Lol, well it did attack the town, and it did kill the people in it. And you do hate it when you cant save some one. Also, it isn't an encounter. I did'nt put an encounter in...

Lol, you can attack it, but nothing will happen. Also, the goblin doesnt even have a name, so you can't even target it, so its not a real battle. You can attack it if you want.
