My grandparent's are going to disney world with the half of the family that didn't go when we went in '04.
I'm using this as an excuse for them to get me many flavors of Pocky in Japan land.
That's where I first had Pocky, you know. :3

Ye gods, the Guild is a lonely, dusty place these days. Not that I've been around much: real life has been taking its toll (by real life I mean, of course, Oblivion, where my wife and I are playing a complete thug).

Well, okay, in between punching the good citizens of Cyrodil I have been finding time to go snorkeling (new underwater digi camera! Squeee!) and I'm busy at work.

One of the local cinemas had a brainstorm. Instead of trying to compete with Spidey III, this week they shows Raiders of the Lost Ark for free. I hadn't seen it on the big screen since I was my daughter's age . . . .

. . .o god I'm so old . . .

39. Yup--teetering on the brink of the big 4-0. And still playing video games. Our Oblivion thug, named in honor of the great Jayne Cobb, now has a 55,000 bounty. We just finished the Mehune's (sp?) Razor quest, where Jayne essentially mugged an army.

I gotta see Hot Fuzz--Shane of the Dead ranks up there with Army of Darkness (true praise indeed).

Though I don't smoke, the last two items sound like quite a duo.

I'm visiting my grandparent's now.
They got me a four pck boxthinger of Almond crush Pocky and a stwarberry (which is good because I go throught it fast, I love it with green tea)
I could almost do a little happy dance.

Wow. Thanks for the welcome back biggrin I'm rather surprised that people remember me, let alone know about me. I'm glad I found my way back here, though. This place needs to get lively again.
