Cain the Blade Penguin, cuz Luo is a bit MIA for who knows how long, I promote you to genin, as well as Ichigo. also, anyone interested in joining a Starcraft 2 rp guild? Oi! Give me some scrolls too if you are going to start doing stuff! And don't fight with a Vc! ( I can say this because I only fight with Crew, and not Vcs or cs. )

We will simply have an NPC give them the genin exam and then they can become genin. Problem solved. But I do agree with gregar that they need a pretty darn good rp post to get the rank up, showing use of what they have learned
Edit: also both gregar, malfrost, and myself had to wait at least one month before we became genin, and I was the captain, so it all depends on a number of things

does the slashing wind skill use hand-seals? I can't recall whether or not temari actually used hand-seals for the technique
