Nina reached the tenth floor to find Kilik on the ground. Mihoshi trilled angrily at him.
"Don''t tell me you''re worn out already?" Nina said sarcastically.

Kilik smirked. "How would you like it if you fell down the stairs, huh?" he stood up weakly. He then pointed to the President's office. "You came all the way up here...just to see what's inside..." the boy's teeth gritted for a moment, "Be prepared for a surprise..."

"Surprise...?" Nina asked, somewhat nervously.
She noticed that a red trail led from the wall to behind what she assumed was the President's desk. She covered Mihoshi's eyes, and very slowly approached the desk...

Kilik smiled darkly, his black hair covering his green eyes. Flareon nudged his owner lightly once more. "Flare..." its ears drooped. The Pokemon was so confused. Who was this dark trainer? What happened to the happy boy from Verdanturf it had known so well?

Nina let out a horrible scream as she saw the body of the President with a gunshot wound to his chest. She quickly recalled Mihoshi and Anna into their Pokeballs, and bit her lip as her body shook a little, feeling tears welling up in her eyes.
She turned her gaze from the President to Kilik. The tears burned in her eyes. "You... MONSTER! You will pay for this!"

Once Mitch woke up in his room, he went to go get dressed. He then goes downstairs and sees his mom filling his pack with food.
Mom: Don't forget to always brush your teeth!
Mitch: I know.
So Mitch heads out of the house with Gastly and stats to travel. His mom says her last goodbye for a longtime.

Kilik's smiled disappeared slowly. "I accpeted you...for who you were," he looked up at her, his face still covered by his hair, "Why don't you accept me? For who I am?" A laugh escaped his lips as he lifted his head higher. He tilted his head at her. "I find it fair that way." Kilik's fingers twitched. Flareon took a step back, its tail inbetween its legs.

"How about Growly next?" Kasiya threw the Pokeball, sending out the puppy Pokemon. He walked up to Caterpie and sniffed her, and turned to look at Kasiya inquiringly. "Don't hurt her, Growly," Kasiya said. "We want her to get some experience." Growly too returned that look, and sat down, leering at the bug. Caterpie charged into his leg, head first, and he shook his paw, pretending it was hurt. He snorted at the bug, who repeated her actions, and tackled his other paw. Admitting defeat, Growly rolled over onto his back, all for paws in the air.
"Another win for Caterpie!" cheered Jaeshan, and Shocker rolled her eyes from her tree branch perch.

Kilik's eyes widened. She can't even look at me... The boy raised his hand slowly, the 'R' badge in between his fingers. He put it back on his jacket. "Did you even care about me, Nina?" The boy perched an eyebrow.
