Darque frowned when Alice snickered, almost deciding to not tell her where they where going, but Darque knew better seeing as how she could get it out of one of the others if not him. Darque turned back around and once again found Alice in his way, he sighed, 'I feel like a babysitter whose being over thrown by the kids...' Darque thought, an exasperated look on his face. "A Buddhist's sanctum out of town, they'll let use stay if we don't screw up." Darque finally said after a long pause.

"You are a babysitter that has been overthrown by the kids! And I don't wanna stay in a Buddhist sanctum. I'll find a good ally, and buy a sleeping bag!" Alice complained, putting her hands behind her head.
((Yes, I know that Darque thought that. she has TELEPATHY! and super strength... >_< MY ALL POWERFUL CHARACTER... Not really, she's not gonna get any other powers... or is it already too much?))

"Ugg! What is with you?! An alley is never a good place to sleep!" Darque said, totally disregarding how she had heard his thoughts. He'd known it was possible, even met some who could do it before meeting Alice, though most of those people where elf's of high stature then human, but he never put it past a human to be able to do it too. "Oh sure, we could leave out all the bugs and rats running around in alleys, but then there are gangsters, pimps, hos, and not to mention all of those guards running around late at night while you slept peacefully in your cold little sleeping bag, but without all that alleys are still just plain dirty!" Darque argued, trying to convince Alice to just come with them if not for anything but the sake of cleanness, he didn't want to feel guilty about having a nice, warm and clean place to stay while a little 12 year old girl was sleeping in an alley of all places after all.

Monja thought about Darque's name for a moment and then decided it wasn't important. "I'm not to fond of Buddhists either. I tried to steal one of their statues when I was eight and since then, every time I see one they throw stuff at me. If we're leaving to find a place to sleep, I'm heading to Four Walls," he said while staring at the sky. "Much warmer, bigger too." He stopped walking then. "Is that why were leaving?"

"Well, that's where i was going. I invited Noelle, she invited you, then she came..." Darque said, gesturing to Alice when he said "she", "But if you want to go else where, be my guest, I'm more familiar with the Buddhist's sanctum so that's where i'm going." Darque finished, walked around Alice and continued on his way at a slow pace.

"How often do you have a clean and warm place to sleep?" Alice asked, out of curiosity, seeing as how she never did. She didn't really mind either. She had only been caught once in her sleep, and that was the time she got a blue earring, and ran away without getting punished.

"Hm?" Darque turned his head to look back at Alice, once again having to stop walking. "I always have a place to stay, some not as good as others, but still better then any alley." Darque said, it was true too, he always had a place to sleep, whether the owners of the places he stayed at knew he was there or not.

"Then, maybe you have a really spoiled life. I have never had a place to sleep like that since I ran away from my parents and changed my name. But as far as anyone knows, I'm Alice Gihane. Including all of you." Alce stuck up her chin, and placed her hat back on her head(it had been at her side, small amounts of money falling out of it). She then walked in the opposite direction that Darque was facing, mumbling something about her family of nobles and how she hated her old name, Orangedrawl.
"WHAT KIND OF NAME IS ORANGEDRAWL??!?" She yelled, her hands thrown up in the air. She then blushed, and continued mumbling, walking into a store where she would buy a sleeping bag.

Darque sighed, sure he had had a place to sleep every night, but that was only because he actually used his money, and was quite the charmer when he wanted to be. Hearing Alice's out burst, after she had walked away, Darque almost giggled at the name she had shouted, it was worse then his! Darque still didn't want Alice, or any of the others he had met that day, to have to sleep on the streets tonight, not while they could have easily gone with him to the Sanctum. 'You can bet I'll be coming back for you, you brat.' Darque thought, also wondering if Alice's telepathy reached this far. Though he didn't much mind if she heard him or not, she still didn't know what he was going to do to make good on that promise to himself.

Alice heard what Darque had thought and pocked her head out of the store she had just walked into.
"I DON'T WANNA GO WITH YOU SO DON'T EVEN TRY!! AND I'M NOT A BRAT!!!" Alice yelled, scaring the people in the shop. She had gripped the door way while she said it, and it had a hole in the side of it now. It would become Really hard to keep the cold night air out, with out replacing the door way. She stalked back into the store, and picked up a camping pillow, extra blankets, and a sleeping bag. She walked up to the register, and she payed with the stolen cash.

Apparently Alice's telepathy did reach this far and it made Darque snicker as she started yelling at him from a ways off. But it only made him wonder how far it actually went...So he walked even farther away, 'Must be hard, living with a name like "Orangedrawl", huh?' Darque thought teasingly, then waited to see, if she had heard that is, if she would start yelling at him again or if there would be some kind of commotion from the store because of her.

Monja thought for a moment and shrugged. He could always come back later. I suppose I can always come back to Four Walls later. It's not like anyone can actually get in. So he kept walking with the group, silent and careful not to think about anything personal, lest his cover be blown.

Hearing a clunk, Darque turned his head back around again. Noelle was once again in the air. "I thought you had heavy boots." He said teasingly, and walked back to give her a hand.
