to the inside of my case. Needless to say, I threw out the jolly rancher and the chipped reed.

Stephanie9944 lol this one time my friend who sits beside me put her flute together and when she went to play nothing came out... turns out she forgot to take out her spit cleaner thing that looks like a huge pipe cleaner xd xd xd xd xd I've done that too many times to count!

Hm, let's see, in my alto sax i have found... dot books, music, used socks (that wasn't mine... yes, disgusting), a beret (for the sousies XD don't know how that got there), a granola bar, a flute mouthpiece, mini christmas lights (don't really know how to explain that one), a number of pens and pencils, MY MP3!!! HAHA! YUSH! took me forever to find that sucker, a clothes pin aaaaaaannnnnnnnddddd a stuffed panda... yup... goooood times =D

My former boyfriend was trying to be all romantic so on Valentine's day he stuck a love letter, candy hearts, and two reeds in my bell. I play bass clarinet, so as any bassie knows, the bell isn't that huge. I took out the hearts, and the letter (which was all gross coz i always 4get to clean my bass clarinet bell) but i didn't know about the reeds. i kept squeaking until i turned it upside down and all the mouthpiece juice came out on my friend and the reeds came out too. my former boyfriend plays trombone, and he's really new to music, so he gave me Bb reeds instead of bassie reeds. It was cute at the time, kinda.... but he was pretty embarrassed. So was I.

We had after school practice and then at the end the tuba players were running around and shoving this shoe into people's faces. I guess they found a shoe in one of the tuba's. It was nasty looking too...
Last Wednesday, we were practicing for halftime. We were playing a song where the tuba's had the meldoy and the rest of the band plays and dances. Well we put glow sticks on our shoes. My friends fell off, so she decided to stick it in her clarinet.
It got stuck. lol So... for the rest of practice she couldnt play, and her clarinet was glowing. She ended up using a flute cleaner just to get it out.

So I heard something rattling in my sousaphone right...after taking the time to figure out which way to turn it, I finally get one of those mini jawbreakers out...
Someone left me a treat biggrin
I've also had valve oil, tuning slide grease and a clarinet reed holder clasp thing (I play brass...shut up) thing in there.
Oh, and last year in pit for the musical, we where messing around with our tubist (now drum major) and we threw a paper airplane into his bell and he couldn't figure out when it wasn't playing right biggrin

Ok, so i found a buttloada ketchup in my recorder in the 3rd grade, and in my sax, i found many fake cars, my lil sisters make up, and uhhh.... my missing mouth piece... in the top of the body... after i bought a new one. xD

I put my clarinet down for like two seconds on my chair to go get something from out little instrument pile. When I came back, I lifted it up, and a pixie stick fell out of the bell. Weird.

littleamadeus IceKit I've found bits of mechanical pencil in my trumpet before. Thankfully, people don't put things in my baritone, or my teacher ould kill both me and them, for it is a school owned instrument. xd so... you use school owned instrument, right? me too. I use Baritone that P.T. Pupuk KalTim's owned. But I always find strange things in that. Yesterday, my friend found Lina's t-shirt in the bell. i have a school owed baritone 2 its a B.C. 1 though and i have found and dimond ring in its valve and i found my name tag in its bell
