Emil looked over to Marta "Come on lets go get on one of those guns and shoot at those rats with wings!"
Link nodded "this should be easy enough"
the dragon dodged Pirogoeth's bolts and unleashed a blast of fire at her, only to have it blocked by the barrier
Inuyasha grinned "If i can just get one of those blasts near by i can use my backlash wave!

"You're acting a bit cocky there love, these creatures could be a lot more dangerous than they look. And they look quite terrifying actually." Temari told him with a shrug and a smirk.
Rosette felt tears come to her eyes but she quickly wiped them away with her free hand since the other was still clenching her neck. She then looked up at him, noticing that he couldn't look her directly in the eye, so she just sighed and glanced away. "I-I...understand Alucard. I'm sorry." She whispered, embarrassed. "I guess I wasn't thinking..."

Inuyasha nodded "Yea but these things are babies compared to Riokotse!"

((Last post from me. I'm exhausted.))
Ed carefully sat her on the bed and sat next to her, taking one of her hands into one of his glaved hands while using his other hand to rub it worriedly. "She got a battle ax to the back while she was giving me a hug since she got concerned that somethign was wrong with me. Pirogoeth healed her, but..." He frowned, not enjoying the thought that she could be seriously hurt or worse.

Kirara continued to lay there in a severe state of comatose.

Dr Cox turned her around and cut through her cloths and looked at the wound "Hmm... looks like she was lucky.... it missed her spine, but it did shatter some ribs here. if not for the on the spot healing she would of never made it this far. she should heal normally but because of how close the injury was to her spin it might of paralized her temporarily.... if not... longer ..." he then noticed her tail and ears "Ah i see shes a demon, so maybe my calculations are way off, but as for now she really has to heal. looks like she also took a head injury ill have to make sure she has no swelling"
"It was a massive dragon, very old and very powerful. my father fought that dragon and in the end it was so powerful that the only thing he could do was seal the dragon. the body was as large as the canyon it resided in hmmm about the size of the town we left not long ago." he explained "I ended up taking that dragon down by using my backlash wave"

Lum was passing by the clinic when she had just happened to glance inside and hear Dr. Cox's diagnosis for the young demon girl. But upon further inspection, she realized that it was Kirara unconscious on that bed, with Edward holding her hand to the side of her. After a moment of thinking to herself, just to get over the sheer shock of the situation, Lum took in a shaky breath and stepped inside the infirmary, continuing to hold her child to her chest. She then walked over to a closet and grabbed a blanket, covering Kirara with it, since Dr. Cox had to cut her kimono to take a look at her wounds. "If she is healing from her demon blood, Doctor, why won't she wake up?" She then asked Dr. Cox before looking down to Edward with a smile. She then knelt beside the boy and placed a hand gingerly on his shoulder. "Don't worry Ed, I'm sure Kirara will be A-okay soon..." She whispered, trying to comfort the young blond now.
Temari listened intently to his story, her ears flickering back and forth like a gentle flame as she did so. "So...your surpassed your father, I take it Inuyasha?" She asked him as she closed her fan and used it as a stand that she could lean upon for a moment, to at least recatch her lost breath from before.

He looked up to Lum when she came in and looked down sadly, nodding while patting Kirara's hand lightly. "Yeah, I know. She's a pretty strong gal. Still... She got hurt because of me,so I'm gonna stick around and see how I can help, even if it's just sitting around by her side and waiting for her to wake up."Shippo walked into the infirmary and jumped onto the bed, snuggling up to Kirara before resting his head against her stomach and making a small whimperng sound.((Besides, I'm sure Mav was just dieing to cut some one's clothes off. xd ))

"You feel a strong attachment to the young demoness now Edward, is it because she risked her life to save yours and you're just wanting to repay her?" Lum asked him before she stood up once more, glancing down at Shippo who was now curled up against Kirara's stomach. She patted the small fox with a sign of comfort before she looked over to Edward once more, awaiting his answer.

Ed closed his eyes and thought for a moment before calmly answering her. "Both, I guess. She's a really kind person and's been a great friend to me in this world. Plus she reminds me of some people back home... Well, minus the part about her turning into a flying saber-tooth tiger. Plus, as I said, she got hurt because of me. I want to make sure she's alright."

As Edward spoke, Lum thought that she might as well do something useful. She walked away for a moment, placing her baby in a crib, allowing her some sleep as she grabbed a few hand towels and a basin filled with luke-warm water. She then walked back over to the opposite side of Kirara as Edward and sighed, nodding slowly at his answer. "Ah, I see then." She replied before she dipped one towel into the water and rung it out so it wasn't dripping everywhere. She then began to clean Kirara of the blood before it dried too badly on her skin. "That is very noble of you Edward, I'm sure Kirara will be most thankful of your service to her once she awakens." She concluded with a smirk, directed towards the boy before she picked up Kirara's free arm and began to clean her hands of the blood before it stained too badly.

((Actually, I think Sai might have said something about the size of Sasuke's *whistles* being smaller than Naruto's. xd ))
Ed smiled lightly and nodded to Lum before taking on of the clothes and doing the same with the arm that he was holding. "Well, I've learned to be very respectful of women. Most of 'em, any ways. There are those few." He made a face and groaned at the thought of lust and a few other choice women he'd met that qualified. "Mom raised us on her own, and then Winry made sure to teach Al and I a lesson any time we messed with her, she still makes those lessons clear when my automail gets messed up, so in a way I have a very respectful fear of women and making them unhappy." He chuckled lightly as he finished up with her arm and sat the wet cloth on his lap before clapping his hands and using a small amount of alchemy to completely dry the towel so he could get the moisture off her arm.
